I keep finding electrical plugs that don’t work. Builder responsive but I should not have to deal with it. Caulking and in chipped tiles bathrooms. Window in laundry room doesn’t close. Sliding class door won’t always lock, etc

The home buying experience was positive, and our builder representative(Marvin) was very kind\good. We have been in now for a little over a month, and are surprised and disappointed with the quality and workmanship of the finishes. It appears that "speed" was more important than quality, finished, product. In addition, we have just had to call the customer care line as ALL of the toilets\drains\tubs\showers have backed-up. Not the first impression we were hoping for.

We really love the home design of our home and Alex is a great project manager. However, the quality of the workmanship is below average across the board. The electrical contractor, in particular, was horrible. We had many issues with their work during construction and continue to find electrical issues now that we live in tbe house. In addition, nearly all walls are not plumb and none of the corners are 90 degrees. This causes a lot of issues when doing projects such as closet and pantry upgrades. Great home for money spent. Overall a good experience. A few issues. Issues were addressed and corrected in a timely manner. Construction manager is great to work with. Really like all of the upgrade options Pulte offers. A really nice neighborhood to live in.

Our home was already built so we didn’t pick any options. However, we are very pleased with our new home and this community! Neighbors and the amenities are amazing. Our construction manager Xavier was extremely helpful in all areas and the steps in our journey to closing. He is a very helpful, detailed professional who takes pride in his work! When some functionality issues occurred after we moved in, the process to report the problems and the quick responses and resolutions by Lacy have been exemplary!

Have bought and built many homes in the past. Construction manager seemed under pressure whenever we met. He did a very good job, especially in the quality of the build. Communication primarily only came from him. We did receive a couple messages from what appeared to be senior management asking if we had any issues. Twice I responded regarding a finance issue and asked for a response-never received one .

I was able to walk through my home on October 3rd, and after several emails and calls with various people including, Vickie, Elaine, Kari, Garrett, Christopher, Mackenzie, and Lora I was handed my keys on October 29th by Jack! The design is beautiful, the price was exceptional, and the responsiveness of individuals throughout this process has been outstanding! One thing that I was told and reminded myself throughout the month was to trust the process and if I had any questions to just ask. Everyone was more than happy to help and I am living a dream!

The Sales Team and Service Team were / are great. Very helpful and customer service oriented. I purchased a completed Mainstay model. Here are a few cautions: The coverage of the tiled area in the Master Walk-in Spa Shower is insufficient. Water splashes onto unprotected drywall and wood molding. Pulte refused to correct it as it was "built to plan." Light switch in the Master bath is mounted several steps inside adjacent to the sink. At night you have to "feel your way" into a darkened bathroom to turn on the light. The steps inside the garage are a trip hazard, especially for older ...

The builder (Clinton) and the sales rep (Katy) were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. They were both informative and responsive. The builder provided weekly updates, including update pictures on the progress of the building of the house, which my wife and I looked forward to every Friday! Terrific service!

The lot we loved in Del Webb Sun City had not been released for purchase. Our sales representative, Paul, did an outstanding job of keeping us updated to the release date so we were the first to put money down. The process was smoother and quick! I had a 30-day escrow and signed docs the day initially established with no challenges. Once moved in, the home warranty department was quick to come by resolve a few minor cosmetic items I wanted touched up! We met our sales representitive with our realtor. We decided on a lot then a floor plan. We made choices about the exterior colors. Then we met with the low voltage company and decided where to put cat6 connections for internet. We then went to the design center and picked interior colors. It may seem like a lot of tough decisions while reading this but at every stage we were helped by Del Webb experts that made sure we only saw the options that would work for our floor plan. We were fortunate to purchase a builder’s spec home located in a premium lake front location. The home was loaded with upgrades all chosen by their design center. The end result was a breath taking home that exceeded our expectations. The build quality was superb and the construction supervisor kept us informed throughout the build process, as did our sales representative. The closing was an easy, smooth process, which was just another well thought out process developed by Pulte Homes. We have never been happier with a home purchase.
