Good thing everything is painted trim work, they rely on caulking and paint to fill imperfections. Carpenters are fast track hacks, no sense of pride. Typical Pulte production, build out a development, blow out of town

Was told many things that later discovered untrue. 1) elevation and color of house: couldn’t pick what I wanted because had to “space those elevations and colors” on street. However, I see multiple houses in a row with same elevation and colors. So rules evidently changed 2) HOA dues presented as one thing but turning out to be something else 3) improper sizing of appliances sold through Del Webb Too much finger pointing between HOA and vendors. Just found out there is homeless shelter for families going in next door which wasn’t revealed during the home buying process. Happy with the swimming pool and recreation center but now wonder if it will be crowded when they finish building all of the units. Paying the HOA fee has turned out to be an incredibly difficult task since the HOA administrators are incredibly disorganized - I have sent in both a direct withdrawal form for my checking account and a check when that didn’t work and they didn’t take the funds with either method. Buying the condo was easy. The issues are another story. The air conditioning has been a problem from day one. I have learned from EVERYBODY that this is an ongoing issue. Should have been fixed long ago as this is building number 6 of the complex. The problem still continues. My first night there I had to stay at my sisters because it was too hot to sleep there. Any hot day my condo is uncomfortable. They have tried temporary repairs. Still waiting for the repair. We moved into the condo in July. Keys are another ongoing issue. From the questions in this review, I am not sure who specifically to review. We have dealt with a number of people. Most were responsive to our concerns. Were our concerns taken care of would be a better question. Our issue was with our walk-thru; we felt very rushed and were told some things that would be taken care of that were not. It was not a pleasant experience. Also I am not sure how to answer "Trustworthiness". Who specifically is the question referring too?

WHEN I pointed out problems or work done poorly and/or not finished I was told wait till the end. I shouldnt have t wait till end with everything going on punch lists. Most, if not all, could have been corrected in May.

I asked regularly for workmen to take their time and do things right. I was obviously not listened to-rush rush. Incomplete, wrong, crooked etc etc etc

I had a great experience working with Brian, Jeff and Terry from the initial contact to closing. Unfortunately, once we closed on the home I have run into several brick walls trying to resolve lingering construction issues. I would advise buyers to get everything in writing and never sign off on punch list items that have not been completed.

Windows and doors installations have significant opportunities to improve on. Having to come back to align, reinstall doors and windows is not efficient. Getting contractors back out is a struggle.

I recently purchased a home in Stone Creek, Del Webb. Excited to be in a new home, I was there the week before closing to do my pre-closing walk-through. We marked up many many things that needed to be addressed and the site supervisor, Jeff, told me that I was very particular, and that I should be reminded I am buying a production home and not a custom home. The builder neglected details and was in a rush. Grouts in the bathrooms are barely there and rough. I wonder if the tiles will stay together much long and grout sealer was not even applied where the bathtub and floor meet and the grout is cracking from drying. Generally the workmanship is quite poor. I wonder what else I will notice later. And the doors are too big where the space is small; they hit together. Buying process was pleasant.

Overall the house is OK, lots of issues yet to be addressed. Wish they would handle punch list issues within a set time frame, like 30-60 days after closing. I like the neighborhood and the amenities but the inside finishes do not align with the cost of the house.

Whilst we identified our sliding door as an issue on our punch list upon closing it took two weeks and multiple outreaches to have someone come out and look at the door. They were able to fit a functioning lock but the door still does not slide. Advised someone would return but has been over a month and no communication.

Rusted natural gas line that won't open for my natural gas grill. Master shower that won't drain because of debris in the pipe. Poor responsiveness to these issues. Another quality Pulte product. At what point do I write Pulte, state representatives, etc.

problems and changes to HOA rules

The HOA increased monthly dues w/o notifying prospective buyers. changed rules to home ownership and contract. pulte did not finish courtyard created additional expenses. When buying into community have about $20K available for landscaping and other costs. the hoa rules now require homeowners to have landscaping installed 90 days after move in\-a change from original hoa rules sent to me upon contracting that stated plans must be submitted 90 days after move in. The buying process was easy.

The community we have moved in to is amazing and close friendships are already established. Unfortunately, the experience of building this house was not a good one. Lack of communication and concern by the builder has left us with a less than desired result. This is the 5th home we have built and had more issues with poor workmanship and choices. Pulte / Del Webb. The jury is out but I can tell you that Pulte does not have a great reputation in this Del Webb subdivision. Pulte uses sub-standard contractors and the attention to details in regard to workmanship is bad. Maybe things will get better but my “not impressed” meter is not registering right now.

The finish work was probably the worst I have experienced. They didn't finish the items prior to closing. Doors are damaged, stove burner doesn't work, dishwasher had problems etc. There are several items not completed and it is a nightmare trying to get them back in.
