The choice of building crew was disappointing. The installation of several items are sloppy, rushed and below par. The quality of certain material and products were not as good as expected.

When all our issues have been resolved since we closed April 21, 2020, then and only then will we grade Del Webb on the home buying experience. At this juncture we are not pleased. For example, we were recently told our refrigerator would would be delivered the week of May 24 - 28. It wasn't received as of 6/3 and no one bothered to call us to let us know of any further delays. On top of that, the refrigerator we have has no ice maker and we have to buy ice at a retail store weekly. Not a big expense but certainly is an inconvenience. Second, the carpet in our two guest rooms had to be replaced after the initial installation due to installers tracking paint in both rooms. The carpet was replaced but both our selling agent, onsite manager as well as ourselves noticed a difference in the quality. Our onsite manager stated he is working to correct this issue through the carpet supplier but we have no definitive date to have issue corrected. Everything was easy in the home buying process

We love our home and community but were very stressed due to the salesman not returning calls. We would have to email him as many as five times and he still would not answer. It would have been smoother with someone who was willing to communicate with us

The appliances are not well-made. They have problems. The washer is defective, the plumbing is bad.

One of the worst home-building experiences. Overpromised and underdelivered. Poor workmanship, missing items, and horrible communication.

Great overall home buying experience!

De; Webb has helped some of my neighbors by lending them appliances when the homeowner could not get the ones they purchased outside of Del Webb

Houses are being rushed resulting in poor workmanship and incomplete items.

You do not get any help with picking out fixtures or design options. You need to pay close attention to the plans when signing off on them. Del Webb is not flexible and will not give you anything if mistakes are made or if is not an option. Additionally, the design center knows NOTHING about dimensions of cabinets, so if you want a wine cooler or you want to house your TV equipment somewhere, do not listen to the designer. They will charge you for the outlets but most times they don't fit. When you do your walk thru have someone come with you that knows something about contracting. My stove wasn't hooked up, and parts were missing and had to be ordered. It takes a long time to get anything fixed so pay attention to the little things. Works with you ,quality builder

Too many subcontractors and nobody accountable for their work. Unqualified workers without a concept of quality and results. Whoever assigns contracts needs to work in the field and attain hands on experience. The present sub contracting model is not working. I would not have PULTE build me a free dog house.

This is a quality experience - end to end. From the sales consultant's involvement right up to the move in process.

Quality. Well designed home. Punch list is minimal.

New Home Sales Consultant and Field Managers were amazing and provided outstanding customer service.

The builder’s team was very responsive to any problems or discrepancies and took care of the situation in a reasonable amount of time. The upgrades taken were worth the money.

Our project manager was very responsive. Any issues or questions were addressed very quickly. We were out of state during the construction phase - they did a great job keeping us informed through video walkthroughs & photos.

Overall I am satisfied with my new home in Del Webb Sun City Hilton Head. As far as a well built home it’s hit and miss, some of the work appears to be done by experienced craftsman while other work shows the results of inexperienced overworked migrant workers. These homes are built on a concrete slab which I am told should cure for a month before constructed upon. Del Webb/Pulte starts framing the next day or two after pouring the concrete. I home I don’t pay for that down the road with settling.

It is sometimes difficult to get things fixed. Flooring has been a problem of over 6 weeks and it is still not fixed. First person that came by needed to order some material. 2 weeks later another crew came by with material and then said they sent the wrong crew to fix the problem. Left the material in house and left. Haven't heard from anyone since even though I let the Del Webb person know it still wasn't fixed.
