We were impressed with the model homes and our salesperson was awesome. The construction supervisors were awesome. However, the quality of the final product was very sloppy. Lots of paint splatters on the new floors and outside on concrete, cabinet trim not finished professionally, dishwasher that doesn't work, just general lack of attention to detail.

All in all it’s a satisfactory transition I moved here from Northern California to Mesquite the area is nice the people of been wonderful my only issue is is that with the Del Webb folks it takes a while for them to respond back to any issues that you have one that I experienced was my hot water heater I never heard back from anybody still working on it

So many options, so little time. There are a lot of decisions to make with the myriad of design options offered. Have fun and indulge a bit. You’ll be glad you did.

Kristin called weekly to provide update me on the progress or delays in delivery of materials. Completion was on time.

We settled on sept 9. I’m still waiting for warranty work to be completed. No one will respond to me when I call to see what’s happening. Very frustrating.

Everyone we dealt with, from day one to getting the keys to our home has been awesome. Very friendly and quick to respond. In addition, the on-site warranty team has been awesome answering questions and fixing a couple of minor issues.

The workmanship is not quality

Make sure your Field Manager is committed to doing a good job.

This builder homes are nice and well built. I like fact indoors you don’t outside noises. Plus, they offer many designs and models, for any price.

Overall great experience from start to finish. Very happy with the decision we made.

By far, the worst new house purchase I've ever made - this is my fourth. Pulte can speak of quality, but there is no evidence of quality in my house. And the design oversights are astounding. Even junior architects shouldn't make such fundamental errors - doors that open on to each other, doors that cannot be opened unless another door is closed, air vents over dining table and living room seating area, windows that cannot be opened all the way because there is no grab handle on the bottom of the windows to close them, 'frameless' shower enclosure only missing the cheap aluminum frame on the top side, shower door that only opens out so water drips on the floor and shower mat cannot be used, no towel rack - must step out of the shower dripping wet to reach a towel, and the list goes on. And the poor workmanship - damaged countertop, damaged cabinet doors, wrong shower tile, horrible paint application, and more. I've been in my house for six weeks and the 'warranty' work is ongoing. We have walls that are totally out of plumb. Some outlets are crooked and there are cracks in the crown.

We were remote from the process but we felt very confident they had our back.

The high quality of our home was surpassed only by the outstanding Pulte staff. From sales, finance, insurance, building inspections and follow-up, each individual with whom we interacted were of the highest level of informed, efficient, and personalized professionalism. All aspects of interaction with Pulte fully deserve 5 stars. We LOVE our home.

The sales and building process was excellent.

We can count n Del Webb anywhere (and we have lived in three Del Webb’s across the country) to be great homes, safe communities, and super follow up when things in the house need fixing.

Overall a good experience . Love our new home.Srill have a few issues to be worked out with our home,but we are enjoying our new home.Thanks we live in Del Web.

Quality and continued monitoring of the new builds.

Del Webb / Pulte Homes is a good company for sure but like ALL big builders, they look for ways to cut cost and in my opinion, sometimes they go to far. We like our home but wish we had more choices for simple upgrades such as a better quality paint upgrade and a trade up version of the tankless water system. The overall experience was good and we are happy but the builder could improve the customer experience side of the process. Yes, we like Del Webb eTown and yes we like our home!

I would suggest hiring private inspectors though out the process. They will ensure that everything is done right.

The entire experience working with Pulte Homes and Del Webb was very stress free... I also went with Pulte Homeowners Insurance, Pulte Mortgage and Pulte Title for a seamless experience...

Bad closing experience with Builder. All buyers should be careful!!!

Great challenges facing all builders that are difficult to manage. That said, the list of issues is a lot to manage after closing. Responsive but slow to actually correct.
