- Quality and value of new home -- sloppy paint job, poor workmanship, ingenuine, defective and/or substandard products - Poor quality control by Quality/Safety manager - Inspection: Demand more time, Don't be rushed. Hire professionals for detail inspection - pre-drywall and final.

The lack of communication during and after construction was, and continues to be, very unprofessional. The sales person was great, but the people handling the mortgage and title were careless in their work with us (especially when it came time for the wire transfer) and that created a very stressful situation for us as buyers. After living in the house for a month, we still have numerous unresolved issues (such as no caulking in bathtub, large gash in wall by the cooktop hood, lots of paint/glue/something spots on the floor tiles, pantry shelves and doors are missing as are towel racks in bathrooms). Someone finally came around and installed a gasket around the exterior door frame of the door in the master bedroom. The gaps were so big that wind, sunlight and lots of bugs came in the room. And did I mention that there were several families of field cockroaches and crickets living in the house when we moved in? The interior of the house upon closing was dirty and landscape sand was on the driveway/patio/sidewalk pavers which eventually was tracked into the house. What stood out the most was our construction manager!!! His name is Guy and he made sure our home was completed just the way we wanted it!! We did some give and take and at the end we have the most beautiful home!! Thank you Guy!! Pete & Midge

Love the home we bought.

It's been a big inconvenience pointing out so many imperfections on the entire home at all categories. Ex: Paint-Cabinets, Hardware, Fixtures, Stucco, Solar, Electrical and many others.

So many things that needed to be done delayed closing and supervisor promised to get them done along with some small items done after close, but didn’t do them. They are on 30 day punch list. Still waiting for toilet holder and 2 towel rings, unacceptable!

We had an great experience with Pulte Builders. Considering we are out-of-state buyers, communication was very important to us. Highly Recommend.

You have to keep bothering them to repair fixtures. Electrical problems etc.

Because of our career requirements we have had three houses built by major home building companies prior to our Del Webb House. Without exception our Del Webb House has the best quality and value. The process was excellent as we were not able to be present for the building of our house it was completed in excellent condition throughout the Covid 19 time frame. Our sales rep Candee made purchasing our home easy and fun and our building manager Gabe presented us with a near perfect home. We love our neighborhood and all the amenities that go with it.

Paint used in all areas including kitchen and bathrooms is FLAT.

I am impressed with their professionalism & treating me, the buyer, with respect and family helpfulness starting from beginning of mortgage application through my first year In my beautiful home. THE QUALITY OF THE HOME IS NOT VERY GOOD.

Our Field Manger, Dale Pruitt kept us informed as to the progress of our house while we were in Florida and has taken care of some of the minor issues we have had.

We are very happy with our new house and the community. Our concerns lie in purchasing a past model home and finding many costly items in I'll repair. The sprinkler, electrical and AC system all required significant repairs. One was in the contract, yet denied. Worst of all was being given keys and garage door openers that had not been recoded. The outside door pad opened up with no code whatsoever. That was only discovered by the men who came to change them for us.

They try to cut too many corners. Quality control is poor.

Ask questions. Many options available, but only if you ask
