Biggest complaint is windowless bathrooms.

Since buying this house it has had some good experiences and some disappointing experiences, Example: Airtron Air Conditioning does not have a rep to help you with your control panel, after spending 200K+ for this house I think it is not asking too much for the new homeowners. Everyone we talk to in the neighborhood has questions on the AC and Heating system controls.

Jeremy watched over our project from start to finish. Since Marnie left he was our primary contact. Always responsive and corrections were made in a tinely manner. Julie has also been a great resourse for our questions about Britton Falls. Missed having our salesperson available but Jeremy and Julie filled in fine.

Nice home.

Sloppy work in finishing details such as drywall, paint, caulk and cabinetry. However my field manager and punch list contact was very responsive and agreed with my observations. Call backs for repairs would be far less if attention to detail was noted during building and each contractor performed work more responsibly.

WE are generally happy with home, however it does take multiple requests to get small things fixed.

Overall the experience has been good. Many calls and texts to the builder have gone unanswered. Neena our sale person has been outstanding to work with.

I feel I was duped into thinking the house/community would be within the city of Little Elm. Since I was in CA, I Googled "Little Elm TX" and what I read sounded great. Now having moved into the home I find that I am far from the community I thought I would be living in. In fact the traffic situation is horrendous if I want to get into Little Elm - one has to plan carefully to avoid bumper-to-bumper traffic. A lot of information a newcomer needs (voter registration, DMV office) is not readily available. Deliveries have to be made to "Aubrey, TX)" - not Little Elm as the sales brochure lists the address. Little Elm taxes - Aubrey delivers - that has been the cause of much confusion. We think the sales office needs to pay more attention to buyer(s) getting acquainted with amenities (we never personally received any introduction to anything; heard later that some buyer(s) received tours of facilities onsite). Also, we have an ongoing issue with sales with trying to assess if we received correct cabinets in bathrooms; got runaround and never was able to follow thru with our precise question. Our builder/field manager has been great with follow up on house issues being addressed after move-in. Mortgage process went smoothly; however, information on (I think it was called) (recast) was incorrect; employees need to be a little more aware on this. We were told we could put additional monies toward our total mortgage within a reasonable time after closing to reduce our total mortgage; when we checked further, it was not available to us because we have a VA loan. Overall we were pleased with the building experience. Our supervisor was excellent and on top of issues. The quality of the materials used was not the highest quality but then we knew some of that going in for a non-custom built home.

I love my new home in Del Webb at Dove Mountain. All the Del Webb and Pulte Homes employees are wonderful. My only issue is with the quality of craftsmanship. The paint job both inside and outside is not good. In the models, they do use two coats of paint but in my home, they only use one coat barely. Also, I assumed they would use a paint that would seal for the rooms that use water but they used the same matte paint throughout. I will have to have bathrooms repainted soon. The state I came from requires an eggshell paint in all bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms. I assumed it was the same in Arizona. The outside stucco and paint job also needs major touching up. ... More

the home is beautiful, and is quality built. Just over priced

We are overall pleased with our new home. From start to finish, our sales representative was available to assist with any and all concerns or directed us to the appropriate person. The building team leader was responsive to our concerns during and after the House was completed. However, we recommend an independent home inspector and a real estate agent. In our case, both our agent and home inspector agreed that our home was well built

Due to turn over with Pulte homes I did not meet with my construction rep until the house was about 3 to 4 weeks from Dry Wall. In fact he told me that he was leaving the company in two weeks. I felt that he had a bad I really don't care attitude. Thankfully his replacement made up for all the negative experiences I had. Danny made it right and was very responsive to my concerns. In the end I was very happy.

Overall, the Del Webb home buying experience was good. The sales consultant, the builder, everyone went out of their way to be supportive and helpful. The exception was the Sales VP who came across very arbitrary and capricious. Also, the processes used by Pulte Mortgage were unnecessarily complex and challenging.

Happy with our home. Pulte used some bottom of the line stuff though. We will replace as we go.

The team was very responsive to our needs in the building process but there are some issues that need to be addressed presently which hasn’t been done yet?

Overall the house was well constructed but there could be improvement in some of the sloppy workmanship in the details. The builder was not flexible and many items shown in the model were not available or changed without notice. The salesperson and project manager made the experience more positive but it was frustrating not to be able to speak directly to the corporate office where the decisions were made.

When problems occured Jeremy saved the day, and I thank him f or that. He is a true Professional.

I was assured painters would return to touch up paint throughout the house that had been sanded but no show-Also door frame around front door never finished as promised

Bought a move in ready model home…appears to be good value getting upgrade features at lower cost. Paperwork was surprisingly plentiful…could drive you nuts. Pressure an no flexibility on closing date. Walk through happened 3 days before closing but punch list was not completed…assured all would be taken care of quickly. Somehow in Warranty process and appears to be wrapping up 4 months later. Jasmine in Warranty seems very helpful:-) One disagreement on guest bathroom tub condition not noticed during walk through…may still get resolved, may not…get help to go over every detail during walk through. Include verifying every outlet is in working order, every faucet, every appliance, showers and tubs, etc.. ... More
