Love the neighborhood and the house!

You need to stay on top of the building process from day one.

We love the design and layout of our new home. However there was a rush to complete it and close escrow, which left too much to be corrected. The builder has been slow in response to our concerns.

Quality of work is extremely poor in every aspect. Materials for exterior/ interior is of poor quality. Little to no communication with anyone from Pulte. Pulte gives you only 30 days from closing to file issues or problems on your home. It is stressful enough just moving in without having to worry about your 30 day notice from Pulte. Do you think Pulte will fix those issues or problems in 30 days?

Everything was fine until we closed on our home. During the final walkthrough, we found a couple of problems, namely the garbage disposal wasn’t working and the globe on one of the lights was broken. We were guaranteed that they would be taken care of. It’s been almost 2 months since our closing and we’ve tried to contact the builder a few times and have been unable to get a response from him. These things still have not been taken care of.

Skill and dedication of individual Construction manager assigned to your home makes a HUGE difference, good manager = good building experience. We had a very good construction manager. Paying attention to construction process either in person or via video calls is very important. The construction managers have many houses, you only have the one. We are pleased with how our house came out and we were fortunate that we had no major problems. But, we did encounter some issues as we went along, but caught them early and they were corrected. Pulte was responsive and has been helpful with loose ends after we moved in. Some upgrade options seem overpriced, but maybe that is the times we now live in. ... More

Del Webb’s commitment to deliver a home of superior quality and beauty, was definitely met in my case. I was kept well informed, step by step, through every phase of the building of my beautiful home, via email.,Any issues that occurred during my “Final Walk Through”, was immediately address!!

Supply chain issues and labor shortages caused us major inconvenience. Since we have been in there have been a few minor problems which, for the most part, have been resolved. Overall, we have been quite satisfied with our new home.

Great Experience. Would do it again.

I’ll start with the sales experience. We were very interested in this development from the get-go. We signed up for the grand opening sales event, walked thru 3 models and got pricing on those models, but requested info on another model. Despite follow-up emails and phone calls, it took 4 months for someone to get back to us. Needless to say, the prices increased substantially in those 4 months. Once we signed the contract, it became a game of hurry-up and wait. Our first construction manager would send an email asking us to schedule something the next week, which we did, then we didn’t hear back from him for a month. (Our second construction manager has been great and much more responsive.) Then one month prior to closing we were advised the flooring we picked out was not available at that time and to pick another one. All the decisions you make from cabinet color, to granite, to carpeting, to flooring is based on how things look together. This was a problem because I could not find one I liked as much as my original selection, but now have to live with it for years to come. I think Pulte settled for poor workmanship in an effort to close on our house before the end of the year. Many issues became apparent after we moved in a month ago - caulk in the bathroom and crown molding is separating in spots, the wood around the glass panels of the office door is very damaged, weatherstripping gaps at the front door, a piece of trim is coming down from ceiling in the covered patio, windows are very drafty, and a damaged fence, And, because these things weren’t noticed until after the final walk through, we now have to wait 11 months before anything can be fixed. ... I love the design of these homes, my neighbors and sense of community. There was no attention to detail towards quality of workmanship during the final month and I am still waiting for about ten trades to finish. I am still missing screens, parts of walls and ceilings were not painted, front door still needs repair, while some work has been done much remains.

This builder pushes out houses before they are ready. The workmanship suffers and the homeowner is left with a house that is less than they expect or should get.

Poor quality workmanship. Getting the house finished hasn't happened and we are over a month after closing. Communications have been extremely challenging.

My shower has of on handle opposite of shower head .

I am so pleased with my home and appreciate the quick responses to any concerns I may have. The pre-closing walk throughs and preparation for closing was excellent.

They just keep selling although they are way, way, behind on fixing the "punch lists" of almost everyone who has built in the past year. Items ordered for replacement being diverted to complete new houses. Senior construction people leaving in droves as the stress of trying to offer some semblance of customer service deteriorates further and further. Class action suits being filed and more and more are joining every day. Hard to believe that this can end any way but badly. We're selling while prices are high and before the whole thing implodes. This isn't the company, look further. You'll never know how good your decision was, trust me. ... More

The paint crew was sloppy. The house was not cleaned properly for move in. We love the floor plan. It is very comfortable. We love the neighborhood. People are very friendly and welcoming.

They stand by their product.. Have been wonderfully responsive to our requests.

Excellent customer experience and very responsive!

House is well built - very pleased. Our sprinklers, flower beds / landscaping and grass sod is absolutely horrible. 3/4" water pipe for sprinklers was leaking & flooded our back yard. I identified 2 major low spots in the back yard & the builder ignored me during our final walk through. I had to fix the 2 low spots myself. The sod was laid on unbelievably unlevel ground. I had to fix the unlevel ground under the sod - remove clods, humps and fill in the holes on the entire yard.

They deliver our home in time. Products of our home are exceptional. Sales agent should be upfront and aware of the capacity of Solar system. Choices of elevation should be discussed in detail ahead of time, even before signing up the lot.

We love our new house and the entire experience was great. Our sales rep was terrific. She helped us understand what to expect and guided us through our choices. Everyone we dealt with was direct and honest with us, and other than some delays, which we pretty much expected from the start, it was a real pleasure working with this company.

we were out of state for the entire building process. i would not consider ever doing that again with this builder.

Pulte mortgage was challenging. It was very nerve racking.
