Buying a Pulte Home at Del Webb was fast and easy. Siobhain was a superior real estate representative and exhibited knowledge and authority. She was great to work with and made buying fun. Corie and Amber were very helpful and efficient in making the loan process effective. They too were easy to work with. Pulte's Project Manager Josh was professional and personable; always available and helpful. The home is built well.

Our sales person was excellent. He was honest and forthcoming and shared as much information as was allowed. He went to bat for us and resolved an issue we found when the house was almost near completion. Our construction manager was of the same caliber. When he said something would be completed or corrected, it was done to our satisfaction.

Very easy to work with.

The Home is Very Nice. Unfortunately it is for sale for health reasons.

Our overall experience was very stress free. Helder, our builder was extremely helpful. Jim, our Sales representative, was knowledgeable and professional. Christine, part of our Pulte team was also very professional

I’ve known of Del Webb for many years, even maintained radio services on their older properties years back. I am proud to finally have a home with them. They make very nice communities and obviously solid homes.

The Builder is impressive. The quality and workmanship are excellent. A large part of the reason my home is so awesome is due to the diligence, knowledge, caring and professionalism of the Construction Manager, Ben. He was exceptional in every way including his warm and helpful personality.

From beginning to end, we were kept informed of every detail involving the construction and the mortgage!

My husband & I built a new home in Sun City & from our 3 day “stay and play” through our closing we had a great experience. Our sales manager, Jarrod, was very knowledgeable & gave us good advice & our construction manager, Carlos, kept us in the loop every week with updates & photos. This was especially important, as we were in another state during the whole process. Carlos has continued his commitment to customer satisfaction by stopping by & communicating with us even after we have moved into our new home. We are so lucky!

Have had a great experience from beginning to end in the purchase/build of my new home. Many thanks to Bruce, Amy, Matt & Gabe for their patience in helping to guide me through this adventure. They definitely made things so much easier. Many thanks to the contractors who work for Pulte. Always pleasant and considerate.

Great experience with our first new construction built home

The build team was responsive and we are so pleased with this experience as we love the home! I would recommend Del Webb and Montebello Farms to anyone!

During our first visit, we were greeted by kind caring and knowledgable individuals who had a heartfelt interest in us joining their community. Everyone was helpful and courteous . Our experience started with a wonderful greeting by Sandi...followed by exceptional sales representation by Paul...who helped us select from several great choices. The process simply continued to get better as we dealt with mortgage, insurance, HOA and Guest services... WOW...great people all around. Builder representatives were exceptional. Follow through timely. This is clearly the most satisfying new home purchase we have made...having built three new homes in the past 6 years...ahhhhh... the twist and turns life can throw at you. It would be great to have options on backyard landscaping when time to close, so front and backyard would be done when you pick up the keys. I know this would be an upgrade but an option in backyard packages would be great.

Construction manager kept me informed every step of the way sharing not only the good news but honest disclosure on any delays. My salesman was included in phone calls so I felt supported by the entire team.

Great home. Landscape and quality

All it took was meeting the staff in the sales center, looking at the community and seeing the model homes and we were sold. The homes appeared to be extremely well constructed and equipped with everything we could want plus more. Amenities and opportunities were all right there and the calendar of events was full. We gravitated back to the first model we saw. It reminded us my Grandparents cottage on a natural lake in Indiana, we felt comfortable and at home. We returned to the sales office ready to get the ball rolling and within a very few days we were under contract. We we’re very confident the staff tearned our trust. Del Webb has a specific schedule for every phase from purchase, build, and closing and it all made sense. The communication was terrific because we knew what to except and once they broke ground we got weekly up dates from the construction manager. Through the entire process we were surrounded by our realtor, salesman, construction staff and title staff who were professionals and they knew how to handle everything. At one point there was a question during our weekly call our construction manager had a question and our salesman, with no hesitation, knew the answer without looking through our file. The day we made the decision to build we called our son, a former project engineer for a home builder, and he was thrilled. He said it was a great choice and made him feel secure to have us grow old in our home. We are in our home and it is wonderful. ... More
