Love the home...solidly built. However, having some issues with uneven floor tiles and am in the process of repairing/replacing these tiles. Hopefully will get rectified soon.

Overall pleased with the house. The community at Anthem is super. Great atmosphere.

The quality of paint used is not good had to repaint interior before I moved in. Also Sheetrock was not prepared as should , had to have many areas repaired. More attention needs to be paid to detail. Cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. Chris was great to respond and was great to work with.

Overall I love it here! The staff and workers are very nice and accommodating. The community is beautiful and the neighbors are all like family. It’s a very safe community with so much to do. The warranty part is questionable. A/C quite working two weeks after I moved in and they were here that day to fix it. Great job! The toilet was leaking and they were out the next day to fix it. Great job! The refrigerator iced up two days after they finally delivered it ( more than two months after I moved in) and they said they can’t make it here for almost three weeks. That’s not acceptable. I’m still waiting to hear about my brushed nickel accessories that do not match and a few other things that are not what I consider an emergency. These are not things that would make me change my mind about moving here but they do need to improve in this area ... More

My main problem, homes are sold for older owners, the Martin Ray single level design has a wood pull down ladder to reach the air handler, the filter needs to be checked routinely, the ease of pulling down a wood constructed ladder vs a aluminum ladder to get to the unit is significant. For what you pay wood should not be used or there should be a aluminum option.

We enjoyed our salesman immensely. No question was too small . We were buying from across the country sight unseen. We knew Del Webb’s reputation so there was nothing to worry about. It has been exciting the area is beautiful. Now we are struggling with follow ups on things we are concerned about. I realize there are other new houses being built but you need to get things completed for owners who live here, after all, we are your biggest cheerleaders. At least, at the moment!

The "Options" part of the sales process felt somewhat "high pressured", The Design Center coordinator was very professional... There seemed to be some confusion between Sales and Design as to what was an available option and/or included. Once Our Project Mgr. took over everything went seamlessly....he was professional, always in touch, quick to respond to our questions, and very thorough during the "walk thru"

The home was built quickly and on schedule but we've had many post construction issues.

I was interested in a quick move in unit and Del Webb Bexley came through! Their selections hit the mark and proved to be the right decision for me. First interaction with warranty support have been less than stellar but we'll give them more time to get their act together.

A number of small issues on the initial walk through some of which were not addressed properly on the 2nd walkthrough.

QUALITY NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED

Everyone was nice to deal with. Painters did a horrible job. Didn’t like where some residence got their garage painted and i was told they didn’t do that. Landscaping isn’t great and concrete job on porches and drive isnt that great.

The building manager was very responsive and helpful during the building process.

We enjoyed our superintendent, he did a good job. The problem is with the finishes inside the house. The materials used are definitely builder grade, the paint job is questionable, and the overall fit and finish is borderline. While the house is probably going to last ok, a lot of work needs to be done to clean up the finishes on the doors, casing, and baseboard. The cabinets are a low grade, but the granite countertops are very well done. The texture on the interior walls is adequate, but the interior paint is very low quality. Have to stay on top of them while building. The Bathroom trim folks and painters leave a lot to be desired.

Felt like a lot of pressure.

After we bought there was a transition with sales agents. We weren’t told about vinyl planking floors clapping. It was amazing the schedule that they were able to maintain. From start to finish it delayed just a week. Our builder was top notch and kept us up to date on schedule.

The building process using critical path scheduling is too rigid and inflexible. Common answer when asking about idle days was "subs go by the schedule ".

Home is average - unfortunately it was a "spec" house and was already built so things could not be changed or upgraded - lots of "missing" upgrades - and a few design issues - how many doorways can be put into a area less than 10' square ? this has 5 - insane

Good builder, however some of the subcontractors were not as good. Synergy has not been very responsive since we moved in. November 20th they did some set up with us but since then they have not been helpful. They want to charge us to come out to get the door key pad working? It never worked! We told them right away. Marios AC tried to sell us on and upgarde or something when we just wanted to get the thermostat programmed.
