The sales Associates were professional, reliable, and dependable throughout my entire interaction with them.

Overall they did a wonderful job building my house. They took care of all small issues I had in a timely fashion. They could have put a second coat of paint throughout the house though,

I had the best construction manager I have ever dealt with. Phil was friendly and knowledgeable in the building trade and bent over backwards to get it done right. Phil did a great job supervising my house. Thanks to Phil, the house is good except for minor things.

Andrew and Mark took good care of us.

We had a wonderful experience with Pulte Homes. Our home was built with quality, all the items that we had issues with were addressed, and it was completed when they said it would be done. Edgar Morales was great to work with!

Experience overall was good

A lot of items go into this house and many subcontractors. It has been 6 week since closing and all but one issue has been resolved.

Structure is physically sound. Finishes are cheap - even the upgrades, and in many cases the finished product is left incomplete “because Pulte doesn’t do that”. Communication with third party vendors like the company responsible for landscaping is non-existent. Response time for a response from Pulte Customer Service Department is also non-existent. Overall the home is not worth the money one has invested in a brand new home. One should expect much higher quality finishes and a complete detail driven job given the cost of the home. Can not honestly recommend Pulte to friends or relatives. They most definitely over promise and under deliver - this I have also heard from several of my new neighbors. While Anthony Lamas was an excellent construction manager, the closing process as very poor.

Del Webb is great. Pulte Mortgage is really intensive as you must send in ALL back statements, which includes info on faith, contributions, organizations etc. This is for whole 6 month period as home is being built. In retrospect I should have gone to another mortgage company. ( you do lose some money).

Nice people. Their quality review process missed several items.

Overall, happy with purchase. They delivered on time, which was good in these COVID times. Only issue I really had was with the quality of the lawn. They did a very poor job of leveling the lawn, and I have many holes where it would be easy to twist an ankle and get injured. I have watched other lawns get laid in our neighborhood, and it seems to be a consistent issue. Otherwise, the overall build quality is about what I expected. I believe the neighborhood will be very nice, when complete, and the homes are reasonable quality for the price point. We were not told about many options that we have liked and would have purchased.

Don’t always follow through with what they say they will do. Also a disconnect between sales and field crew

Craftsmanship and pride in work is low.

So far my experience has been great in all areas.

Fortunate to have building professionals Dennis, Joe, and Cory. Each are very courteous and professional. Being a new home owner can be emotional and even frightening. They have been quite patient and understanding

Be very careful and document everything

The building site manager (David Joyce) kept us informed throughout the building of our house and ensured that all our options were installed as contracted. Furthermore, the warranty manager (Oliver) was very responsive to our service needs after we took ownership of the house.

Do not expect quality materials or workmanship

First rate Team. From the Sales Team to the Field Manager, everyone was receptive and excellent to work with.

We love our new home and community at Cypress Falls! Del Webb did an amazing job building our new home, especially with all the things they had to traverse withCovid this past year!

This builder has used quality material in building my home. Workmanship is excellent. Sometimes buyer has home closing done and leaves, should have enough time to get minor problems found and corrected. Like calling supervisor and get is fixed without too much paperwork.

Homes are elegant yet sturdy
