VERY HARD TO WORK WITH. PULTIE WILL NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES. MY HOME WAS NOT BUILT AND I WANTED TO MAKE SOME CHANGES THAT DID NOT REQUIRE PERMITS AND THEY REFUSED.VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM.

The kitchen cabinets are too high for my height. I asked to have them installed lower but they would not even consider any changes to the house.

Good customer service but poor quality materials

Good customer service but poor quality interior and exterior wood trim. Interior doors cheap and very poor finishing of sheet rock - particularly seams on ceilings. I’ve been In home for one month and many, many sheet rock nail pops. Paid for upgraded kitchen and appliances, but cabinets of poor quality and garbage disposer is under powered. Sod is full of weeds as well. While I like the lifestyle in neighborhood, Pulte should use a better grade of wood for trim and do a much better job of ensuring their trade people properly finish the interior

Getting changes made to anything was not easy, and more times than not not accomplished. Things that are easy to do prior to drywall (i.e. replacing duplex outlets with quads, or adding attic stairs) would not be accommodated. Support prior to closing on getting simple issues fixed was superb. Following closing issues discovered have been difficult to get resolved. We were warned to get everything sorted out prior to closing but there are things you just don't discover until you've moved in. By that point you've fallen off the priority repair list and are now just one of the masses ...

Pulte offers a very pretty picture with the models. The sales person we had was pretty bad. While she answered questions, her standard reply was “check the website and you will find out what you need to know.” She also misinformed us about what was HOA property and what was our yard.Colleeen at the Design center was very nice and good to work with, The options are extremely expensive and cost prohibitive. The quality of the construction seems to be very good. Chad our construction manager was great to work with! The cabinets installed are disappointing. They are poor quality even though we ...

Our satisfaction with Pulte kind of ran out after closing when we could not get much response from them regarding our paint and tile issues. Our construction manager moved on just as our house was finished, and though he promised us at our walk through that our concerns would be taken care of to date (over a month after closing) we have had no follow through from anyone.

Love the Community, Love Our Lot, Love Our Floorplan But........

We are really disappointed that the quality and follow-up on issues has been so lacking. Our closing got delayed 3 times mainly due to quality issues (and very obvious stuff). We probably should have delayed it further for issues that were promised to be resolved after close (50% now resolved after 6 weeks) but they wore us down and had to vacate previous home. That being said, we do not regret our decision to come to our Del Webb community and will continue to be a thorn in the side until all is resolved.

The quality and materials are above average and the value is well worth the price. The trust factor is not good. The sales and materials coordinator were very trustworthy. The building foreman were in too big a hurry and the subs made way to many mistakes. You would think they could build the same house over and over and not make the same mistakes, but they do. You can tell they get rewarded by the number houses built per month. Lot's of rushing to compete houses at EOM. Issues are ignored during building and the goal is to get to closing as fast a possible and let the warranty team fix the ...

I love my Pulte house. However, the workmanship from some of the subcontractors are horrible. Zero pride in their work. Painters did the worse job I have ever seen. Concrete patios not level. But I must say Brian and Tommy with Pulte have worked so hard for me trying to correct this. Pulte needs to up the quality standards with the subcontractors.

Our construction manager was a pleasure to work with and communicated well with us. However the subcontractors for the drywall, trim, and tile finish work was substandard. We are now having to deal with warranty to correct all the issues that should never have happened. The following is a partial list of issues. The paint on the windowsills has raised the grain so they are all rough. The floor tile was installed unlevel and had to be replaced. The wrong color kitchen cabinet panel was installed. The baseboard molding and window trim has rough edges that needs sanding. The Hardiboard ...

We have a new home in the Distictive series, not the Scenic. Our doors are hollow, the tile in the primary bathroom is crooked, the edges of the window sills, underneath are rough and unfinished as are the bottoms of all the doors. We do love our neighborhood and living here overall but feel the overall craftsmanship is substandard especially for the price

Since moving in, there have been a few things that have cropped up that are worrisome. The paint used to paint the whole house is awful. It marks easily and the quality is bad. I have always had flat paint so it is not that I don’t know the qualities of flat paint. I used painters tape to hang pictures. Put it on very lightly and when taking it off it pulls the paint off. It does not look like a primer was used as it pulls it all the way to the wall board. That should not happen! In addition three weeks after moving in the microwave oven door would not stay closed. I reported it ...
