The Sales Team and Service Team were / are great. Very helpful and customer service oriented. I purchased a completed Mainstay model. Here are a few cautions: The coverage of the tiled area in the Master Walk-in Spa Shower is insufficient. Water splashes onto unprotected drywall and wood molding. Pulte refused to correct it as it was "built to plan." Light switch in the Master bath is mounted several steps inside adjacent to the sink. At night you have to "feel your way" into a darkened bathroom to turn on the light. The steps inside the garage are a trip hazard, especially for older ...

The builder (Clinton) and the sales rep (Katy) were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. They were both informative and responsive. The builder provided weekly updates, including update pictures on the progress of the building of the house, which my wife and I looked forward to every Friday! Terrific service!

The lot we loved in Del Webb Sun City had not been released for purchase. Our sales representative, Paul, did an outstanding job of keeping us updated to the release date so we were the first to put money down. Paul did an excellent job keeping us informed of the construction. The house was completed on the estimated date that was given to us at the beginning of the process. No issues. We met our sales representitive with our realtor. We decided on a lot then a floor plan. We made choices about the exterior colors. Then we met with the low voltage company and decided where to put cat6 connections for internet. We then went to the design center and picked interior colors. It may seem like a lot of tough decisions while reading this but at every stage we were helped by Del Webb experts that made sure we only saw the options that would work for our floor plan. We were fortunate to purchase a builder’s spec home located in a premium lake front location. The home was loaded with upgrades all chosen by their design center. The end result was a breath taking home that exceeded our expectations. The build quality was superb and the construction supervisor kept us informed throughout the build process, as did our sales representative. The closing was an easy, smooth process, which was just another well thought out process developed by Pulte Homes. We have never been happier with a home purchase.

The process of selecting a model was straightforward and a fun process once you know how much you can spend. There are models for most every one. I would have liked to have more customization in the interior of the build. Our assigned builder’s agent was superior in her attention to detail.

Nightmare on Daisy Street

Materials used were inferior. When questions were asked they told us nothing was wrong besides nothing could be changed. We stated we would not move into this house unless fixed but again we heard we can’t do that. My manager will be very upset. It was supposed to be wheelchair accessible but it isn’t. We wanted to cancel the contract but was told you can but you’ll lose the monies put down. We will not be moving into the house and currently have it up for sale. If anyone can buy back this house that would be great. Please help. Thank you.

After moving in, I had a few issues that needed fixing and response time was better than I expected. The longer I am in my new house, the more I love it. Overall everything went well with the sale and construction of our new home. Couple of things that Pulte should address. 1) Move the floor outlets in some of your models, easy to spot go look in your models for rugs that cover extensions cords.. 2) Install soft close toilet seats. For this level community that should be standard. The local staff is awesome from Sales to Production.

Poor repair response from dell webb

It is difficult if not impossible to get a resolution to problems. I will list three issues since moving in 1 while cleaning secondary bathroom doors the inside glass door fell off the track. Causing a chop on the lower part of the door. It was difficult vtobreplace the door in the track. After submitting pictures to dell webb Pulte they refused to do anything to the door because they claimed we broke it. 2. Sounding tray in cabinet was off the track submitted a request for repair. I was told the construction manager would come by to fix it 2 weeks later a friend fixed it. 3 ...

Good communication for initial purchase. . Mortgage a hassle. Disappointed pool and clubhouse not done without a clear date to open. HOA fees should have been reduced until we get the amenities. Took a long time for HOA to approve ARC items. No parking at dog park poor planning. HOA start up not so seamless. Warranty items not addressed
