We had built many homes by many builders. Pulte was like any other builder. It’s the quality of the people that transcends from every step of the process.

Aside from the cheap materials, the use of unskilled labor that consistently cannot perform the work satisfactorily (especially the interior) is unnerving to say the least. I would need to think long and hard before any recommendations.

Speed is more important than quality... walls aren't plumb... window screens missing... screws missing everywhere... irrigation pipe leaking and neighbors have many more items

While I have yet to move in, I love my new home. I will retire next year, and had to make my purchase virtually. I was present for the closing and I am extremely happy with the final result. I closed on June 4th, and my home has already appreciated by 50K!!

Oversight of construction is minimal. Poor quality. Production homes that are constructed too quickly. High price for low quality materials.

David C was great. He did a great job during the construction and has been very responsive to any issues we have had.

Needs better design in some areas.

Poor paint job, poor wood floor installation, poor cabinet installation, sewer backup, etc.

There are so many homes being built at the same time and not enough support to handle buyers needs. There also needs to be oversight of what is being done by subcontractors and employees and to keep building sites clean. The main focus is on a good review. Sales support was weak.

The home is great your staff very helpful. We bought a model and the condition of some things was not kept up to date so dealing with those issues. Also building next door construction debris and damage continues

our builder was always there for us to answer any questions that we had.

Ignoring the complaints Workers coming to do the fixing in a hurry therefore is not done correctly.

Pulte built us a great home. No build quality issues. The home was built exactly to specs. Everything met our expectations. A great home buying/build experience!

This home has low quality of workmanship with many of the finishing details poorly done. We have had to have them come back to redo and repair many items that should of be done correctly in the first place. For a home that cost a half million dollars I would have expected much better quality and attention to details.

Good experience but follow up on issues can be slow. Closed 6 weeks ago, but refrigerator is still backordered. Closet rod pulled down nearly 2 weeks ago and still waiting on repairs. Lawn care included in HOA, but have had our lawn mowed for 2 weeks.

Very happy with our purchase. Can't wait to be in it full time

I love living here but many things wrong with the workmanship in building my house.

From start to finish, our experience with buying a Pulte Home was amazing. They are all very professional, knowledgeable and the most positive and friendly group we have every worked with. A home buying experience can be very stressful but this group guided us through and made it as stress free as possible. We can't say enough positive things about our experience with our home purchase thru Pulte. Thank you everyone!

From beginning to end the process was quite simple.

This was my wife's and I first experience building a new home. Overall we are very happy with the home. We understood from the beginning that this was a major undertaking and there would be bumps in the road. Our project manager did a very poor job communicating with us during the build process even though we told him from day one this was all new to the both of us. Our toilet had a plumbing issue on a Sun (second day in the home) (thank goodness we were home) where it overflowed into our master bedroom. The plumber was terrific and fixed a blockage in the line (probably from the workers). Our hot water pressure was dismal. I had to go to the clubhouse to take a shower at times. The temperature would never get warm and pressure on the hot side was awful. After several visits by the plumber a clogged screen filter was the issue at the tankless water heater site. It had two leaves in it causing the water to not get hot or enter the tank properly. This took about 3-4 weeks to diagnose and repair. Last Friday I had a steady visit from painters, electricians, plumbers, tile repair guys to our home with probably more visits on the horizon for warranty work due to poor workmanship. A cabinet guy is scheduled for this Friday for cabinet work. From talking to my neighbors this is all par for the course and comes with the territory. I found that the individuals or individual responsible for my home construction did not listen to any of our concerns during the build process and when it was time for closing the answer was "just take that up with warranty" If someone wants to reach out to me I can discuss other items. Almost all these issues could be discovered before the homeowner moves in with a checklist of some sort. Fines should be levied against the workers when issues arise after the homeowner moves in. ...
