Homeowner eventually deals with multiple subcontractors to get issues fixed.

We have found that the total quality of the home build to be subpar. I believe the reason for this is the quality of work done by your contractors and sub-cotrators. Their should be better inspection of their work and attention to details of the home build.

Showing agent was pleasant and friendly. Information provided during our contact was confusing. Closing through the portal was brutal when only accessible via a cell phone. The contract was the worst I've ever had to read and sign over multiple home closings. The buying/construction experience was not very good. we were not able to make simple changes after earnest money was provided during final design meeting. The completion schedule was not confirmed at any time during the construction process. The Del Webb process was very rigid and not customer friendly.

Well-built home and we are very pleased with the entire process. David, our construction manager, knows what people experience when they move into a new home & having that knowledge has certainly made our lives so much better. He is a rarity in the home construction business. Our sales consultant, Nicolette, promptly answered numerous questions prior to deciding to purchase here. As well as during our buying process. Barbara, at the sales center was awesome while we were moving into our home.

Everything was good in the beginning. We live in Colorado and are buying a new home in Ocala, Florida. Felt like we were rushed through the walk through and didn't really get a chance to look at the house throughly. From start to finish, we have had a very good experience with Del Webb. Our foreman Mike Rogers was in charge of the crew who built our new home and was attentive to every detail. I could not have asked for a better foreman or a nicer home. I believe our home was built with very good quality. Could Serve Seniors a Bit Better

Could improve on architectural features for seniors. Also, every quick move in home (which I needed) had design flaws. (Such as black hinges on doors and bronze knobs, etc etc). Staff has been helpful, but not all issues settled as yet.

Clear and scheduled communication every week helped avoid misunderstandings and kept the project moving smoothly forward. The design center was a wonderful resource to help us make our home personal.
