We are pleased with our home and the quality of the workmanship. The Project Manager has been excellent with his follow up. However, with any new home there will be issues that need to be addressed. The "customer service" contact person is less than adequate and does as little as possible to address your concerns.

Lots of issues, poor workmanship and finish. Reported several of the minor items and it's been several weeks with no one out to repair them. The A/C is undersized and can't keep up with tx summer heat and pulte won't do anything about it.

We’ve been in our home 2 months and still waiting for things to be redone that we’re not completed correctly the first time. This is very frustrating. We were also promised and paid for a high end microwave oven combo. Instead they retrofitted a table too CHEAP microwave in the space and put in a built in oven. We paid $2300 extra and certainly did not get the appliances promised.

Was not happy that we had no oven & Did not find that out until our walk thru !!! Walk thru was 4-12-22 & we were told should get oven / microwave in 4 to 6 weeks !!! We tried calling texting & emails to 3 to 4 people & finally just got a response saying they received our info about our concerns !!! They said they are very busy but will get back to us !!!! Very poor customer service overall !!! As of todays date still no oven / microwave. Some residents that moved in around my timeframe got theirs ??? There is no excuse for not having those items ordered since we picked them out last year !!!

I ordered Pendant lighting to be placed over my Island during upgrade selection. This was added to the cost of this house. During my 1st walk through, I pointed out to the Field Manager that the outlets were missing. He said he would add them. At final walk through, outlets for the pendant lights were still missing. At this point, the placement of the other lights are unbalanced. I reported the matter to the Sales Office and the Field Manager was asked to install the outlets. Everything is completely one sided with regard to the contract. Time for the buyer to meet dates is inflexible but not on the part of the builder. Very little contact between contractor manager and the buyer. No real effort to repair punch out items

Pulte has cut back on quality of products offered. Example, I not satisfied with the cheap lighting fixtures, no globes in the garage offered and discontinuation of decorative doors. There are so many subtle short cuts. They offered more in the older homes and more style options. Although the build process was informative, I am not a fan of quality versus price!

Beautiful area, designs, location. The quality of the finish work was rushed. Poor painting and quality paint. Ended up 250.00 square foot. That's way too much for the end result in the product quality and finish work.

We love the house and really thought we were buying a quality home from a quality builder and why we spent over 100k on upgrades but what we didn’t realize was they couldn’t execute the standard features of the home, much less the upgrades, We should be able to run our dishwasher and turn on our disposal at the same time, but we can’t. Our 22k corner sliding door shouldn’t be full of scratches, the extra money spent on counter tops, all look like it was done by a someone inexperienced. They had trade issues, ok then delay and do it right. Don’t keep changing the close date but then to rush ...

We are still using loaner appliances after 2 months in the home. When will we be getting the stovetop, refrigerator and dishwasher that we ordered? Other than the house being incomplete, it's a nice home. The HOA is easy to deal with. Our neighbors are friendly. It's been a good choice for a winter home.

The process from beginning to end was a great experience, with the exception of return communication from the design team after we purchased our extras, and the final walk through process was a disaster. You would think that the finishes would be a high priority, since this is what John Q Public sees at closing, it is what is looked at in order to accept the property. We only closed on our home a month and a half ago and still have several unresolved issues. We will hopefully meet in person with our customer service representative shortly He has reached out to me with three emails and has contacted two subcontractors. I do not want to rate Robert’s performance until he has had a chance to properly address our issues. Overall we love our home. There are so many things that easily met our expectations. Our concerns our 1 - the quality of the paint inside is terrible. They should have used some kind of latex paint. They used a flat based and every little things that touches the walls leaves marks that need to be washed down. 2 - we had our walk through 2 months ago and still have several things not resolved. I am now leaving voicemails with no response. Very frustrating because we just want to move forward.

Given their large size, Pulte has well honed floorplans. But lack of information at both sales (where structural options are chosen) and the design center, are problematic. Each should know their product and choices better. The excuse of being a "production" builder wears thin after too many refrains.

The builder has low expectations and standards. Builder is focused on building fast and NOT on building a good quality production home, that is too bad , they have some Awesome floor plans. The trades are pushed to get things done FAST, so they are either unable or unqualified to do a good job. It has been over 30days since we completed our 30 day list of things to be fixed and the only response was we will schedule in the next month or two.
