I am impressed with the thoroughness applied to the home building process

Easy to work with, and always responded quickly to answer questions.

Our salesman Bill O was a pleasure to deal with. Honest and trustworthy. We live up north and he kept us up to date with the build every step of the way. From start to closing everything was well organized and easy to complete.

My home was not finished when I moved in.

If you asked me, what would make the process of buying and subsequently moving into my new home better? I would tell you to have patience, because you will need it. Some of the trades people need to pay a bit more attention to detail, and to make sure that their work meets the standard of what the home buyer expects. The follow up care is responsive and will address any issues. However, I feel many things could be avoided if those trades people placed a bit more care in their work. Overall, I am very happy with my home and really like the community. It’s just those issues with the quality of some of the work by some trades people that I have an issue with. Any concerns we had throughout the process, we knew we could call on Tim and he would be over in 5 minutes or less. My home is beautiful and I give Tim all the credit for making sure it was perfect! He is absolutely amazing to work with!

Poor quality in workmanship and not responsive to fix them

Knowledgeable salesperson, great plans with lots of options made buying easy. Build process was explained well, and necessary changes were resolved as quickly as possible. Pleased with final results.

Pulte employees and sub contractors are spread too thin and can not provide the proper attention to quality.

We looked at a lot of developments and I really wanted to build with Pulte and found a great location and start the building process. We had some hiccups that were quickly resolved a little later in the process and they delivered a very nice home. As far as production builders they did a great job. Our field manager that was assigned to us at the end was awesome.

Typical builder issues be prepared to accept less than what you are told and everything will be fine.

Poor communication and poor construction

Great building manager. Trim & doors leave something to be desired…..Some areas the woodwork looks poor. No touch up paint left for us at all. Wire shelving installed with plastic clips, rather than metal, consequently we had a long closet shelf fall down! very poor that we had to pick everything out just two wks after we signed. Very rigid about changes. We had 3 plumbing errors where there was a pipe in the middle of the den, a drain in master closet rather than utility room, & plumbing put in at wrong end of shower. We were told it would be fixed & yes it was.

The pandemic delayed the process, but we are delighted with our new home.

It took a year for this house to be built. The price of the home is outrageous because the quality of some products is poor. Example. The paint is cheap latex and you can see thru areas where the paint was applied so thin. I said I would pay for them to apply paint like semi gloss but they refused. Now I’m left with walls that the paint looks bad. The deck was nailed in instead of screwed in because it’s faster and cheaper to do that work. I and several of my grandchildren have cut their feet bc nails are not installed correctly. But it’s cheaper and faster to use a nail gun than putting screws in. The spindles on the second floor are loose and if you leaned on the rail you could fall thru. Master bath shower grout is falling out and they put the wrong tiles in the shower. Grout on the shower floor in areas was put in messy and they didn’t clean up the excess. The kitchen cabinet has scratches on it has to be replaced. Cheap grass seed in back lawn should have sodded! The home is beautiful but it’s not worth $477,000 because of poor craftsmanship and cheap way of building. I also paid for an upgraded kitchen and wasn’t told it did not come with a refrigerator which is ridiculous!!!! The prices of these homes are too high for what you get!! ... More

Our first experience with building a home was very positive. We would easily recommend Dell Webb to our friends.

The pandemic and February freeze were not helpful and Pulte has struggled getting crews/subs to work timely. Worse, the quality has clearly declined from the houses built not that long ago. Getting trades back in to do remedial work is hit-and-miss. There have been 12 requested of which 9 have responded and 6 did rework that was satisfactory. Nearly 2 months in, we still can’t arrange our home because walks, etc. need to be clear for work to be done. At this point, it’s exasperating. Community is great though. Wonderful people. Would NOT recommend to buy a home built by PULTE

We wish we would of investigated Pulte as a whole. The buying of course was easy! Design center experience great. The problems are with the finished home project. We have numerous fixes. Very disappointed as a whole.

If there was any problems they took care of them right away. Very professional. Love my new home

I feel that it was more important to slap together as many houses as possible in a short amount of time than to devote a little more time to the quality of the workmanship on the interior my house (in some cases terrible) as well as several noticeable flaws on the exterior. Some of the issues that were brought to the attention early on were not addressed and are still ongoing. Not what I expected from what I thought was a reputable home builder.

The contractor was very cooperative and thorough.

Considering current supply chain issues, process was exceptional.

We appreciated the seamless transition. So far really happy!

Every challenge was handled with professionalism and delivered seamlessly. Attention to detail, responsiveness and delivering on promises was the experience we had buying our home from Gratziela Butuoraga and taking delivery from Sean King. Highly recommend.
