Value for dollars spent is good.

The process was 99% positive. During final walk thru there were several things not completed and missed. Made a mistake after our construction manager asked to sign off even though not 100% then the next day got an email from him asking for a good review, we did. Then still waiting to get things fixed. Dishwasher was not hooked up at all. So I had to do it myself…. Door from garage to laundry room was missing a seal so bugs have easy access, had hire a exterminator…

We had a good field manager but he had too many homes to oversee. As a result, there is much sloppy workmanship that needs to be repaired or replaced after closing.

Great people to work with in buying home.

Ed Huncherick was our House manager and provided excellent communication and commitment in completing the job under difficult circumstances.

My building supervisor kept me up to date on all aspects of the home during building. After closing, the same excellent service has been provided by my warranty advisor.

Our new home is very well-built. This is our "forever home" and we are pleased with the construction and finishes. Probably one of our best decisions was to buy a Del Webb Pulte home.

I watched my new home go up week by week since March 2021. I had a number of opportunities to speak with the Field Managers and their associates and found everyone to be professional, friendly, and helpful. Pulte truly does take pride in their Del Webb homes! My excitement grew as my home got closer and closer to completion. Closing and move in day were among the happiest days in my life. Moving into such a beautiful home for my retirement years truly is a dream come true

The small things that was pointed out from the walkthrough was not repaired.

Too much constrution at same time delaying home closings.

We were impressed with the model homes and our salesperson was awesome. The construction supervisors were awesome. However, the quality of the final product was very sloppy. Lots of paint splatters on the new floors and outside on concrete, cabinet trim not finished professionally, dishwasher that doesn't work, just general lack of attention to detail.

All in all it’s a satisfactory transition I moved here from Northern California to Mesquite the area is nice the people of been wonderful my only issue is is that with the Del Webb folks it takes a while for them to respond back to any issues that you have one that I experienced was my hot water heater I never heard back from anybody still working on it

So many options, so little time. There are a lot of decisions to make with the myriad of design options offered. Have fun and indulge a bit. You’ll be glad you did.

Kristin called weekly to provide update me on the progress or delays in delivery of materials. Completion was on time.

We settled on sept 9. I’m still waiting for warranty work to be completed. No one will respond to me when I call to see what’s happening. Very frustrating.

Everyone we dealt with, from day one to getting the keys to our home has been awesome. Very friendly and quick to respond. In addition, the on-site warranty team has been awesome answering questions and fixing a couple of minor issues.

The workmanship is not quality

Make sure your Field Manager is committed to doing a good job.

This builder homes are nice and well built. I like fact indoors you don’t outside noises. Plus, they offer many designs and models, for any price.

Overall great experience from start to finish. Very happy with the decision we made.

By far, the worst new house purchase I've ever made - this is my fourth. Pulte can speak of quality, but there is no evidence of quality in my house. And the design oversights are astounding. Even junior architects shouldn't make such fundamental errors - doors that open on to each other, doors that cannot be opened unless another door is closed, air vents over dining table and living room seating area, windows that cannot be opened all the way because there is no grab handle on the bottom of the windows to close them, 'frameless' shower enclosure only missing the cheap aluminum frame on the top side, shower door that only opens out so water drips on the floor and shower mat cannot be used, no towel rack - must step out of the shower dripping wet to reach a towel, and the list goes on. And the poor workmanship - damaged countertop, damaged cabinet doors, wrong shower tile, horrible paint application, and more. I've been in my house for six weeks and the 'warranty' work is ongoing. Thus far, no design deficiencies have been fixed. ... More

We have walls that are totally out of plumb. Some outlets are crooked and there are cracks in the crown.

We were remote from the process but we felt very confident they had our back.

The high quality of our home was surpassed only by the outstanding Pulte staff. From sales, finance, insurance, building inspections and follow-up, each individual with whom we interacted were of the highest level of informed, efficient, and personalized professionalism. All aspects of interaction with Pulte fully deserve 5 stars. We LOVE our home.
