We have lived in our new home for a month and one half and a number of issues remain. Although some are scheduled to be mitigated today by your customer service representative who is excellent, others are unresolved although multiple requests to correct have been submitted. Our front garden is an embarrassment with the only response being it meets design elements. Some plants look like blades of grass peeking out of the mulch snd others look totally dead. The sales team was great. Really sold me on the community and I loved the Mystique layout. After I bought the perfect lot on the lake it all went downhill. My field manager never kept me updated, there was issues getting water approved for the development phase, supply and labor shortages, we still don’t have cell phone reception outside of the house, my internet router had to be replaced and the breaker switch in my office was replaced and still keeps tripping. Overall construction is very good but "standard options" should be much better at this price point. Quick examples; you shouldn't have to pay extra to get interior window trim and 5" baseboards; carpet padding should be much better; and garage doors should be insulated instead of single layer sheet metal. We tried to keep upgrades to a minimum because the many of the prices are just ridiculous, but it still took more than $100K to turn the standard house they offer into a house we wanted but could still afford. Would not go to settlement without items being completed, very poor, actually no follow on open items. Would not recommend Putle Homes to anyone based on our experience- would hope items be address before having to seek outside help.

I wrote a long review listing all the issues we experienced during our home build. Go back and read that. Now, what we’re seeing is slow response from the after closing warranty Dept. We prob would not build with Pulte again.

Our Sales person and the Construction Foreman were outstanding - always there to help and very responsive. The Design Center was not helpful to us for making design decisions for the look we wanted in our home. And we felt their options we very over-priced. The actual Home, structure/framing, layout, and space in rooms, closets, etc, is Great. We love the design/layout of our home. Pulte builders pushed to get the "home completed satisfactorily" certificate signed promising to take care of outstanding deficiencies within 30 days. We are still waiting for fencing that's had been damaged in 3 places, metal sticking out of doors, electrical screw ups. We are now being ignored and our issues remain unfinished. I am very close to posting through social media what not to do when buying a home by Pulte construction. Very disappointed. The Del Webb community is great but your builders are terriblem

The community is great and we enjoy the daily activities. The building of the home itself was and continues to be disappointing. Actions do not follow words and we have not been able to rely on anything Pulte states. Warranty issues remain unresolved in spite of the nice words and promises. If you can put up with the lack of follow through by the builder, sales staff and non responses, this is a great place to live. Plan of doing the warranty issues yourself.

Our initial purchase of home was based upon Facetime photos. We were looking at 2 different models that had modifications and it was confusing. Our daughter lives in the area and we based selection upon her viewing the actual models. The sales team sent regular updates of the building progress of our home. 1 day prior to the time of the initial walk through we were notified there was a flood in our home which set the process back. Way too many poorly done items that I am still trying to get fixed or replaced. The paint job was messy. Trim was painted without cleaning it off first so imbedded dirt in the trim. Many light areas where coverage was thin. Several damaged items including granite and the shower stall which have not been resolved to date. I'm very disappointed with the finishing work.

The initial experience was pleasant however things quickly deteriorated right before closing. Issues with Pulte Mortgage, items not fixed that was noted during final walkthrough. We had an issue with the electrical outlets not working in the island and it took many follow up and escalated calls to get it resolved. Broken promises made by Pulte customer service manager and sales manager was no where to be found. No one wanted to take ownership and resolve the issue. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to be the one chasing. Several neighbors provided similar experiences.

There are so many homes being built at the same time and not enough support to handle buyers needs. There also needs to be oversight of what is being done by subcontractors and employees and to keep building sites clean. The main focus is on a good review. Sales support was weak.

There are issues with my home that are not being taken care of. I closed with a list of things that needed done. I have been living here and my sliding door does not lock, the range vent is crooked (now I am being told to call a contractor on my own) .

Homes sales agent did not give good info, did not return messages, gave preference to other purchases who bought after us. Design studio staff was great! New construction manager struggled. Had we not been onsite every few days the build would have been bad. Crafts are not supervised. Obvious the better craftsmen are working on the most expensive homes.
