Workmanship...not impressed, Closing should have been easy (cash deal) however it was anything but, Many small issues such as wallboarding over ceiling light sockets during construction, initially installing cabinet and door hardware in the wrong finish etc.

Renee, our salesperson was exceptional throughout the process. That's the good. The rest is average. The trades people who built the house really didn't care. There were issues with the structure, electric, drywall, HVAC, cabinets, appliances, doors and paint that needed to be rectified both during construction and after closing. Two months after moving in we are still finding issues. My advice to anyone buying here, GET A HOME INSPECTOR AND HAVE MULTIPLE INSPECTIONS DONE. Lastly, when I need to submit a home repair claim, our representative is responsive.

I would give a C- to the overall experience. I contracted in Nov. 2021 and moved in Oct. 2022. During pre-settlement walk thru I was given blue painters tape to mark any items needing repair. There were so many, they should have been noticed thru Pulte's quality control and not the responsibility of the buyer to point out. The builder has been very responsive to fix detected issues. My impression is that there is a rush to complete these units and quality standards are not what you would hope for new construction. Overall I was disappointed with the process. While I feel we did receive a quality home, there were some items around the workmanship that were just below what was expected for the price. In addition, I was told the house was complete and was expecting a house that was complete on the date of close only to arrive to a house that was missing a shower door in the master bath, screens for the entire house and a few other unfinished items throughout. First off, too expensive for what you really get. The end product looks very nice on the outside, but if you really pay attention, you’ll see that the people in charge of quality control let many things slide, I assume, hoping the homeowner will not notice. The side of my lot was also cut in a way that is going to cost me a lot of money to fix, something that would have been very easy for them to take care of at the beginning. We had to trade for a spec home as the house we chose would not be ready as promised. Our lease was up and rent without a lease was an additional $800 a month. So I did not get my farmhouse sink and a couple of other upgrades I selected. But we do like the home we ended up with.

Sales person was very helpful, but my confidence in the team decreased as time went on. Many issues with house that showed lack of attention to detail and hurried sloppy work. Warranty team hopefully remains responsive and is on it. For the price of the home I expected frankly a better product w/o the crooked switch plates, miswired garbage disposal and dishwasher. Gas service went out for two days. Slow workmen on doing repairs. Hopefully things will improve over time but got to say it has been a source of stress and disappointment.

Our sales person, Jarrod, was very responsive and reachable during the entire process. He was compassionate about our concerns during the build process. Our build went extremely slow, with nothing much happening for months on end. We wished that the communication of reasons for delays were provided to us in a more effective manner to alleviate our anxiety. Overall we are pleased with the outcome and love being a part of Sun City. We would not recommend building, but instead buying a spec house that has already been built.

Estates construction took precedence over garden and classic models. Delays and excuses from construction team from start to finish. The lowest level of paint was used in the interior. We had to purchase a refrigerator on our own. Pulte credit covered 60% of the cost. We regret the decision to build with Pulte.

Closed in September and I'm still dealing with items that were never completed. Took several weeks after closing to install a missing appliance. The quality of workmanship needs a great deal of improvement. After completion cleaning was poorly done and I'm still cleaning paint off of the floors and windows.

Disappointed with inability to make changes, even very early on (within a week of contract signing). We wanted to add a standard option and it could not be done. Rushed feeling at walk throughs. Too many problems to enumerate at first walk thru, final walk thru was rushed - under one hour. Should be able to make a 'punch list' of things needing correction over at least a month after moving in. It is impossible to see everything that is wrong during a rushed 'walk thru'. Overall, I'm satisfied with the home I bought. My biggest issue was the cleanliness of the home, after closing on the house and entering it for the first time. I was expecting a WOW factor, but instead, I came into a not so clean house!!! I won't get into all of the issues, but there were a few other issues with the house, that is taking a lot longer than expected! I think the overall workmanship of the house is fine, but it's the cosmetics of the house that is frustrating. Make sure you don't purchase the cheapest appliance pkg. We did, and the stove is by far the WORST I've ever had. Poor quality, sides of oven (next to cupboards) heat up to 150 degrees when oven is on. Heat from vent hits the front panel so it is HOT to the touch and very dangerous for kids

Communication on sales end unacceptable. Design process needs improvement. Design consultant was good. Adding options was expensive as to what you were getting. The best experience was working with site manager to get us through the building process.

Your salespeople were great. I felt the clean up people did a bad job also little things like hardware left off doors touch up painting bad. Electrical outlets covered over with drywall. Things left undone for a home this price should not happen

Our home was completed three months later than promised and over the course of the building process kept getting pushed back so that I had to reschedule our movers three times. While our construction manager was wonderful, the communication within Pulte was very poor. We received the wrong house keys at closing, our trash cans did not arrive for 6 weeks, we had no mail service to our home for over two weeks because of a nonfunctional mailbox. The mailboxes were not even installed for more than a week after settlement and after that there was still no mail service. Two months prior to closing, ...

Our salesperson (Allen) really worked with us to find the lot that met our expectations. He was always pleasant and easy to work with. Our project manager (Jacob) did an excellent job communicating with us throughout the building process. He kept us informed of the progress with pictures and any information he thought relevant.
