Love my new home! Quality workmanship, nice styling. Would appreciate more printed documentation supplied for appliances, shouldnt have to go to the web for every question you have. Overall very pleased.

Feeling overwhelmed, too much information given at walk thru. Frustration of waiting after 2 delays for completion of the house which resulted in 3 more months of rent that I had to pay while I siting.

In my opinion it’s way to much information given at the time of walk thru for average person to absorb. Therefore, I would recommend a follow up after few weeks to review or to answer any issues or questions you might have.

Smooth build process till the end. Monday we walked thru before closing . About 4 items to be corrected, came back thurs. Morning - Nino ,our expediter had all items repaired, house clean. We walked out and saw Nino’s boss on phone across the street and he was on phone with riverside inspection. Pulte had failed to pay some fees so getting my keys that day was delayed . So i did not get my keys till monday at 6p.m. My sales lady debbie,fed me misinformation about getting compensated for delay. So i had to re- arrange all my deliveries and sleep on my kid’s couch for 4 nites due to pulte not ...

They try to do a good job. Many of the subcontractors are not reliable and you really need to stay on top of them for many items. Also, I think they are overworked. I also think some of the products they use are not of high quality which may force us to re-do many items in the house.

Poor fit and finish on most walls, trims and doors. Huge gap's throughout filled with caulk or sealer. Sub's are under skilled and rarely supervised. Most damage caused from rough handling of supplies. Plus side is that supervisor does his best to satisfy and fix items.

Make sure you have everything before closing! We still have a loaner refrigerator and Whirlpool could care less if we get the one we ordered and paid for! 6 weeks and they have gone silent!

I feel like I have a reasonable quality home. Pulte is very responsive until closing. Then it’s a bit of a struggle. I feel there should be more choices than whirlpool corporation appliances. They have shownTo have some minor issues that I can see so it worries me about what I cant’t see.

That there is not enough storage in the master bathroom and guest bathroom, The towel bars are plastic, not enough light in the bathroom. The thermostat is old school and not easy to use. I had to call in a service order to get my back door working so it would not stick and a service order to have a kinked pipe straightened out so my dish washer would work.

Overall product is incredible. Layout. Home. Beautiful. But the little things can add up. Sloppy processes hurt the overall experience. They should hire some quality control people along the way so you aren’t chasing the flawed work in the end. Saves on both ends. It’s so close

During the build the site was a mess. Garbage everywhere. No attempt made to keep sheet rock dust and building dirt contained. No primer on painted surfaces. Door frames poorly installed and poorly painted. Floors scratches everywhere. Paint splatter on floors. Pulte/project managers stressed quality build but that doesn't seem to be where the emphasis is.

Stay on top of you builder. They are under a lot of pressure taking care of so many homes. If you stay on top of them you can get better attention to your needs. Over all good builder.

buliders were ok at 1st they stayed in communication , but not towards the ending phase

I love my new home! There have been some issues, but the builder has been responsive. Communication during the building process was not great. The closing date kept getting pushed out which caused some difficulties for me. Closing was completed smoothly on site which was great.
