Overall the experience was good, but homeowners should be prepared for at least two months of workman coming back to fix thinks like paint, stucco, appliances, tile, etc.

Get a real estate agent to handle communication with Pulte. Responsiveness needs improvement.

BEFORE you sign the dotted line find how your lot will be graded. Don't be caught off guard by a nice level lot before construction ends up with a berm and a ditch through the middle of your back yard.

Need workers to take more care with finishes such as doors , painting and landscaping.

Covid effected many things

Pulte DelWebb Whatever name you want to call them. From construction, delivery of the home, customer service and mortgage company horrible. I think that sums it up

We had more punch list items with this new home than the previous ones we have purchased. I feel that their quality checks probably suffered from all the COVID delays, which caused them to try to rush things once opened back up. At the end of the day we love the home, but still have several issues that need to be resolved by multiple contractors.

The employees have been friendly and helpful.

Beautiful home. The interior design is what people rave about. Large kitchen with a huge center cooking island. Master bath walk-in shower is fantastic. Lots of options for the size of the porch/sunroom.

The community is great and we enjoy the daily activities. The building of the home itself was and continues to be disappointing. Actions do not follow words and we have not been able to rely on anything Pulte states. Warranty issues remain unresolved in spite of the nice words and promises. If you can put up with the lack of follow through by the builder, sales staff and non responses, this is a great place to live. Plan of doing the warranty issues yourself.

Pulte could do more to ensure quality workmanship. I’ve had issues with screws in switch plates not securing because the drywall is uneven, electrical issues, poorly placed outlets, gaps in grout in shower, horrible quality builder paint, cheap toilet paper holders that don’t even work with a standard roll of paper. These “little” things add up and tarnish the experience of having a brand new home.

The location is great overlooking the lake, close to shops and the highway. We have met some very nice people here. Our place is a beautiful corner unit overlooking the clubhouse which isn’t open yet and we don’t know when it will be opened due in part to COVID delays. Our compressor died 2 weeks after living here and it took 2 weeks to be fixed. That said we were given a couple of AC units to use while we waited for parts and they were responsive to our needs.

The cable from wiring closet to living room does not work according to Verizon serviceman.

Overall a good experience, but we are very frustrated on missing or incorrect items.

Quality is only as good as you let Pulte get away with. You must stay on top on construction and fix issues as they occur. Responsive to complaints but almost 2 months in the house still getting repairs done. Quality should be built into house not repaired after.

Our initial purchase of home was based upon Facetime photos. We were looking at 2 different models that had modifications and it was confusing. Our daughter lives in the area and we based selection upon her viewing the actual models. The sales team sent regular updates of the building progress of our home. 1 day prior to the time of the initial walk through we were notified there was a flood in our home which set the process back. Apparently there was a back up from a toilet that was left running, and the entire home was turned over to SERVEPRO. The agent and the salesperson worked to help us understand the situation and sent videos of the damage. Carpets and flooring had to be replaced and the home had to be re-inspected prior to our signing escrow. On the morning of our walk through, after all of this, the field manager informed our realtor that the house would not be ready for the final walk through, At the advice of our realtor, we did the walk through later that evening rather than wait. We wish we would not have done that. When we closed escrow there were still items to be completed and we were unable to move in for 4 more days. The team of builders, who gave us their phone numbers seemed to disappear and were unavailable to answer questions regarding shoddy workmanship. Suddenly, we were redirected to customer service which was not that great. Our home is under warranty for 1 year and we are noting all areas of concern, the caulking in the bathroom area that was obviously rushed to complete, the poor workmanship on the front door handle mechanism, kitchen drawers that do not close completely or the areas that need better quality of painting. We are currently working with the team regarding the garage door operating incorrectly. Surprisingly we got a quick response to our request on this but it will be 5 days before they can come out to check it out. I think the community is a wonderful place and the homes in general are nice, the customer service at this time is questionable. We are trying to be flexible and patient, there are many homes in the area still under construction and it appears that the follow through on the customer service end is still in process also. It is our hope that as these next weeks and months arrive our service requests and experiences will get better. In the future should we purchase a new home, we plan to be in the same state and actually watch the process unfold. ... More

Lack of sense of urgency on several issues.

Careful about packages changing and not being notified. We now have a stove and two toilets that were down graded by someone? And never told. That is not what we paid for.

Very good team at Del Webb Stone Creek that all like what they do and do their jobs well. They are understaffed for the increase in the number of new home builds in the past year. Overall we are very happy with the quality of our home and the Stone Creek community.

Our experience with the field manager was excellent. We were always kept updated on our progress and the responsiveness has been outstanding. The only issue with the builder is that they should the house required too many upgrades to make it acceptable. Maybe you should increase the base price and include the most popular upgrades. By now you should have gathered enough stats on the subject to adjust the packaging..

Dealing with Del Webb was pleasant and professional from the beginning to the end. And best of all the house was great. Thanks to Mark for all the assistance.

Our experience was not at all what we were promised. Finding out someone had put a cigarette out in our walk-in shower to finding a banana peel hanging in the spare room closest. The workmanship for the price we paid is very poor. We have had numerous issues with getting things complete. Commutation with our field manager is awful. We should not have to be the ones to contact people in order to have things fixed.
