Great home building experience. Everyone was very helpful and we love our new home.

The builder met my expectations. Everything we agreed upon and we wanted done to meet our dream home was done correctly and on time despite the pandemic shortages nationwide. Every was built professionally and good craftsmanship. Great company and trusworthy.

Warranty group very effective, quality seems so far very good. Great neighborhood

Olivia was very friendly and helpful. She answered every question we had to make the purchase of the house that much easier. We are extremely happy with our house.

The building project manager was on top of all the situations that arose during the construction. Delays in delivery of materials due to supply chain issues. Timely replacement of materials delayed to keep the project on schedule. The sales rep provided input to help us make appropriate decisions on the items selected for the build. The sales admin provided insight and suggestions for services in the area.

Not happy after one month here. Short list of problems: Furnace does not work, may have serious problems. Bathroom door splitting. Bathroom door does not latch. Front door and shutters sloppily painted, streaky, red paint slopped onto gray siding. Only one coat of paint on front door. Toilet water closet molding broken and chunk missing. Two walls with curved section. Deck door and wall not plumb. Oil stain on deck planks.

We had no appliances or air conditioner on our final walk thru before closing. We were asked to come back to meet our Field Supervisor the next day at 3:30 to go over the appliances with him. When we returned it appeared nothing was done. Our Field Supervisor didn’t show for over 2 hours. Then he said he didn’t say appliances would be there. The air conditioner wasn’t installed until after we signed for closing. It felt uncomfortable to say our home was complete when it wasn’t, but based on our contract, we had to sign. Everything turned out & we closed on time. Our house is nice!! We’ve only had some touch up paint done as warranty & he did a good job but made it clear that our expectations were too high & we should be doing much of it ourselves. We were charged $950 for grab bars in our showers, they are laying on our closet floor, still not installed. We feel grateful for our overall experience. Our Field Supervisor appeared overworked & set up for disappointing the customer. A person can only do so much. Ensure ALL issues are resolved BEFORE CLOSING.. walk thru weekly if possible near the end of the build and insist that all is resolved. Look at EVERYTHING meaning open cabinets, drawers, look at finishes, etc

You need to fix issues faster. Currently this is totally unacceptable.

They can have faith in the builder

Great floorplans, amenities and exceptional Pulte staff in both sales and field management! SALES: We enjoyed working with our sales agent who was the most responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and caring from the models' visits to the house delivery. CONSTRUCTION: our Field Manager was very persistent in tracking construction progress and anticipating mistakes. Pandemic constraints on skilled labor and supply chain created difficult conditions and lead to many delays and construction defects. However our Field Manager had a superior focus and dedication to make it RIGHT for the customer. He acknowledged and guided the constructions teams to fix every issues that he, we or our inspectors identified. COMMUNICATIONS: Our Field Manager and sales agent together and regularly informed us of progress through the entire construction process, making us confident and in the end very satisfied with a wonderful house delivery. ... Be aware that the labor used to build the home are less than skilled. Most likely they were picked up at Home Depot for the day. Rugs laid wrong, poor grouting, kitchen cabinets damaged, painting was sloppy, all over windows and driveway when we closed on the house. I have previously purchased 19 new homes. This was the worst.

The process of building our home was stress free with no conflict or fighting. The house was completed on time in spite of supply chain issues. Communication was very good and timely.

First and foremost, salesperson and home foreman were great and totally responsive, the same cannot be said of anyone else there...what was to take 6 months took 10, impossible to get any real timing or info, houses bought after us were done months before...GM basically said he has two years to build home and would be happy to let me out of my contract (um nooo since at that point they were charging $60,000 more for my house...) we are in now , finding some issues, but the warranty gentleman is awesome. BTW it is IMPOSSIBLE to find a phone number for Pulte/Del Webb corporate , not online, not in print, no one will give that to you...wonder why? Once I got a new project manager, the build ran smoothly with constant communication which I so appreciated.

Excellent staff overall, really care about the new owners, esp. those of us who did Not own a home previously. Beautiful club house , spotlessly clean. Pleasant, friendly homeowners

I was only able to visit one time to my house in progress. David kept me informed throughout the process, so there were no surprises. He is an excellent builder and very thoughtful of an absentee owner. I would ask for his help should I build again in Sun City Peachtree!

Property facility manager addressed the issues that were missed by the building crew.

Once in the home, we feel that we have a well built home, but the finishing work is really disappointing.

I am extremely disappointed with this house.

Terrible workmanship in the house. Gouges in the molding around windows and doors, paint splatters on the floor, gouges in the flooring, terrible paint job, no pride in workmanship.

Wish construction went faster. We realiize the supply chain issues caused the slowdown

The warranty dept. so far has been great and very responsive.

Great reputation, focus on craftsmanship, and has better upgrades than most builders.
