Have been in our new home two months and still have not been able to get a list of things fixed when some should have been known and corrected before settlement. Still waiting for dates to correct the issues after e mailing three times

At first, the process for the home building seemed to be good. However, as the trades came in to do their work, the workmanship was definitely inferior in my master bathroom. The tile work was atrocious and should not have been passed inspection. Countertop had flaws in it and they should have never installed it in the first place. Now I have to have the countertop taken out and buff the imperfections out and be without a kitchen sink and island countertop for two days. Jill jones—the sales person—was great and very responsive when I had questions or needed information. Max Thompson—construction manager—was also very good in keeping me updated. And overseeing build. Unfortunately that has mot been the case post-closing when warranty team has failed to address most of remaining punch list items. My advice to a new buyer is to delay closing until house is complete and all issues resolved!!

The building experience with our project manager during the building process was very adequate. The finishes however were totally unacceptable upon our move-in. There was spilled paint all over the floor from when they did touchup paint, The trim around the doors looked like somebody used a rock to cut the trim with at the bottom, there was grout painted over on baseboards, The house was filthy had not been cleaned except for rough clean there was no final clean we had to clean the house our self, the crown molding was unacceptable at six different joints that still need to be fixed, there ...

I was fine with the experience until we closed on the home. We got to the house and it was very obvious that the house was not cleaned. I had to vacuum/sweep the entire house and the screened porch. My husband has continued to find various things like nails, cigarette butts, old cups, plastic spoons and various trash around the outside of the property. Pulte mortage was the worst experience in the 20 homes I have purchased in my life. Del Webb no longer cares to take calls and follow up on repairs needed. I gave up. Hope my neighbors enjoy the dead plants in my yard.

The setting and design is lovely offering many comforts for an aging community. Meetings with Debbie were productive and enjoyable. A woman’s jewel and focus is a home’s kitchen. My “upgrade 4” kitchen, is no gem. Installed is a Whirlpool refrigerator, Kitchen Aid range, Jenn Air dishwasher with contrasting stainless steel fronts and handles — whatever was available prior to closing. The cupboard that holds the Kitchen Aid microwave was damaged when installed as was an expensive pendant light. The 30-day walkthrough Josh offered has never been scheduled and I settled mid-June.

Our salesperson was absolutely fantastic and helpful. Our construction manager did a great job of communicating and working with us. As we got closer to our closing date, it felt like items were being rushed and now that we are in our home, there are items that still have to be taken care of, which is disappointing as we have to work around furniture and fixtures we have installed. We love our home and the model we chose along with the neighborhood. Open items should have been 99% complete prior to moving in, and NOT having to be 'corrected' now that we are here.

The house is, in general, well built. We signed our contract in May of 2021 and were given a timeline for completion of mid Dec 21- mid Feb 22. The house was not completed until late June 22 (13 months after signing and placing a down payment. The 2 glaring issues are: 1) no radiant barrier installed and 2) the premium dishwasher we paid for is not yet installed. The excuse on the radiant barrier was "supply chain issues". Angela sales rep was great. Overall, quality is marginal. Tile floor has holes, defects. I have a major gopher issue ruining my yard. No window screens, scratched dishwasher, sewage backed up in my shower and tub the first week due to cleaners flushing cleaning cloths. Outdoor landscaping is minimal with huge chunks of bark mulch looks very cheap. Had screened lanai added, they put screen door directly in my view and not to the side like the model. Keep finding damage everywhere, the contractors were obviously very careless. Warranty guy has been trying to help,

Excellent experience with sales person and very good with construction supervisor. House seems to be well built both foundation and structurally. Fit and finish below average with excessive issues on drywall work and poor quality painting. Also substandard cabinetry and engineered wood flooring. Had several instances of subcontractors damaging concrete, windows, walls, cabinets and countertops. Pulte Construction follow up is okay, but punch list items are many more than we expected.

Sales agent Kit was excellent and trustworthy. Construction manager continued to promise follow-up on missing parts but was not truthful in his responses. Managers did not provide feedback. Once Christopher took over thinks moved quickly. However many items were overlooked before closing that were not discovered until move-in. Have not heard from anyone on checklist items still pending after closing. Sewage backup due to dirt in lines, which is preventable. Pulte Mortgage was terrific.

The buying experience was very good. Our sales agent and Design Center consultant were very helpful. What’s been a disappointment is the after move in service. We feel the home was rushed to close when it clearly needed more time to complete. Therefore we have to take time off from work to meet the several workmen that are scheduled to come over weekly to repair or finish the job and most have not been showing up at all.

We for the most part are pleased with our home, it’s amenities and location. There are still many unresolved issues and appointments to resolve cabinet concerns, carpet stains have not been honored. Waiting around for no shows has been very discouraging. Grading evaluations are pending as well as window alignment and truss gusset repair.

Great Sales Rep, construction manager, once in home it is taking 2-3 weeks out to repair/replace items, in hindsight I would have not chosen certain upgrades, overall I love the house and am remaining patient for certain shortcomings to be addressed.

This is not the first new home that I have built so I am not new to the experience. That said, I was surprised with the number of major quality issues that existed with the house when we were given the keys. From major mechanical issues and missed key parts in the attic and on the roof to a clogged water system and non-functioning electrical outlets, the lack of quality checks and low standard of acceptability on visual items was dumbfounding. The Pulte support services including Sales, Mortgage, Design Center and Smart Home were exemplary and the people there were a joy to work with. ...
