Customer service person not reliable in following through with commitments.

Sales team was excellent, design team was excellent but decision by Del Webb to accelerate closing date caused very poor workmanship on the interior. A word to the wise...do not agree to close until all work is completed to your satisfaction.

Builder was responsive and good with communications and resolving issues.

Very helpfull and easy process.Never preasured or rushed to make decisions.

So far all has gone well, responsive to fix something fast ie. a leak after a major rain storm. I bought my house basically via phone which was a new experience and there's a couple of things I might have changed if I had been seeing the actual houses but I'm still loving my house.

Just stay involved in the build out time frame.

We are snowbirds, so we were only there for two weeks at closing. There were a couple items not done at closing, including the dishwasher, and a few more items we discovered after closing. We were told by the construction manager these items would be completed soon and he would let us know when they were complete. After a month we contacted him and were told these items were now being handled by the warranty department. Another issue was with the front door. In our initial meeting withe the sales parson, we had selected an option for a door with glass inserts. When we signed the final contract, that option was missing and we didn't catch it. When we came for closing and discovered this, we were told that Pulte wouldn't change it because it was correct per the contract. We are willing to pay the option price for the door, but we just wanted Pulte to get the work done. So, overall the experience has been a little frustrating. ... More

Exceptional workmanship that exemplifies quality. Service issues get resolved promptly. The sales personnel, Melanie and Connie, are extremely helpful and are pleasant to work with. Thank you for employing these true professionals.

The management team were very responsive to my needs.

Steve in Sales was great to work with, very knowledgeable. You really need to consider the overall cost of what to add in upfront versus doing it later. Moving into a new home has enough worries with just moving, downsizing, gleaning out stuff you should have gotten rid of before. Things happen fast in construction and its exciting to watch it go up. We like our field manager too, Dale. We love the warranties we have, just makes us feel that once you move in, you are not forgotten. Makes me think Pulte stands behind their work. Pulte Homes provide excellent models for the over-55 population, including many choices and amenities appreciated by this age group. The homes are well-built and the repair and management services are great. I moved to this Pulte development because I had a good experience in my previous home which was also Pulte built.

They want everyone to be happy

The builder has divisions for sales, builder, closing, and mortgage. Our experience was that none of these divisions talked to each other; one of them flatly refused to call another one!! So we would get a request from one division, call another division for the answer, and then call the first division back with the answer. A lot of frustrating work for us as buyers. Took most of the joy out of the home-buying experience. Very inefficient from a corporate point of view. Especially since one of the divisions was in a different time zone.

The sales Associates were professional, reliable, and dependable throughout my entire interaction with them.

Overall they did a wonderful job building my house. They took care of all small issues I had in a timely fashion. They could have put a second coat of paint throughout the house though,

I had the best construction manager I have ever dealt with. Phil was friendly and knowledgeable in the building trade and bent over backwards to get it done right. Phil did a great job supervising my house. Thanks to Phil, the house is good except for minor things.

Andrew and Mark took good care of us.

We had a wonderful experience with Pulte Homes. Our home was built with quality, all the items that we had issues with were addressed, and it was completed when they said it would be done. Edgar Morales was great to work with!

Experience overall was good

A lot of items go into this house and many subcontractors. It has been 6 week since closing and all but one issue has been resolved.

Structure is physically sound. Finishes are cheap - even the upgrades, and in many cases the finished product is left incomplete “because Pulte doesn’t do that”. Communication with third party vendors like the company responsible for landscaping is non-existent. Response time for a response from Pulte Customer Service Department is also non-existent. Overall the home is not worth the money one has invested in a brand new home. One should expect much higher quality finishes and a complete detail driven job given the cost of the home. Can not honestly recommend Pulte to friends or relatives. They most definitely over promise and under deliver - this I have also heard from several of my new neighbors. While Anthony Lamas was an excellent construction manager, the closing process as very poor.

Del Webb is great. Pulte Mortgage is really intensive as you must send in ALL back statements, which includes info on faith, contributions, organizations etc. This is for whole 6 month period as home is being built. In retrospect I should have gone to another mortgage company. ( you do lose some money).

Nice people. Their quality review process missed several items.

Overall, happy with purchase. They delivered on time, which was good in these COVID times. Only issue I really had was with the quality of the lawn. They did a very poor job of leveling the lawn, and I have many holes where it would be easy to twist an ankle and get injured. I have watched other lawns get laid in our neighborhood, and it seems to be a consistent issue. Otherwise, the overall build quality is about what I expected. I believe the neighborhood will be very nice, when complete, and the homes are reasonable quality for the price point.
