Too many options that should have been included. Many options or varilbes we’re not explained.

I bought my home from the phone. I am from another state, however, my realtor and the sales agent were fantastic. I made a lot of calls and they had a lot of patience. If you are lucky enough to select upgrades make sure you think everything through.

Quality house with usual response to issues.

Danny, our field manager is perfect for his role. He has a great personality and obviously cares very much about the buying experience, the quality of the homes and he loves the residents. It just shows and he is great The Pulte Warranty department has been super reliable. Our service representative has been extremely helpful and responsive. Hanook has done everything feasible to get minor repairs made to our home. He has don’t this in a way that demonstrates professionalism, efficiency and caring for the customers. The only weak link in the process seems to be Synergy. They have been slow to respond to repairs that have been needed after we moved in and somewhat rude on the phone. There was one day we stayed home for their appointment and they did not show up. They mainly seem interested in selling to us and that is disappointing. Why would we consider buying more from them when wiring wasn’t completed and they seemed none to eager to make repairs? This is disappointing. After visiting SS and deciding on a model, we felt everything had to be committed to so fast. Because of uncertainty in the sale of our home so we could not commit to SS we had no choice but to say no to the sale in SS. Things changed, Two days later we called to see if we could go ahead with the sale in SS and was surprised that the price went up and after agreeing on a lesser property (from 23,000.00 to a $13,000.00)so we could afford the home the bottom line price we final price was surprised dollars off than where we started from. We were able to move here 4 months prior to closing time which was very helpful in seeing the process. (First time buying a production built home) which can drive you crazy watching something you are buying and maybe wanting to change things as you see things. We feel the quality of the inside work could have been better. Now that we are moved in we have had a few issues, which were taken care of in a timely manner, some still outstanding but on the record to be completed. We were told we would have a burm behind our home as others do, but have swale instead. ... More

Nothing significant, other than the home seems to be well constructed with quality appliances. However, there are some annoying oversights, design flaws, and minor workmanship glitches that prevented me from assigning a 5 star rating for quality and value.

The entire process went very well, except for your mortgage department. I have bought 5 houses over the years and several refinancing transactions and this was my worst experience ever.

No matter what you observe during the building process, Pulte will make sure that you are satisfied.

We're only in our new home 7 weeks. So far we've only had minor issues. All of them are being addressed as I write this review.. Pulte has a very good team. Sales, Construction and Warranty. I worked for a builder in the north for 35 years so I was prepared to be critical ! I am very satisfied with our purchase. I would definitely recommend Del Webb by Pulte.

The devil is in the details, and it's the details that escape Pulte. Solidly constructed home with an excellent floor plan and very good mechanics. But what you look at when you see the interior of the home is poor trim work, very poor painting prep, and poor quality work on the painting, which is so limited in choices I'm repainting the entire home myself with better grade paint.

It has required multiple visits to resolve a couple issues. Love the layout of the house and 98% of the construction went smoothly. Our construction manager Mike has been very helpful trying to resolve a couple of issues. The subcontractors have required multiple visits on a couple issues that Mike assumed the would schedule and take care of the issue on a single visit. The house overall has met our expectations, this being the 4th house we have constructed in the Phoenix metro area.

Issues get resolved but seem to take a long time.

Elaine, our salesperson was awesome. Our project manager for the construction, Mike was very helpful and took care of concerns promptly. Love our new home!

Most responsive warranty service I have ever experienced.

The process is taking much longer than i thought it would. The 5 hour drive between homes is hard on me so i have limited visiting the construction progress. Still waiting for fence and fireplace installation to be completed.

We purchase our home in November and so far have been satisfied with the experience. Our Project Manager was responsive and took good care of us during the construction period. We had a long punch list of items requiring attention and they have been taken care of fairly expeditiously. On the other hand some of their policies are inflexible. They will not install dimmer switches on lights and leave all that to the homeowner. Same with ceiling fans. These are the little things that would improve the buying experience.

Our field mgr and sales agent are fantastic.. The "exception" is CPI sub.contractor who did the interior walls internet wiring - quality of their work was zero - they never tested their lines and I was forced to pay several hundred dollars to another "quality" sub contractor to fix their errors and shoddy work. That is why above Quality rating is only 4 stars.

Many mistakes made with construction, material reused to correct the mistakes. Several Trim problems through out home. And many minor issues that as an owner have been corrected that shouldn’t be.

This is my 2nd Del Webb home. When my situation changed, I checked out Del Webb Dove Mountain and knew I could count on them to build me a quality home. The entire process was very positive. I would recommend Del Webb to new home buyers.

Overall a good experience.

My only concern is that we have a couple of things that need to be addressed but we haven't heard anything about them.

Our experience has been a good one, this is the fifth new home we have owned. This has been the best build we have encountered so far.

We love our new home! Just wish that we didn't have to pay for some upgrades/additions that we thought should have been included in the base price. Choosing items separately significantly raised the final price of our home. I don't think that we would have as been happy with a "bare bones" home but with all the additions that we chose, we're more than happy. Also, the quality of the workmanship and materials doesn't appear to be as high of quality as our prior home.

Understand you contract before you buy.

The major issue I have with Del Webb Pulte is follow thru on issues and the length of time to get any answer to problems I have. The people are really nice but do not seem to care since I pay cash and have legitimate issues with a few items. I love my home very much if only the little problems and issues on things Pulte does not communicate to its customers such as me.
