Punch list items have not been corrected.

The buying process was easy. However the fact that you only have two weeks to make any changes or upgrades was troublesome. The pricing of upgrades is outrageous. Why the home has tile- carpet - tile in the entry makes no sense. And asking for that small piece of carpet to be tiled was not allowed.

It can take a while to get issues with the build quality taken care of.

Way to many items that had to be addressed after delivery. Building foreman should have seen these problems and addressed then while building. This is the poorest built home we have owned inn10 homes.

Love the community and we love our home! There were delays outside of our control and outside of Pulte's control as well, so that part was frustrating for everyone. My only real complaint is that we have been in our home over a month now and we still have a non-working oven. We waited weeks for the appliance repair person to come out as instructed, only to learn that the main problem is an electrical issue. Now we have to wait for an electrician to be scheduled. The fact that Pulte is okay with us living without a working oven and isn't doing all they can to more quickly rectify the situation is disappointing. A well designed home and community

Good experience. We communicated via text and communication was good and timely. We like this community and the concept which Del Webb developed. Lots to do and a good place to downsize. Safe and secure!

Phil, our building supervisor, went above and beyond our expectations. He sincerely cared about the construction and quality of our home. He was readily available to answer any questions we may have had; from beginning to end. Always kind and courteous, Phil made the building process very enjoyable.

Lovely home! Some communication issues, plus still waiting for some follow up work to be completed. Great project manager, who has been very responsive.

The process went smoothly and on-time and on budget

A challenging time with extreme turnover and supply issues. So it is unknown if Pulte would be different than we experienced from Nov 2020 to Nov 2021. The Pulte process assumes the work by their subs will be poor quality requiring three and four do-overs. Oversight while work is being done the first time by Pulte is almost nonexistent. Pulte gets involved after the fact when the initial poor quality has already been built in. There were extraordinary deficiencies evident during the Builders Walk-Through before Closing. The Buyers had to do the punchlist the manager should have corrected before calling for the walkthrough. Closing had to be delayed significantly after what was supposed to be the final walkthrough before Closing. Problem is what we found were evident at supposedly completion. This has been a great experience working with everyone concerned in this whole process. Very happy!!

Delays in materials, appliances, etc., post Covid created challenges for all, however, Pulte, did their best. We are loving our home & the Sun City Festival community. Thank you.

Great field manager, answered questions, kept me informed throughout process. Would suggest change to layout of kitchen cabinets, microwave. Put micro above range so that upper cabinet to right of dishwasher could be used for dishes.

Pulte delivered exactly as the promised, included time to build!

Harrison was extremely helpful explaining everything to us about the house. He was quick to respond to anything we found wrong or had a question about. It was a pleasure working with him.

no refrigerator. I have not received the refrigerator that is supposed to be here. I have received no input on progress.

A very poor customer experience during and after the build process. I have advised several friends of mine who were considering buying here not to due to the issues.

Nice property with a good amenities center

From first inquiry to getting the keys, everything about buying in this Del Webb community has been a breeze! Friendly, professional people, a lovely community and a beautiful retirement home. We got it all!

The process from start to finish was easy an fast. I was kept updated weekly on what was going on with the building process.

Many issues still to be dealt with after closing. Spent lots of money for sloppy workmanship as well as unfinished. I think the site supervisor is inundated with many homes and trying to do his best. I have to cobtinousky ask for things to get done. Labor must be hard to come by.

Staff is easy to work with. Neighborhood is exactly what we were thinking it would be. Very friendly

Everyone is very friendly and concerned about how satisfied we are with our new home - even after we closed, they still took care of us.

Very disappointed with the poor workmanship and hopefully all will be resolved during the warranty period
