Could not get you back to finish the job

Whilst we identified our sliding door as an issue on our punch list upon closing it took two weeks and multiple outreaches to have someone come out and look at the door. They were able to fit a functioning lock but the door still does not slide. Advised someone would return but has been over a month and no communication.

Rusted natural gas line that won't open for my natural gas grill. Master shower that won't drain because of debris in the pipe. Poor responsiveness to these issues. Another quality Pulte product. At what point do I write Pulte, state representatives, etc.

Pulte / Del Webb. The jury is out but I can tell you that Pulte does not have a great reputation in this Del Webb subdivision. Pulte uses sub-standard contractors and the attention to details in regard to workmanship is bad. Maybe things will get better but my “not impressed” meter is not registering right now.

First Pulte home purchase

Workmanship is low quality, looks like they were in a hurry. Small things not finished. Painting was sloppy, many areas had to be touched up. Ordered fence and gutters in contract. When did first inspection we were told those are only place holders so had to have those installed on our own. Found all of the windows were not locked when we moved in had to lock all of them. Lawn was not rolled and the gaps between the sod was very large had to have a landscaper roll the lawn and fill in the gaps with dirt. I am very conflicted about my new home at Kimblewick. I’m very pleased with the house and community. I won’t complain about minor issues, but one that goes against Pulte policy. That is planting a very large tree( it will grow to 40 or 50 feet) 5 ft in front of my house. It will have to be cut down at great expense in the future. I offered to move it but was denied. We started the process of purchasing our home by looking at your website and by visiting the sales center in Mesquite NV. We chose a Spec home and ended up purchasing it. We liked the thought of your ‘Quality Control’ process indicated in the model home display and on your website – we found the local managers do NOT proceed the way it was presented. I have bought many homes before, and I've never experienced the issues I am having. I have at least 30 issues of poor craftsmanship and I've only been in my home a month. I am required to take a picture and email it to Pulte and they have workers reach out to me. Caryn was great. There were many issues in the building process that were kicked down the road. many problems were pointed out that would be easy to fix and there was plenty of time to fix them in the building process. At one point the house did not have any work done on it for 3 months. A lot of the concerns were not addressed in that time that could have been done. Three weeks ago it was reported by the construction manager that my gutter downspout diverter was not installed. He sent a message to have this issue address. As of this day it has not been resolved. The soil is being washed out from underneath my lanai and from underneath the sod. The sod looks fine until it is stepped on. I further reported that it is now unsafe. Someone can break an ankle or a leg and the potential for structural damage is not far off. I received a don’t worry the column is sunken. I want my new home repaired. NOW!! If Pulte wants a better review then take care of this.

you get zero paint options zero lighting options and zero options in a closet that reflect any type of quality to a homeowner. Not a home for 55 plus due to transition in every room due to lack of skilled workers. Very disappointing

The quality of craftsmanship was poor. Very frustrating to have to continue to get things fixed that were just lack of detail. Pressure to complete homes creates poor quality work. I know construction isn't perfect but I feel the quality is below par

The overall quality and craftsmanship is not there for the value that we paid. Terrible responsiveness to issues throughout the build and after we moved in. Still have not been reached out to regarding numerous warranty issues that I sent in and we closed on Jan. 26, 2024.

WHEN I pointed out problems or work done poorly and/or not finished I was told wait till the end. I shouldnt have t wait till end with everything going on punch lists. Most, if not all, could have been corrected in May.

I asked regularly for workmen to take their time and do things right. I was obviously not listened to-rush rush. Incomplete, wrong, crooked etc etc etc

Overall the house is OK, lots of issues yet to be addressed. Wish they would handle punch list issues within a set time frame, like 30-60 days after closing. I like the neighborhood and the amenities but the inside finishes do not align with the cost of the house.

The finish work was probably the worst I have experienced. They didn't finish the items prior to closing. Doors are damaged, stove burner doesn't work, dishwasher had problems etc. There are several items not completed and it is a nightmare trying to get them back in.

DelWebb is a great community. Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with the build. There were so many major issues found after closing 1 month in and not complete. We've been told they are minor. (Not acceptable when we have dust and debris in our home.)Pulte dropped the ball when hiring sub par contractors or whoever they hire. Lesson learned.

The garage door is very poor quality. You have to wait 1 year to get many things repaired. My roof has many issues and after 4 professional inspectors the work still has not been completed.

It is easy to request something to be done, but getting someone to do then is another thing. I have been waiting for my baseboards that got soaked to be put on and still waiting! Electrician was to come out today NO SHOW!no response when called.
