Most frustration is due to dealing with The vendors that works for Del Webb. I feel the employees of Del Webb should have been better at overseeing the building process and more involved.

We had extraordinary team start and even though she located in the back right office. Her personality is contagious. She worked hard during Covid19 as did the young Veteran and his team worked on our home. Never have we ever known someone so young, who holds himself accountable. He could answer any question with assurance. We love our home and community it is everything we image.

Solid home on a beautiful site

Very happy with our home purchase.

The contractor was very good informing us of any issues and responsive to all questions. Dell Web should change some options in the Sonoma Cove to help with usefulness and looks. Such as the microwave oven when ordering the gourmet kitchen. It is to small with an oversized chrome border (ugly) with the cabinet to low making the counter top below it useless. This was not shown in the model. Also the cabinet above the counter top separating the dinning room and kitchen is difficult to use. The cabinet doors open outward and you can't reach in to the shelves. We would have never ordered these two options had we realized their draw backs. lastly the main hallway has five ceiling lights (1 that hangs down at the entry way and 4 recessed). Move in 11/19/21. Nevada water notified me on a progressive leak 35,000 gl on my property. Notified the builder thru Las Vegas Warranty, Rick Crain field supervisor told me its out of their hands due to meter xfered to NV Water already. I was out on what to do next. Kept informing the builder up until I got hold of the Clark County District Supervisor. On the day of 12/03/21 finally Mr. Crain acted upon and told me to stop sending e-mails. I was furious. My water bill a big question on how to bill the builder. This is chaos! Up to now the lists continues on major discrepancies.

The process went well from the offer to purchase thru closing. The team we worked with always kept us informed and was good to work with.

The sales associates are very friendly and informative. However, the communication was rather harder after the sell, especially response to email and phone calls. The material used in the building is less than satisfactory, almost sub standard in a few instances. This is specially true for the unit that costs lot more per square foot in this area (and that without any land). For the money I expected more of the "state of the art" items like thermostat, faucet, shower heads, light fixtures, door handles, washer and dryer, heating and cooling system (vey noisy and uneven), placement of the thermostat, etc. The "model" unit was very attractive, but was significantly upgraded, at much higher cost. I see that the workmanship is rather poor in our unit wrt wall paint, floor installation, and placement of the thermostat. All in all, for $350-$375 per square foot in this market, we expected better from a builder who comes with high reputation! Had I known some of these earlier, I am not sure if I would have bought the unit. Well, I am here now and can not undo anything, hence my title "point f no return" ... More

I would advise to not close on your house until they address every issue you see. After you close, the construction manager forgets what they promised to take care of. We’ve had the house 2 months and still don’t have a doorknob to a linen closet. Once we did our 30 day walk through with the warranty person, a lot of issues are being taken care of including 6 doorknobs that the construction manager knew were in the house but didn’t send anyone to install.

Anthony the Pulte representative that we did the walk through with has been very helpful and is a excellent representative of Pulte homes

Not custom enough for the money

Very poor workmanship and site over view. Quality is lacking. Very little communication.

Be ready for a slow build

I feel that the building process was too rushed towards the end so that we could move into our homes ASAP and consequently, workmanship suffered.

This is a beautifully landscaped community. There are miles of paved walking trails throughout the community.

I have had 5 homes built in my lifetime so I have had experience with the process. This is the first time that I didn't have to ask the builder about the progress. The issues that had to be addressed were few and minor, the site manager was very responsive to our inquiries. It should be noted that we were living in New York and Florida while the house was being built in South Carolina.

Overall good experience. Project manager Ben was very helpful and responsive to questions and issues.

The build went pretty well and we had an excellent building supervisor. However, since closing we have had a difficult time getting Pulte to assume responsibility for things that need to be fixed

So many issues with this build it was a total overall terrible experience. Construction quality was way below our expectations for a Del web product. Familiar with Del Web construction in the northeast. No comparison. Their was problems with every aspect of the home from windows, cabinetry, flooring, counter tops, appliances, framing, the list goes on and on. Project management was terrible. The only thing that saved this house in the end was the arrival of new project managers Shan and Clay. They really had to clean up a mess. Thanks for their help. Still trying to correct some unresolved problems since closing. Not having a lot of luck. In closing, customer service or upper management never reached out to us during this build. Salesman charming to get the sale; unresponsive post signing contract. Field managers come and go: incredible delays in construction. Be sure to have own private inspection pre close to find construction flaws I.e. roof, biological growth, furnace & plumbing issues. Post closing, no one is responsive in a timely manner to the issue listed at walk through just before closing. Be willing to hold firm and hold company ro accountability, make no assumptions.
