I was very excited to own a quality built Pulte home,but Pulte did not deliver. I would recommend getting an independent inspector before closing. The quality control was poor. The list of issues was given to the project manager one week before closing but did not get completed before closing. They have assured me they will fix all the problems when I return to Florida in the fall. I would like this to end up being a great experience.

It is a 55+ community. The lot looked flat but we ended up with a lot of steps in both entrances to the front of the house. I feel like should be avoided in a 55+ community.

Models vs options were not clear. Ex - all other townhouse models have shelf under stove top in cabinet. Milan does not. Model has chefs kitchen so there is no way to know there is no shelf - just an empty box. Deceiving!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Pulte/Del Webb-Lake Oconee; from start to finish! From the moment i requested a tour; to meeting Jenna & working with her throughout the whole buying/building process; to meeting/working with Daniel, in the building process; to working with Pulte Financial; all these people have been so helpful, knowledgable, great communicators, friendly, courteous, kind & i just cant say enough about all of them! Pulte is VERY lucky to have these people on their team and representing the company- GREAT JOB!!

Recommend waiting to build a home when not in a housing boom in order to ensure better quality control and customer service.

We were pleased to receive weekly updates from our Salesperson, Ken and our Building Supervisor, Andrew while our home was being built. (We were out of state.) The staff at the Title Company and the Design Center were great, providing us with all necessary documents and updates. Mortgage Company also made long-distance qualifying as easy as possible, although scanning documents was sometimes challenging.

The house is awesome. But, The ac went out 2 times. the 1st was on the 2nd day we moved in. I walk over to the trailer to ask for help. They got a tech out right a way and 1 hour later it was fix. The 2nd time was on 7/11/2021 @ 430. I made a call to warranty and they said they will get a company out to look at the unit. The tech on location for 2 hours and he stated they have order a mother board for the ac unit. That was on Sunday and no AC until Thursday around 12 noon. So far it working ok. The paint job was the worst paint job I to paid for out of my 5 house. With runs on all the wall and dry walls not done right. I call this in to warranty and they sent out a dry wall repair person. He stated this was the worst dry wall he has seen in the Del Webb homes. He was in the house for 2+ hours fixing bad paint and dry wall. The next day the painter came over and now all done. They have to replace the 1 rear glass door. The front door of the house before we moved in the door was kicked in and the frame broken. The bath tub has been repaired 3 times. Due to your personnel working over it and putting heavy scratches. I brought a new home from Del Webb not a used home. I had lights when we moved in and about a week later we lost the hallway lights. I never expected to have so many things wrong with the house. I The quality of work on the interior was quite poor. I paid for things up front that I had to pay someone else to make right. I'm here about six weeks now, and very little has been fixed by the builder.

The Del Webb team was wonderful from beginning to end with always keeping me updated with information on each stage while my home was being built, which gave me confidence that I would close on schedule.

Good location chosen, very good salespeople, kept me informed as the built went on.

First of all, Del Webb is the Community. Pulte is the builder. Our experience with the Del Webb sales office was great, our rep was Bruce. Very nice guy and super helpful through the buying process as well as follow up visits. As far as the home, I am very happy with the way the house turned out. Covid-19 affected the length of construction time but in the end, the home was completed a day early. We had two construction superintendents, one for the early construction and one for the later through completion. Both were great to work with. This was my third new construction and it went great. Attention to detail through out the house was followed all along so at the final walk through, there was very little to have corrected. The only part of the process that could have been better was at the Design Center where one picks out everything. We felt rushed and the center itself could have been better. As an example, the table where one lays out everything, like tile, carpet, flooring ect was on a table top of granite that had multiple colors and made it difficult to really visualize how things would look. As my husband and I cannot be at our new house yet, the builder has been more than willing to work with my mother (who lives in the area) to see all of the flaws and concerns we have. The two of them will be working together to make sure all problem areas are corrected.

The quality of craftsmanship was poor. Very frustrating to have to continue to get things fixed that were just lack of detail. Pressure to complete homes creates poor quality work. I know construction isn't perfect but I feel the quality is below par

Overall design and structure of the house is excellent quality, and neighborhood is well thought out. Project managers are very helpful and courteous, but were very overloaded at the time of closing with number of houses assigned. After we closed on the house and moved in, found electrical wiring wrong to the wine cooler and destroyed the cooler and was not protected. We did get a new replacement. Could not get our new gas dryer to work, and after 3 weeks of going back and forth on where the problem was, the Samsung technician we called out identify we did not have a gas supply. Found the supply valve had a plastic protection insert that was not removed and blocked flow. The general contractor that installed the valve incorrectly was not on our list of people to call to resolve our problem. When we moved into the house, the cleanliness was below expectation for a high quality house, and there was excessive grout and dirt still embedded in our new floor tile. Very responsive during building process, not as responsive from customer service after move in for needed repairs.

Non-customized and limited design options but end results are wonderful! By doing so, the quality is superior.

Home built on time. Project Manager, James was very detailed and responsive.

We only closed on our home a month and a half ago and still have several unresolved issues. We will hopefully meet in person with our customer service representative shortly He has reached out to me with three emails and has contacted two subcontractors. I do not want to rate Robert’s performance until he has had a chance to properly address our issues. Initially, I was very pleased with our sales consultant Dana and our building superintendent Michael. They were both very helpful and professional. Trying to work with Pulte Mortgage was such a stressful nightmarish experience that we just paid cash. Our house is just an expensive track home in a nice neighborhood. ... More

Tanya was great to work with. Her expertise and always available attitude made my experience so much better. She was exceptional about keeping me updated and was available when I had any question or concerns (even on her days off).
