If you get granite, it may not look like what the sample showed. It might be lighter, darker, not as much variety in color, not consistent design, etc. Brick choice will also not match choice as may be lighter than sample. To get the color of cabinets, we had to upgrade to self-closing and pull-out trays which were more expensive since there were only 2 VERY basic colors. Home clean up left much to be desired and are working on items. Grass is lumpy and needs topsoil in many areas as not rolled enough for even surface.

Overall it is a very nice home

Had an excellent experience with Pulte mortgage/loan department with the process and satisfied overall.

There is no issue left unattended, no matter how small. It seems they really want you to be satisfied.

On August 29 I sent Pulte a repair request on 11 issues. No response. I submitted a lanai screen request to HOA on August 10. Still no response. It should not take this long for a simple matter.

This is the 3rd Del Webb home we have purchased. We previously bought in Sun City Tx, and Frisco Lakes. The walk-through was the worst we have experienced. Building materials were left in the home, trash in the garage and lanai. We were promised power-washing before moving in in these areas but it never happened. We are still trying to figure various features of the home which were not explained to us.

We like the neighborhood but are shocked at how Del Webb won't take responsibility for blatantly poor workmanship. Within 2- 3 weeks of moving in, we noted the stonework on the exterior was cut and obviously installed wrong. We paid extra and it is embarrassing. The inspector came out and shrugged his shoulders and said you should have brought it up sooner. He never followed up and won't return calls. They bottom portion of the house missed stucco and paint. All they did was paint on the concrete and forgot the stucco. We will seek all avenues available to us to have Del Webb honor the warranty ... More

If I could take all this buying back I would. I wouldn't tell friends to buy here after this experience.

We are very happy with the whole package

The home buying process is rather easy. It is trying to get things fixed that were noted on the walkthru that have not been completed.

Very qualified builder and adherence to the schedule. Only issue was in performing the finished , but structural was superior.

This is the second home we built. Once we got past a few misunderstandings in the beginning of the sales process things went smoothly. The build process was awesome. Now that we are in the home the warranty people are NOTY GOOD. Things are taking forever to get fixed. The vendors are unreliable. They don't show up, and when they do they are unprepared to complete the job.

Good process to pick out and plan our home, but after closing it seems we are forgotten. We have several items we annotated prior to closing that were not right, but here we are a month and a half later and no correction.

Finishings are bad for the price paid. Landscaping is terrible, grass is uneven and already tripped twice on the backyard . The garage finishing is absolutely the worse I ever had. Not happy at all .

Everyone from Pulte Mortgage to building manager and sales were exceptional service.

Very difficult to make changes

The house is great and we are excited to have moved in. After living in the house for a bit we have noticed shortcuts that were taken as well as lesser quality products. It is also very hard to be in a new home while they are building homes on all sides. Lot of disruption with construction of those new homes. Can't wait fot that to die down.

Great experience during the building process. Staff was helpful in the selection process and welcomed us to review the home during the building process.

Love workmanship,quality , attention to detail.

The home itself seems to be pretty well built. However, the trades that come in do a terrible job. The fit and finish is horrible, the paint and caulking is unbelievably bad and plumbers are a joke. Any time a plumber can put in a shower head, shower control, and shower drain in three different colors, plainly just doesn't care. Pulte warranty folks are pleasant and responsive. But I am tired of calling them, and I am sure they are tired of me calling. A house at this price point should not need to be painted at move in....but it does.

Management is excellent. Mortgage experience with Pulte Mortgage was dreadful.

refrigerator door damaged, waiting for new door, mirror in master bath not secured properly, closet in spare bedroom the railing was damaged which also caused door to be damaged. fan over stove needed repairs wrong size screw. several areas needed repainting. part had to be replaced in sprinkler system. that's it for now
