A more thorough walk thru about 1 or 2 weeks after move in to address questions the new owners will have about their new home.

House had several unfinished items when we closed. It’s been 3 weeks and all items have not been satisfactorily finished

The selection staff at design center very helpful. Electric staff good. Due to Covid had to do selection by zoom. After care person helpful getting furnace issue fixed. Friendly neighborhood

Our Bldg. interior construction supervisor, Flint Sneath, always was very responsive, despite subs continuous recalcitrance to be responsible, at all!

All in all we had a good experience with this builder.

The communication from all parties is horrible

I have 2 particular issues to describe. During the decision to purchase process, I became aware of the issue of hard water and a water softener system. At 81 years of age, I have been exposed to all kinds of water over the years, and never had a problem with any of it. After taking possession of the property, I became aware that there is a problem of the hard water having a serious adverse effect on the plumbing, making a water softener system a necessity. In my consideration of what facilities and systems to include in the home, no one made sure that I understood the substantial problem with hard water. Had I known such, with little doubt I would have had such installed during construction. Through after the fact contact with Massey Services, I became aware of a serious problem in Sun City with termites. I was not previously told of such. I can afford to take care of these two issues, but it strikes me that potential buyers should specifically be made aware of these things. What an experience after living in same house 26 years glad to be in SWFL

Our construction manager is what saved Pulte’s reputation with us. I still have one wall I want redone. No one knows why it was done this way!!!

Quality of work and responsiveness

Our sales and build process were good. However, follow up to any problems that were found with the house, was poor. Our advice, don’t close until everything is the way that you want it.

We had a great experience all around. Our foreman Will Wenzel was great and easy to work with and attended to our needs prior to, during, and after closing. Thank you for our new home.

Warranty issue not resolved after 4 weeks.

The landscaping of so many trees and blooming flowers makes me feel like I live in an enchanted forest.

When we did the walk-through with Field Manager Steve J...we had a very good experience. Issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

This is the 4th home I've built over the years and probably the best process of them all. I was kept updated on any issues that came up and my questions were answered promptly. Workmanship above average.

We had a great experience with our Salesperson and our Construction Supervisor and they were a tremendous help throughout the whole process! However, the mortgage team let us down! They repeatedly asked for the same documents, then on the cusp of closing asked for additional and more complicated documentation that was hard to pull together! It almost delayed our closing! They need to get better organized!

The trim and carpet subs did not have good workmanship

Living in VA I was concerned that I wouldn't know the status of my home because I couldn't be there to monitor. I received bi-weekly pictures from my sales person and my field manager was very responsive to my questions regarding the home. When we met in person oh, I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Overall my experience has been a pleasant one and I enjoy living in my new home.

The whole process was made extremely easy. Closing was the easiest I have ever had.
