Glad to finally moved in. Love our new home and our new neighbors.

The overall experience was good.

First complete new home I've purchased. The process was poorly executed.Poor communication between field mgr. and myself,Just overall a very difficult and stressful process, Now that we are in home the house will be ok once we get all the little things done that pop up on a new build as I'm told.Its a shame to have to go thru all this when most of it could have been solved as it was constructed and not have to follow up several times

Love our home. Everyone involved has been great however the person responsible for design and fixtures obviously had no interest in the fact that seniors live here. The oven has small grey instructions to see and it’s not simple. The microwave opens down many of us are shorter than we used to be so if there are any spills we can’t reach them. The dishwasher has a cabinet between the sink and dishwasher so the rinsed dishes either drip on the counter or on the floor, no consideration there also the majority of consumers are right handed and it’s on the left. These are not major issues but they do make a difference . Again we love our home and the construction team and hope these suggestions and hope Pulte appreciates our input. ... More

Workmanship could be better. Subs missed the mark in some areas. Others excelled

I am very pleased with my purchase. This is my second purchase of a new home with Pulte and owned other pre-owned homes from this builder. The only issue I find is Pulte does not provide the same quality of customer service as they did in the past. They do not provide a CSR person to help you with your new home issues other than going to your field manager who tries to accomadate your request for service. There is an 800 number for customer care but they redirect you back to the field manager.

My wife and I closed on our home on March 18, 2021. We did not readily identify many discrepancies during the pre-closing walk through. After closing on the home and moving in however, we identified multiple things that needed addressIng. Specifically, the finish on the quest tub was damaged and needed to repaired, the closet door in the guest bedroom was damaged and needed to be replaced. Several walls needed to be touched up to remove streaks, hall lighting was wired incorrectly and had to be fixed, we have and continue to have problems with the irrigation system from broken sprinkler heads to holes in the PVC under ground. I realize that every home will have workmanship challenges upon completion but the sheer number of issues we have and continue to experience is a bit surprising and unnerving I might add.. Responsiveness to our challenges was good initially , as time passed however, response times grew longer and longer. If this is the response we receive to our problems within the first 90 days, I would hate to see what the response would be after 1,2, or 3 years. ... More

The builder was great but I found that the companies they recommended for insurance, blinds and mortgage took took long to respond, were too expensive or too busy to take my calls.

The lack of quality and quality control is non-existent resulting in multiple attempts to resolve the same issue. It is exhausting to say the least. There is also no accountability. Pulte blames the contractors and the contractors blame Pulte. Run, do not walk, to a community that does not use Pulte. This has and continues to be an exercise in futility. Forget about any relaxation while you own a Pulte home.

The overall experience was good and we love our home. We have a couple of things of why we did not rate 5 star. Pulte Mortgage, very unhappy with the loan experience and the loan officer. No return calls and poor customer service. The second issue we had, was a couple of the upgrades we purchased, we felt the sales office was not transparent and upfront. When we got to the design center, we were then told we did not have a choice on some things and wish we were told upfront.

This was a positive experience and I am very happy with my new house.

Floor plans tailored to retirees. Kept us informed throughout the build process.

We had such a great experience in the building and purchasing our new home. We lived 2000 miles away and still felt very connected to the building process. The communication with the sales agent and construction manager was outstanding ! We love our new home.

Everyone I've met and spoken with are very happy that they chose to buy here.

Needed more instructions on things like irrigation, etc

Knowledge, they no their product. Sub contractors have been with them a long time.

The overall experience has been great. They delivered on time, good communication, construction of house-5 stars, great community.

Watch what they do, make sure they get it right.

Overall I would say were satisfied. Some minor items weren’t done to our liking. Quality control could of been better. We do love the home! Just the small situation we’re Annoying.

Lack communication from our first foreman on the job. He would give u lip service. We love the area and our new home, now that we have moved in.

Responsiveness to issues. Not everything went flawlessly but wherever there was a hiccup they did everything they could to make it right. Our build manager Trent was awesome!

Try to live locally to your build so that you are able to visit your site regularly and catch items as they arise so that there aren't a lot of issues after you move in.

My experience was so disappointing, especially with Pulte Mortgage. I loved the location and floor plan of my home, but the only time I felt like I was a client that Pulte was trying to please was during my interior design consultation. They did meet the deadline set for closing, but they did so through obviously rushed final construction details. I initially applied for a very small mortgage with Pulte Mortgage simply to get the promised contribution towards closing costs. However, Pulte ladled on some many junk and excessive fees (both application and processing fees, for example). The week before closing, my loan consultant said everything was on track for closing. Then, the day before closing I was presented with demands for more documentation on a loan to value of only 15% (meaning I had 85% of my home’s value in equity). I finally told them to cancel my loan and funded my purchase from my own funds. I would not recommend an initial purchase through Pulte for any of my friends or family. ... More

From the first day meeting with our sales rep to the day we closed on our home all aspects of the build was extremely smooth. Our project manager Sent us a email with photos and a message regarding the progress of our new home, we greatly appreciated of always keeping us in the loop. This is our 3rd Del Webb home and we will continue to tell our friends about Del Webb and the quality homes they build.
