We had a great experience with pulse home builders but the Pilates mortgage experience was horrible. After we had provided all paperwork several times we never got the ok to close till the day before

Overall it was a good experience for me

We would highly ask for Elaine if you're interested in this community. She is absolutely fantastic. Communication was great and she even sent us pictures of the build progress since we live out of state. Elaine is 5 stars!!! Everything about the community is top notch. The home designs are very good and there's plenty of options to get exactly what you want. So all that is 5 stars. It took awhile to complete the home from purchase to getting our keys, but due to covid, with materials and labor issues, we understood and it didn't bother us so beware it could take 8-10 months from start to finish. So the reason for our 3 star overall rating, is the lack of getting our walk through items fixed. In talking to our neighbors it's a common thing. Most of our walk through punch list were due to drywall, paint and overall cleanliness issues. We did a pre-walk and created the punch list with our super. We got our keys 4 days later and virtually nothing was done. You would think Pulte would have these trades scheduled after the pre-walk to address the issues as I'm sure they are the most common ones. Our master walk in shower glass wasn't installed until the following week. We still don't have our dishwasher, they did put in a temporary one, but it's terrible. We have heard nothing from Pulte at all. The work crews next door damaged our stucco on two of our patio posts and they still aren't repaired. We had to send in our own punch list to the super, he said they'll work on it. We haven't heard back. So it's very frustrating with the lack of communication and lack of repairs being addressed and scheduled. We would recommend buying in this community, but you have to have a lot o fpatience. ... Allow brick or stone facades to houses (as formerly done).. Allow wash tubs in garages (as was done up until recently). Allow pocket doors as an option. Allow pantry doors to open “out.” Note: we paid a carpenter to change ours. One of our better decisions was to use Pultes mortgage, insurance, and legal firms. The coordination between them was seamless and perfect. Made our job much easier.

Stay on top of you builder. They are under a lot of pressure taking care of so many homes. If you stay on top of them you can get better attention to your needs. Over all good builder.

The quality of workmanship is far from satisfactory. The house was not cleaned properly prior to owner possession. Numerous issues with the finish work requiring constant contact with the Field Quaility Manager, as well as the Customer Care Office. Appointments scheduled and the Trades do not show up or call, with total disregard for the home owners time waiting around all day for a no show. Buying a new EXPENSIVE Home should be a pleasant experience. I wish I could say that about the purchase of this home.

Sales reps and initial customer service were great. Recent follow up by customer service not so good.

Everything needs to be verified . There was some issues that had to be addressed and are not satisfied as of this date.

This was our first-time building. As we raised our concerns, our field manager pretty much consistently dismissed us and didn't address the issues. The landscaping was unacceptable for many reasons-didn't matter that we weren't satisfied. To be fair the Warranty department is great, responsive in a timely manner, and motivated to correct the issues.

Have been pleased. Zach is the best. The workers in landscaping and home building construction have been awesome & work hard.

buliders were ok at 1st they stayed in communication , but not towards the ending phase

It wasn’t a good experience! With the title company!

There were numerous items to be handled at settlement . We did not move in until 6 weeks after settlement. Numerous no shows from vendors. I assure you if you do not settle they will be handled immediately . We are finally getting some progress .

Marshall was great to work with—lots of attention to detail throughout the process and follow-up after completion. A+!!

Overall construction is very good but "standard options" should be much better at this price point. Quick examples; you shouldn't have to pay extra to get interior window trim and 5" baseboards; carpet padding should be much better; and garage doors should be insulated instead of single layer sheet metal. We tried to keep upgrades to a minimum because the many of the prices are just ridiculous, but it still took more than $100K to turn the standard house they offer into a house we wanted but could still afford. We did our "final walkthrough" the morning of closing because they were still trying to finish projects which should have been completed the week before. We should have just delayed the closing because getting final fixes to the issues we found during and before that walkthrough has taken more than six weeks. ... More

I love my new home! There have been some issues, but the builder has been responsive. Communication during the building process was not great. The closing date kept getting pushed out which caused some difficulties for me. Closing was completed smoothly on site which was great.

Extremely long ordeal. Poor quality of products and installation of products. Warning: do not sign off until All items are complete. Side garage door should be standard, not an upgrade. No vanity lights above mirror in master bath. Just lights on 10ft ceiling. Vanity lights an upgrade too?

Very pleased with Pulte. No horror stories at all.

The salesperson, Travis, was dishonest with me. The house is beautiful, but the quality of workmanship and finish work are disgusting. I been in my house for two months and still am looking at much blue tape. Quality of drywall work and the condition of woodwork and doors are very sub par. Patrick, my representative, I believe , is trying to get things fixed but there is a long way to go.

Bad communication after closing Paint on lanai And 4 pavers marked for replacement not done, trash drawer not installed correctly, one side not attached. Grouat issues in several places

Build a good home, but it is built too fast. I am having things fixed or repaired that I missed during my walk through. Crooked vent through ceiling, incomplete retaining walls, scratched window, damaged sink, cracked cement at entrance, damaged vinyl window frame, touchup outside and inside, loose faucet spout in master bedroom, kitchen cabinet slider stuck, finish on kitchen cabinets needed touchup paint and better finishing. My view that I paid for has been cut in half.

Pulte at Del Webb. Is only about money. You did not like what I said before and I stand by my words. Entire experience has been disappointing especially since we settled. My yard is a mess and hazard to my health!!!!

Quality of workmanship below average. Still finding issues every week. Warranty team not very responsive.
