Renee was AMAZING! We were 1200 miles away and she kept us informed answered all of questions. She returned calls and answered emails immediately. Even now after moving in she is the one that answers questions and is our advocate. She is truly the BEST! I credit her for such a positive experience.

The initial sales experience was positive. Be prepared to spend time and concentration up front on your design decisions. Be prepared for some delays and adjustments during construction given the current environment in home building and design, Have a plan for closing delays.

I enjoyed my buying and design experience. Since the I have been waiting a month for my warranty issues to be completed. Other than the acknowledgement email I have heard nothing about the status. My pre-closing walk through issues have also not been addressed.

The entire experience of buying a home in Del Webb was very professional. All persons involved in the process were knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with in every phase from beginning to end. I highly recommend Del Web to anyone wanting to live in a 55 + community.

Although we knew it was not a custom home, their building process is inflexible. We would have liked satin paint vs flat, a few more appliance choices such as electric/induction stove top.

Salesforce was knowledgeable and helpful in the planning process. Construction Manager was experienced and attentive to our needs and details. For the most part the warranty personnel are responsive to our needs and concerns with one exception.

It took 9 months to build my home after the foundation was poured. Other homes started after mine were finished before mine, I believe due to my price being locked in. Be vigilant during construction. The wrong countertop was installed in my kitchen and the builder did not identify and fix it. Other issues also were left up to me to identify and push for resolution.

The whole experience of buying a new home from Pulte was very positive

Our construction manager was very through. Chase B. is quite knowledgeable about the houses he oversees. His good attitude took a lot of stress out of the entire process. Thank you!

The electrical plan was rushed and the contractor seemed to think I should already have a plan as to types of outlets and placement. I had not built a home in over 40 years. Things have changed!! Suggest having the electric planning after the decorating plan so layouts and materials are more specific.

Other than the slow response to a few issues, we are very pleased.

The homes in the Del Webb communities are a great value

High priced homes with low quality work.

Dave was hands on. He was always available and responded to inquiries in a timely fashion. He answered all questions and if he wasnt sure he got back to us. We hIghly recommend Dave.

Builders team was very good. I realize that a lot of issues we faced were do to supply issues that were out of builders control. That is why I could only give a 3 star rating for home buying experience.

Beware their are so many problems with builder Example Quality of work poor

Being a first time buyer of a new home, i am highly disappointed in the plumbing fixtures installed, very inexpensive and after 2 months already discoloring on the finish...they installed a very low end disposal, and we don't have hot water to the kitchen ( as it needs a comfort pump) this should have been taken care of by builder... we have pressure issues and hopefully all will be resolved, overall i would say the next buyer needs to be sure of what fixtures that are included in the purchase

Cost of options is way to high. If you can do without certain options wait and make the changes after closing. You will save a lot of dollars.

Communication should be more forthcoming

I moved in to my new home almost 8 weeks ago and only two items on the punch list have been addressed, and one of those has not been resolved. I honestly believe that Pulte is a good builder and that these are difficult times for them. There are shortages of supplies and good help, but homes are going up so quickly here that I would think that they should finish work on the homes that are built. I love the neighborhood. That was my main reason for moving here. I just hope that I am going to get these issues resolved at some point.

The lack of communication, the workmanship, the turmoil with the field & construction managers was inexcusable. We could not get firm answers on anything all the way til the closing. We had to hire our own home inspector because there were so many issues. Our inspector confirmed and found multiple discrepancies. A full report was submitted to the field & Construction Manager by our inspector. We had to have a Build Quality Celebration form with at least 15 items on it signed by Construction Manager on the day of closing although they promised to have these items repaired by closing date. As a new homeowner I had a bad experience not because of supply issues, but I kept catching mistakes that were made. The quality of the windows is poor, They allow sand to leak into my home because they are not sealed well. They used the wrong grout on my floor. They promised to seal it but after I tested it I found out that they did not seal it. The island lights were not centered over the island. I was pressured to sign my closing check list showing everything was completed when it was not. Only one of the seven items were fixed before I moved in. All others I was told will have to come from the warranty department. I would probably not have Pulte build another home if I were to build another home. ... More

When you buy a brand new home, you expect brand new everything. Prior to closing a worker had tracked grease on the new carpet. There have been 3 attempts to clean it to no avail. Rather than having a new carpet, I have one that has been cleaned multiple times along with the associated fraying of the fibers that comes with cleaning.

Very very poor customer service

Lack of empathy for buyer during multiple delays of home being ready for move in. Do not get appliances through Pulte.You will pay double the price you can pay for identical item at Home Depot. Pulte use low quality quartz, low grade windows, etc.. Design Center is 2 hours away from New home community - thus very inconvenient.
