Closing went smoothly and Del Webb is very responsive.

Sales person very knowledge . When buying spec homes nothing can be changed. Very confusing with whom your dealing with a Pulte employee or a Del web employee.

Ronda ,our sales manager was wonderful and we just love our new home.

It started with the salesperson with great attitude and professionalism. When they started to build our house the engineer gave us weekly developments of the house. We are very happy with our experience and we highly recommend Pulte Homes with everyone.

I love my new house! Everyone that I worked was professional, friendly and responsive to all my requests.

That this is not a typical Del Webb property. Nothing i experienced at other properties are here. Wish the sales agent had told me that the facilties would not be like other Del Webbs. No food at club house. No dog park. Not many events for folks to meet

Very nice people to Deal with

Time-frame delayed due to COVID but not their fault.

More emphasis on quantity of homes built over quality of homes built. We have been in our home over a month and are still waiting on many issues to be resolved. Poor customer service. Not at all what we expected in a new home, especially considering the price paid. Many delays, poor workmanship, no pride in work done. Promises of regular communication throughout the build did not happen. Overall disappointing experience, although we like the community and area.

All the people from the sales office to construction people were great. Dean in charge of answering any questions was extremely helpful.

While we understand supply chain issues, the lack of communication about said issues causing a three plus month delay in closing was difficult to deal with. Losing a project manager during the build added to our frustration. The quality is acceptable and most problems are addressed in a timely manner but I would not have expected quite so many issues in a new build. The staff has been very pleasant and conciliatory but clearly over booked as additional construction moves forward.

Not particularly happy with Pulte mortgage experience.

Seems like they are more concerned about number of homes being sold and not quality and/or pride in their work.

The overall high quality of the building and materials.

The customer service is 5 star, would definitely trust this company to my friends

Working with Kristen Springer was the best part of buying our new home. Kristen is a real asset . She follows up and answers all questions. The actual process of working with sales was difficult and at times confusing.

It's all about communication with any builder. Stay informed, don't hesitate to ask questions or express concerns...in as polite and friendly a manner as you'd expect yourself. And remember, no one is perfect. All that being said, Del Webb rose to the occasion each and every time! I would do this again with this builder!

I especially appreciated the way my field manager Andrew kept me up to date on the progress of the construction and the way he brought the project in on time despite the supply chain issues created by the pandemic.

My wife and I had a great experience from initial purchase to move in. Builder’s team did a quality work. Through the weekly updates and pictures we learn about progress. The builder and his team deliver the work he promised all the way from start to finish.

The sales, loan, and closing staffing was very thorough and professional. These three critical functions of the home buying process worked well and I would say a rating of 4 to 5 is just fine. However, the quality of the workmanship and oversight was average at best. Bad caulking, painting, and cleanliness in terms leaving open food at the construction sight resulted in an unusual amount of bugs and etc. Floor had holes in concrete foundation in which we could not verify whether this matter was corrected before floor installation.

Attention to detail, outstanding quality control and communication throughout the process, and immediate, thorough responsiveness to any questions or issues.

Despite economic conditions and deadlines it all came together beautifully

I would not build another home with Pulte. I love my new house and glad I did it, but I would not do it again
