Quality of build was great. Finish part of build could have been better and not so rushed.

We had frequent communication from our building manager while our home was being built. Mike Johnson was quick to answer any questions we had, and sent us weekly updates and photos during the building process. Our home was finished right on schedule. One item that was asked to be fixed during our final walkthrough was fixed before our closing.

Too many to recount, but here are the highlights. 1. Quality of home construction was extremely unsatisfactory. Materials used were the lowest quality and cheapest that could be found. 2. Sales manager showed us and promised a particular decorative tile of what was supposed to be in our Quick Move In home, only to be told that it was a 'mistake' and Del Webb would not follow through with promised tile. Then said we could order it for $1,500! 3. Sloppy painting, all doors and jambs chipped and extremely rough, corners out of square, painting not fully completed 4. Us and many neighbors on our street have said we would have walked away from our purchase if we could have retrieved our deposit back ... More

Overall Pulte has been very good. However, our sales representative has made price mistakes and did not inform of us of all selections/options.

Easy to work with everybody from the sales representative till closing

Don’t move in until everything meets your satisfaction, or you would be waiting a long time until they get to you.

Got the job done even during Covid.

The whole process start to finish took only six months and it was a smooth transition. The sales people and our construction manager were attentive and very helpful, always quickly answering questions.

The Sales Consultant were well informed of all the models... has a great personality Loan Processors were very patient receiving the required information..

This is a great community and well built homes that you will be happy with.

I would not recommend this builder.

This house was rushed and quality suffered. I can not recommend Pulte for a home that is not built that can’t be inspected prior to purchase.

Excellent value. Del Webb living is a real community experience. We are making new friends daily. There is so many activities in a beautiful setting. The field supervisor walked us through every inch of our house during and after construction. So helpful.

Our buying experience was smooth and done remotely. Our sales agent was very responsive and helped guide us thru choosing structural options and signing the contract. The team at the design center we’re great to work with in choosing our interior options and our building manager kept us up to date throughout the construction period. There were several unforeseen delays during construction, though one in particular I feel could have been avoided. Soon after closing we discovered several items that needed to be corrected and that list grew as we found more. We are now in month 3 and only a few of the items have been addressed. Check every step of construction.....get private inspection prior to drywall installation and prior to closing. Pay special attention to electrical issues and upgrades. There have been numerous issues for which I question if licensed electricians have been hired. Although I have not been pleased with construction issues, field managers have been wonderful in correcting issues. I have had three field managers, Nelson Riggs, Chris Nelson, and Rodney Daniels....they have been fabulous and very trustworthy....

Seriously believe everyone I have worked with has cared and done what they could do. Issues are rolling down from corporate. Not hiring enough people, so those doing heavy lifting are overwhelmed.

Make sure you have an independent building inspector inspect your home before you sign off on anything. It is hard to get issues addressed after you move in. You cannot get a response from a person to find out if and when your issues may be addressed.

House is great but heat did not work 3 weeks after move in and house does not hold heat or cool temps very well.

Our home was built with attention to detail, and quality workmanship.

Love my new home! Quality workmanship, nice styling. Would appreciate more printed documentation supplied for appliances, shouldnt have to go to the web for every question you have. Overall very pleased.

The final craftsman work was terrible, chips, poor paint job, poor joints etc. Moto: Hurry up and finish! We were over two months late closing due to builders' poor business decisions. Poor craftsmanship and communications are a common theme with other homeowners. We discovered this after moving in. We were told stuff would be fixed but had to hound them to get it done. Overall, our experience with Pulte was not what we expected.

In my opinion it’s way to much information given at the time of walk thru for average person to absorb. Therefore, I would recommend a follow up after few weeks to review or to answer any issues or questions you might have.

Have too many homes closing at one time which seems to cause them to rush to finish the homes.

With the issues surrounding Covid the builder stayed in close contact throughout the building process. Someone once told me that you can never build a perfect home but they got pretty close. Love our new home.
