Met with the builder and was impressed by how the homes are built. Joe does a great job keeping up with the requests for service.

Make sure all issues are addressed that are found during walkthrough before purchasing the home. Framing, sheetrock and flooring issues are not corrected. The warranty people for Pulte Group do not respond to issues of the home or property in the time frame they give you. Still questionable if they do.

Overall the experience was fast and comfortable. Our salesman Bill was very knowledgeable and helpful in making sure that this was the right move for my wife and I.

Bought a move in ready model home…appears to be good value getting upgrade features at lower cost. Paperwork was surprisingly plentiful…could drive you nuts. Pressure an no flexibility on closing date. Walk through happened 3 days before closing but punch list was not completed…assured all would be taken care of quickly. Somehow in Warranty process and appears to be wrapping up 4 months later. Jasmine in Warranty seems very helpful:-) One disagreement on guest bathroom tub condition not noticed during walk through…may still get resolved, may not…get help to go over every detail during walk through. Include verifying every outlet is in working order, every faucet, every appliance, showers and tubs, etc.. ... More

Waiting to get issues addressed. I believe the placement of lights and fan mounts need to be reviewed. Noticed this after moving in.

initially we had warm fuzzys, but as the process continued we felt that we were just another sale. We approached this home buying experience as our last forever home. There were issues on our final walk through, that were camouflaged. We are still waiting for our warranty person, Jason, to make a follow up appointment, after giving him a date when we would return to town. The quality of our selections, that are provided by you, are definitely "Builder Grade" and in the $700,000 price point we expected a little more. All in all, we love the neighborhood and the friends we've meet on our short visits. Hopefully, in July our official move in, it'll feel more like home, and we can overlook the minimal flaws in the finish work. (hopefully our scratch window will be replaced.) ... More

There are several things I would do differently if I had the opportunity to build a new home again. I would like more than four hours to go over all of the selections that you have to make at the design center. When you are selecting your flooring, cabinets, electrical and lighting and are new at this process it is very overwhelming. Now that I’m in the home I can think of several items I would have chosen that we weren’t even aware of at the time. I’m not impressed with the appliances as the microwave broke in the first four weeks of owning the house and trying to deal with Whirlpool was a nightmare as once you close on your home you deal with the manufacturer for the appliances. I truly repair as many items as I can as the warranty repair process has been slow and the scheduling of repairs isn’t always provided to us and we’ve had companies come out to do repairs that we weren’t informed about them coming. I would strongly suggest that you have a home inspection done prior to closing as our inspector found several issues in our brand new home. In the end we have a home that we’re happy with but we have had to deal with a lot of repairs and problems that a new home shouldn’t have. My thoughts of a clean new home and theirs are two totally different things. ... More

The communications during construction was very good. The punch out handling I believe could have been handled better. The post customer care I feel is average according to who is involved. Some issues were prompt but others you get multiple answers and minimal results. I believe due to too many contractors on some items.

Working with Katie was a pleasure. We were kept informed all the way through the process.

Overall the home has met our desires It is NOT a home with great workmanship, or high quality. The option upgrades are very expensive. I would put the value of these homes as average. Our construction manager was excellent, managing much of our concerns in a timely manner. The follow-up by Del Web customer service definitely met our expectations. You have to stay on top of the building project right up until your closing.

Details matter to ensure your options and issues are fully resolved. Seller options are limited and several post close elements were required at buyers expense post move in with local independent service providers to create the home details we wanted.

Our contractor and community service guy were great but following through with things isn’t their strong point. It seems once the build is over they have so many others to build that new buyers don’t get the attention they deserve. Still waiting to hear about 4 problems. Two quit big and although they came to check it out promised follow through Have yet to be done.

The experience has been good but the responsiveness to needs and requests for support have been slow

Everything was going great until we needed warranty service. We had a cracked master BR door. It was a comedy of errors. Many days we waited for a service call. It they showed up it was with a damaged door, doors that didn’t fit & several visits to finally get the door fit, painted & installed. Very disappointing considering we love everything else about Stone Creek.

We were very pleased by the way everything was handled during the whole process from the first visit through the closing.

The construction process was very good manager kept me informed weekly and made time to meet with me every time I was in town. The design segment we felt rushed and you can’t make any changes after that appointment.

Community is excellent, but they build A LOT of homes, and the fit and finish is sometimes uneven. Wall insulation is not great; you can hear from room to room. Still, the houses have nice floor plans, community amenities are very good, the neighborhoods are well laid out, and it’s pretty here. Ideally, you’d want more insulation and a little better lasting quality in the homes themselves, but the overall experience and vibes are positive.

We were kept well informed of any changes to lot availability and what to expect during the building process after we decided on the perfect lot for our needs. Once we did purchase our lot and select a home plan, the Pulte group was very helpful, and made each phase of decision making that much more enjoyable.

I have been in my home for under 2 months. Issues come up that you would only see when actually living in the home. My Pulte customer service manager is very responsive to my concerns. But…..I am noticing construction issues that should have been addressed prior to this home being put on the market. Cabinets, doors lighting, sprinklers. Seems no one has pride in their work. These homes are referred to by some as “production homes”. I went with Del Webb for the quality and amenities. I shouldn’t have to discover cabinet shelves that are not secure and have my items broken. Dining room light is cheap yes but it was not hung properly and it’s bent. How does someone not step back, look at their work and say “that looks good” instead of good enough. I like my home, I like it here but the finish work has a lot to be desired. I didn’t think I was going to have to babysit a brand new home. I trusted that if it was deemed ready it would be. ... More

Shower seat is not well done. Too many doors in MBR area. Rest is excellent.

Getting someone to show up to fix an issue- so far a month. Construction around you is difficult when you need to get in or out of your driveway. The board needs to be more proactive about real issues. Communication seems to be an issue here. Once they sell you they are pretty much done with you.

The interface with staff was excellent.

Workmanship could be better. Taking a month to replace tile and fix baseboards
