House is quality we are having issues getting warranty items addressed.

It seems after Pulte gets your money that they dont have any concerns about addressing your issues that arise after the sale. Emails went unanswered and nobody seems to care about the items that need addressed after the money changes hands.

Shoddy Finish workmanship - production home

Delm Webb has a great reputation but the workmanship and fitgnish work especially is terrible. Production houses have subcontractors with little or not Q/c except the customer service reps who are responsive and well intentioned but overwhelmed. If you want to live in a home being adjusted to various issues, things will eventually get done. Not fun at age 77 with some health issues. BUT still glad we bought just disappointed with initial work

After you take possession of your new home a 800 number is provided for issues. The recording says allow up to 72 hours for a call back. And company that takes 72 hours to return a call should so re evaluate their business practice. When I did receive a call back the person was very unprofessional. Thank God my issues are minimal because I feel like I’m on my own.

Sales coordinator Jill was awesome, workers showed little pride in quality of their work in several areas though construction project manager Jordan communicated well and was somewhat effective in getting problems addressed. Have had poor post close communication and no resolution efforts on any defective work after 45 days since close.

Don’t close escrow until all things in your home are up to standard. Once you close, they seem to forget about you. They keep building new houses, but don’t come correct/fix things in homes already completed.

Quality of construction is very low, overpriced and low control of process, a lot of waste of material. Good looking models and beautiful community attract me to this place. Convenient location.

We do enjoy our new home. The lot, the view, the finishes, all meet our expectations. HOWEVER, requests for updates on the multitude of warranty issues that have been submitted remain either uncorrected, or completely ignored. NO NEWS IS NOT GOOD NEWS! We want what we paid for and although I know it takes time, I do not appreciate being ignored! Because of the current labor and supply chain environment, proactive communication should be THE top priority for your customer service / warranty department. When the response is "crickets", it is 100% disrespectful. We mattered a lot before ...

Dream house

It was supposed to be a dream house for retirement. We liked the location and the floor plan. The model houses are presented as spacious with views out of your window, but when you end up in your newly built house you have houses next to you in 12 feet. Windows do not help much to get daylight. AC units are next to your bedroom. Workmenship is a very low quality: bathrooms need caulking around the shower and bathtub, a lot of paint on the floor boards, kitchen doors are not alined, electrical outlets and switches messed up, missing items that we paid for, the concrete at the front door ...

The sales staff is great but the construction manager was incompetent. We identified several issues to him that did not get corrected until after several promptings, including electrical circuits inoperable, garage paint incomplete and the incorrect amount of attic insulation. This was the dirtiest home I have ever moved in to.

Workmanship is low quality, looks like they were in a hurry. Small things not finished. Painting was sloppy, many areas had to be touched up. Ordered fence and gutters in contract. When did first inspection we were told those are only place holders so had to have those installed on our own. Found all of the windows were not locked when we moved in had to lock all of them. Lawn was not rolled and the gaps between the sod was very large had to have a landscaper roll the lawn and fill in the gaps with dirt. Caulking between the seams on the brick were not finished still waiting for ...

We have mixed feelings about our home buying experience. We were very impressed with the sales staff and the multiple model options, all of which were very well presented. We were especially impressed with quality of the finish work in the models and also the design center staff who provided multiple options for review and selection. That being said, we are very unhappy with the finish work on our new home. Cheap materials and poor subcontractor performance driven by the builders desire to close as many homes as possible without proper attention to detail. Post closing punch list items were ...

Though the home buying experience was good, the customer service with issues after was horrendous. I have had three major issues. I went to settlement on 11/22. On 11/17 during my walk through, it was pointed out to me that there was a hole in the tub of my guest bathroom. It was put on the fix list, but was not repaired by settlement. When Del Webb sent out someone to review the problem, they could not fix it and needed to subcontract it out. When I called the subcontractor the first available date was February 17. I will not be able to use the tub for three months. This has been very ...

We are pleased with our home and the quality of the workmanship. The Project Manager has been excellent with his follow up. However, with any new home there will be issues that need to be addressed. The "customer service" contact person is less than adequate and does as little as possible to address your concerns.

My agent Chad Holmes was amazing. He did everything right. But I have the wrong countertops through my whole house. The paint job is terrible and not two toned like I thought, due to an apparent paint shortage. It has taken me a whole month to get someone over here to take a look at things and now I’m told it could be until January before the repairs can be completed. The community is beautiful and I love my house, but think many things could have been done much better.

We had a great experience watching our new home being built. Our field manager, Anthony, was exceptional; responsive, funny and really easy to work with. Now that we have lived in our home for a month, we are really enjoying git. I would say, however, that there are a lot of little things we’ve noticed, such as paint spotsn carpeting, small gashes in doors Gotham haven’t been painted over, spots of glue or other substances on the floors and a drawer that already fell off it’s track. We consider this lack of attention to detail by the many trades involved in building the house. And the ...

The buying experience, mortgage application, and closing went smoothly . However, at the preliminary walk through there were several things that were supposed to be resolved that were promised would be done at the final walk through that were not. Here it is 6 weeks since closing and only 2 items have been resolved and we are finding more including electrical issues. I feel as if Pulte was sold "factory seconds". I have found that the vanity cabinet was installed damaged. Two of the three mirrors are damaged. A roof vent was apparently damaged causing a leak in the range hood. (That was one ...

I am very conflicted about my new home at Kimblewick. I’m very pleased with the house and community. I won’t complain about minor issues, but one that goes against Pulte policy. That is planting a very large tree( it will grow to 40 or 50 feet) 5 ft in front of my house. It will have to be cut down at great expense in the future. I offered to move it but was denied. Please respond to this as my request is ignored. Thank you. Sue Hughes

We started the process of purchasing our home by looking at your website and by visiting the sales center in Mesquite NV. We chose a Spec home and ended up purchasing it. We liked the thought of your ‘Quality Control’ process indicated in the model home display and on your website – we found the local managers do NOT proceed the way it was presented. We NEVER had a construction walk through as the process progressed, being told they were too busy. Luckily, we lived nearby and could drive by and see the progress. At one point we were contacted by the design center and invited to come ...

Well I am very unsatisfied with the 100% guarantee of handing over the house, still waiting on a bunch of issues that could be resolved very quickly but has not happened yet... We have been very patient on these issues. Another point that was not shared us is that we paid for a Berm View but the back is public property and other people walk thru there.

I have bought many homes before, and I've never experienced the issues I am having. I have at least 30 issues of poor craftsmanship and I've only been in my home a month. I am required to take a picture and email it to Pulte and they have workers reach out to me. Can you imagine how many workers I have going through my house and having to be there for every appointment. I have a business to run. This is crazy to think I will have to go through this for a year. I am in the last phase and they just through these homes up very sloppy. I will be getting a home inspection of my own. I'm ...
