Lack of communication in process.

Pulte Homes did not want to accept VA financing and made it quite difficult to purchase using outside financing. They fired our lot supervisor and neglected to tell us for over 6 weeks. We love our neighborhood and our neighbors and sincerely hope that Pulte cleans up its act.

They do a great job from start to finish in keeping you informed & after the sale keep checking to make sure you are happy

Unfinished and filthy. Poor follow up and home missing basic items throughout community. Models and clubhouse clean and landscape looks great. Homes left partially finished and it’s shocking how dirty the homes are left once completed and the building materials left behind.

The quality of work done by the tradesmen working on the homes in the Del Webb Sunbridge community are below average. It is difficult to get repairs or missed work completed after you close. I am not confident that I have a quality built home, I thought Pulte would be different but they have proven to be like all other mid-range builders; their multi-step build process did not add to the quality of the build. You can expect a punch list of things to work on after any build, but Pulte's after closing repair list is extensive and takes the joy of having bought a new home away from the homebuyer. While we are really enjoying and loving the Del Webb community unfortunately the home building experience was less than desirable. Structurally we have a well built home but the quality of finishing materials and workmanship was so subpar that it made the entire experience stressful and unpleasant. When you are paying top dollar pricing you expect to receive top quality and unfortunately that was not the case. The line “this is not a custom build home” was used way too much and frankly I suggest you all come up with an alternative reason for workmanship that is not in line with the price of the homes. They’re framing work is very good but they’re finish work SUCKS

Value for dollars spent is good.

The process was 99% positive. During final walk thru there were several things not completed and missed. Made a mistake after our construction manager asked to sign off even though not 100% then the next day got an email from him asking for a good review, we did. Then still waiting to get things fixed. Dishwasher was not hooked up at all. So I had to do it myself…. Door from garage to laundry room was missing a seal so bugs have easy access, had hire a exterminator…

We had a good field manager but he had too many homes to oversee. As a result, there is much sloppy workmanship that needs to be repaired or replaced after closing.

Great people to work with in buying home.

Ed Huncherick was our House manager and provided excellent communication and commitment in completing the job under difficult circumstances.

My building supervisor kept me up to date on all aspects of the home during building. After closing, the same excellent service has been provided by my warranty advisor.

Our new home is very well-built. This is our "forever home" and we are pleased with the construction and finishes. Probably one of our best decisions was to buy a Del Webb Pulte home.

I watched my new home go up week by week since March 2021. I had a number of opportunities to speak with the Field Managers and their associates and found everyone to be professional, friendly, and helpful. Pulte truly does take pride in their Del Webb homes! My excitement grew as my home got closer and closer to completion. Closing and move in day were among the happiest days in my life. Moving into such a beautiful home for my retirement years truly is a dream come true

The small things that was pointed out from the walkthrough was not repaired.

Too much constrution at same time delaying home closings.

We were impressed with the model homes and our salesperson was awesome. The construction supervisors were awesome. However, the quality of the final product was very sloppy. Lots of paint splatters on the new floors and outside on concrete, cabinet trim not finished professionally, dishwasher that doesn't work, just general lack of attention to detail.

All in all it’s a satisfactory transition I moved here from Northern California to Mesquite the area is nice the people of been wonderful my only issue is is that with the Del Webb folks it takes a while for them to respond back to any issues that you have one that I experienced was my hot water heater I never heard back from anybody still working on it

So many options, so little time. There are a lot of decisions to make with the myriad of design options offered. Have fun and indulge a bit. You’ll be glad you did.

Kristin called weekly to provide update me on the progress or delays in delivery of materials. Completion was on time.

We settled on sept 9. I’m still waiting for warranty work to be completed. No one will respond to me when I call to see what’s happening. Very frustrating.

Everyone we dealt with, from day one to getting the keys to our home has been awesome. Very friendly and quick to respond. In addition, the on-site warranty team has been awesome answering questions and fixing a couple of minor issues.
