This home has low quality of workmanship with many of the finishing details poorly done. We have had to have them come back to redo and repair many items that should of be done correctly in the first place. For a home that cost a half million dollars I would have expected much better quality and attention to details.

Good experience but follow up on issues can be slow. Closed 6 weeks ago, but refrigerator is still backordered. Closet rod pulled down nearly 2 weeks ago and still waiting on repairs. Lawn care included in HOA, but have had our lawn mowed for 2 weeks.

Very happy with our purchase. Can't wait to be in it full time

I love living here but many things wrong with the workmanship in building my house.

From start to finish, our experience with buying a Pulte Home was amazing. They are all very professional, knowledgeable and the most positive and friendly group we have every worked with. A home buying experience can be very stressful but this group guided us through and made it as stress free as possible. We can't say enough positive things about our experience with our home purchase thru Pulte. Thank you everyone!

From beginning to end the process was quite simple.

This was my wife's and I first experience building a new home. Overall we are very happy with the home. We understood from the beginning that this was a major undertaking and there would be bumps in the road. Our project manager did a very poor job communicating with us during the build process even though we told him from day one this was all new to the both of us. Our toilet had a plumbing issue on a Sun (second day in the home) (thank goodness we were home) where it overflowed into our master bedroom. The plumber was terrific and fixed a blockage in the line (probably from the workers). Our hot water pressure was dismal. I had to go to the clubhouse to take a shower at times. The temperature would never get warm and pressure on the hot side was awful. After several visits by the plumber a clogged screen filter was the issue at the tankless water heater site. It had two leaves in it causing the water to not get hot or enter the tank properly. This took about 3-4 weeks to diagnose and repair. Last Friday I had a steady visit from painters, electricians, plumbers, tile repair guys to our home with probably more visits on the horizon for warranty work due to poor workmanship. A cabinet guy is scheduled for this Friday for cabinet work. From talking to my neighbors this is all par for the course and comes with the territory. I found that the individuals or individual responsible for my home construction did not listen to any of our concerns during the build process and when it was time for closing the answer was "just take that up with warranty" If someone wants to reach out to me I can discuss other items. Almost all these issues could be discovered before the homeowner moves in with a checklist of some sort. Fines should be levied against the workers when issues arise after the homeowner moves in. ... The experience during the building process was good, but once you closed on the property and gave the rating for build process, service and warranty requests were mostly ignored. Adjacent home sites that were being built were messy and never cleaned up, with trash blowing everywhere and onto our property, as well as noisy trades working until 8:00 PM at night.

There are issues with my home that are not being taken care of. I closed with a list of things that needed done. I have been living here and my sliding door does not lock, the range vent is crooked (now I am being told to call a contractor on my own) .

It is a great community and the homes have the right focus for over 55, 2 things could be improved - 1) a more dependable approach to developing closing dates that gives the buyer an early heads up a fixed date. 2) my yard needed a lot of work to get the bumps out and grass growing properly.

We bought during covid, so things were definitely different. I don’t think the design center was very helpful when it came time to pick things out. Good thing I brought my daughter with. I thought the quality of the build could have been better. The painters were the worst, still finding paint drips to this day. Good idea to make weekly visits to check on progress, with covid and living in another state this was difficult for us. Our sales consultant and field manager were great to work with, unfortunately the field manager left a month after we moved in.

Great experience… They did the best they could in the circumstances we were all in… COVID-19.

We have had a good experience, what we liked is the constant communication between the builder and us, the trust he gives us and the answer to our doubts.

Overall good experience. However, now a month and a half latter still have unresolved issues.

It is my opinion that the Field Supervisors are overwhelmed with the number of homes that they manage. There were weeks when we couldn't reach our field supervisor, now we know why. The quality of the construction is mediocre at best. The wrong moulding was installed, we still don't have our rear flood lights, the exterior trim is a joke, doors dinged up during construction (and not repaired) The interior paint is the wrong color. The grass in the back yard is so bad that it is dangerous to cut. I could go on but what good what it do? I was told by a field supervisor that If I complained too much, Pulte would cancel my contract and refund my down payment. So naturally, I waited until now to clear the air about our experience. Fortunately, the neighbors are fantastic. We have made several friends in the short time we have lived here. ... More

the quality of work is awful, I don't know where they get there tradesmen from, but the work is awful. They trip over each other destroying each others sad work skills. Was not impress with the celebration walk through wanted to cry. I am 30 odd days out and still have a punch list and the company is fighting with me weather they are responsible for the repairs. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

I have always been impressed with Del Webb homes. This is the second one that I built. We had good people working with us, but unfortunately due to the Covid-19 epidemic there were delay’s with materials and contractor shortages. Our home was delayed by about two month’s in being completed. My only complaint is in the information sharing process. Our sales rep could have taken the time to send us short messages during the process informing us what she knew about what was being delayed and why. We had 3 different project managers during the building process and never received communication from two of them. Our last project manager, Bill, was excellent in responding to questions from us. He is to be commended for an outstanding job. Our new warranty rep is also very good and he is dealing with small issues that were not addressed during the building stage in a very timely manner. ... The follow up team is great

From the night we moved in both my husband and I felt comfortable and, “at home“. The home we bought is exactly the home we wanted and we just love it. Even our cat was comfortable on day one.

The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. I had never bought a new construction home, which is slower than purchasing existing stock homes.

From sales, configuration, and build and closing, we worked with a tireless team of true professionals! A special thanks to Bob (sales), Courtney (configuration), Tom (field manager), Barbara (escrow); these are amazingly talented professionals and wonderfully delightful people. Seemlessly linking the thousands of tasks in the new build process, Del Webb clearly demonstrates proficiency. Yes, there was a sporadic covid driven supply chain hiccup or two and regional subcontractor labor pool issues (particularly trim and paint), but overall the build process meet our expectations. It could have easily exceeded our expectations had milling and painting subcontractor teams had more experience. ... More

If you're looking for a new home, it would be hard to beat the quality and workmanship of Pulte... From Start to Finish, Pulte kept my wife and I updated on the progress of our new home, we couldn't be happier with the entire process...
