Good process to pick out and plan our home, but after closing it seems we are forgotten. We have several items we annotated prior to closing that were not right, but here we are a month and a half later and no correction.

Very difficult to make changes

The house is great and we are excited to have moved in. After living in the house for a bit we have noticed shortcuts that were taken as well as lesser quality products. It is also very hard to be in a new home while they are building homes on all sides. Lot of disruption with construction of those new homes. Can't wait fot that to die down.

The home itself seems to be pretty well built. However, the trades that come in do a terrible job. The fit and finish is horrible, the paint and caulking is unbelievably bad and plumbers are a joke. Any time a plumber can put in a shower head, shower control, and shower drain in three different colors, plainly just doesn't care. Pulte warranty folks are pleasant and responsive. But I am tired of calling them, and I am sure they are tired of me calling. A house at this price point should not need to be painted at move in....but it does.

Your closing will be moved several times due to a shortage of supplies and people. Field Supervisor is assigned too many homes to give personalized attention and communication as they would like. Hire your own cleaning service, because it will not be up to your standards. Del Webb does not do a good job in providing information about the surrounding community- Hospital, post office, urgent care, grocery stores, etc. majority of staff are nice, friendly, dedicated, working through a very difficult time In the construction industry,

Models Homs offered for reviews prior the purchase are fully equipped and decorated .Dont be full by that. make sure to check all the upgrades before purchasing home.

I would like to see more attention to details on construction such as paint slopped on floor and doors and door handles. Also exterior painting was sloppy as well. The lawns are very lumpy and uneven. Other than that I’m very happy living here.

BEFORE you sign the dotted line find how your lot will be graded. Don't be caught off guard by a nice level lot before construction ends up with a berm and a ditch through the middle of your back yard.

Need workers to take more care with finishes such as doors , painting and landscaping.

Pulte could do more to ensure quality workmanship. I’ve had issues with screws in switch plates not securing because the drywall is uneven, electrical issues, poorly placed outlets, gaps in grout in shower, horrible quality builder paint, cheap toilet paper holders that don’t even work with a standard roll of paper. These “little” things add up and tarnish the experience of having a brand new home.

The cable from wiring closet to living room does not work according to Verizon serviceman.

Our experience with the field manager was excellent. We were always kept updated on our progress and the responsiveness has been outstanding. The only issue with the builder is that they should the house required too many upgrades to make it acceptable. Maybe you should increase the base price and include the most popular upgrades. By now you should have gathered enough stats on the subject to adjust the packaging..

Overall the home was well built. We didn’t have any choices since the house was already under construction when we purchased it. The selections made were very acceptable to us. However in their haste to complete some things were missed that should have been taken care of. Plaster globs on the floors, paint on window trim not cleaned up, stucco globs on the lanai. Despite all issues we love the house!

We were told everything would be done before our celebration. It was not.

In general, this is a well built home. Most of the problems were related to poor painting quality issues.

The choice of colors of sidings throuhg out of the community make it look very sad.

The house is awesome. But, The ac went out 2 times. the 1st was on the 2nd day we moved in. I walk over to the trailer to ask for help. They got a tech out right a way and 1 hour later it was fix. The 2nd time was on 7/11/2021 @ 430. I made a call to warranty and they said they will get a company out to look at the unit. The tech on location for 2 hours and he stated they have order a mother board for the ac unit. That was on Sunday and no AC until Thursday around 12 noon. So far it working ok. The paint job was the worst paint job I to paid for out of my 5 house. With runs on all the wall and dry walls not done right. I call this in to warranty and they sent out a dry wall repair person. He stated this was the worst dry wall he has seen in the Del Webb homes. He was in the house for 2+ hours fixing bad paint and dry wall. The next day the painter came over and now all done. They have to replace the 1 rear glass door. The front door of the house before we moved in the door was kicked in and the frame broken. The bath tub has been repaired 3 times. Due to your personnel working over it and putting heavy scratches. I brought a new home from Del Webb not a used home. I had lights when we moved in and about a week later we lost the hallway lights. I notified the warrenty about it and it took to 7/27/21 to get the light fix. We have other problems and were working with Eric and Chelsea ... More

Overall I am satisfied with the condo. The most disappointing aspect of the purchase was that I paid a lot premium to have a view of a pond. Unortunately, they planted a mature magnolia tree directly in front of the dining room window which obstructs my view of the pond.

All in all we had a good experience with this builder.

Warranty issue not resolved after 4 weeks.

Very good quality home but a lot of construction related problems which need to be resolved.

Experience overall was good

Don’t always follow through with what they say they will do. Also a disconnect between sales and field crew
