building during Covid a challenge. Supply and labor issues throughout build. Inferior product at stages and difficult to get Del Webb to provide what was promised and expected. We felt it was necessary to watch them build and check on the work often. We love our home but the process was not easy or enjoyable.

Value for the price has been exceeded....

The quality and value of our new home is superb. We so appreciate the sincerity, friendliness and helpfulness and expertise of everyone we dealt with.

While the quality of the materials used for and in our Del Webb home is very good and we LOVE our beautiful home, we are disappointed with the workmanship evidenced by the number of annoying repairs & corrections needed within our first 90 days of homeownership. We think homeowners can expect a few adjustments as part of any post-settlement home. However, we have an an exceptional number of annoying repairs, fixes and adjustments in our new Del Webb home. Building a home requires coordination of a extensive number of activities, accessing materials and working with suppliers, all of which are mind boggling but home builders are very experienced at managing all of the activities needed to deliver a COMPLETED home. While we have had NO SERIOUS problems, which would be issues that effect the appearance or functionality of any feature of our home, we believe Del Webb deserves 4 STARS for the number of annoying issues to address in our new home. ... Upon closing I came back to the house to find workers still working on finishing up some things. Submitted several items for repair to the portal and no real action has been taken to date and it has been almost one month.

The entire process was a breeze thanks to both Kristin and Matt, the construction managers for my new home. They are genuine, good people who take pride in their work and it shows. Del Webb is blessed to have these two on their team.

Poor materials and poor workmanship.

Poor follow up on issues discovered during final walk through. I have been in the house over 2 months and I cannot get anyone in customer service to help get my built in microwave repaired/fully installed.

Pulte was good about keeping us informed on the progress and the field manager was great.

Think coffee has a great process from start to finish. They make it very simple from buying your house to getting insurance mortgaging your house and closing.

My builder John was very professional and helpful. He answered all my questions and was good to take the time to explain everything

Good homebuilder but do your due diligence and pay attention to detail. They were very busy and you need to check to ensure you get all that you are paying for.

This entire experience has been a disaster. Appaling workmanship using non English speaking workers who have zero respect for your property. I located 12 beer cans hidden under insulation. Zero communication and once they get your money you no longer exist. We have numerous unresolved issues including a leak in our roof. We acted in good faith all the way along and we were treated terrible with the exception of Steve our site supervisor.

Have a check list when you go through final walkthrough to ensure everything is repaired before purchase.

overall, I received lots of communication about the house building process. my questions were always answered till understood what I was asking. It may be just the climate of building houses nowadays with everything very rushed. I wasn't happy with the painters or paint that was used, and the concrete work could have been a little neater.

Poor quality of workmanship. Low quality of appliances. House was filthy when we moved in.

I would stay in close contact with builder and the process. So there are no surprises .

Shoddy work, behind in closing date, no pride in workmanship, not truthful, house becomes a repaired home not a NEW home.

We were excited to do our walk through about a week before our closing date. There were still quite a few unfinished items, missing stove vent, stove, touch up paint, cabinet scratches etc. The representative jotted them down on a paper and we were supposed to sign off, go ahead and close and trust them to finish. We were told repeatedly it would happen in a day or two but it didn't. I understand there are labor shortages and supply chain issues but don't fib about it. At 30 days post close, I texted our guy and asked when we could expect the touch ups to be done. I never even got a response!

The design of the homes, orientation of lots and the overall community are awesome. The construction process is underwhelming. Had to schedule every trade to come back to make things right. Example - our exhaust system above the range was installed without the duct (3.5’) connecting the fan to the outside ducting. Bad painting, drywall, I’ll-fitting doors, etc. Best advice - forget upgrades. Buy with “included” and upgrade after mow-in.

Our sales person was very knowledgeable of the brand and the model we chose to build. She was able to help us in selection of options. We were given an estimated close date of 2/15/22, with a wider window of January to March. We closed on 2/10/22. The few items that we noted after moving in that needed attention were addressed in a very timely manner.

Pulte is known for quality and yes they are a quality organization The only area of fault I would give them is communication at the builders job site manager. My guy was poor at that but he is no longer employed by Pulte.

The operation starting with the builder, the lender, and the escrow company kept us informed and quickly responded to all inquiry. The homes are planned in a very organized fashion facilitating both move in, storage and furnishing the home.

I always heard great things about Pulte homes but never lived in one. Now that I own one and see the homes around me being built I have a different opinion. I don't understand why Pulte would use flat paint on the inside of the house. Also, the sides and bake of the house only have one or two panels of wood before the foam ,chicken. wire and stucco are applied. I am able to use a sharp object and with enough force poke it straight through the wall from the outside into the inside. Our electrical system is not operational in some parts of the home. We're in a great housing market and Pulte should benefit from this boom but not at the expense of the new home buyer. ... More
