Their were many obstacles to face due to COVID. Windows were delayed, appliances on back order, However, after a three month delay the project managers, did all they could to find a solution. During that time they continued their best to move what construction they could move forward and worked diligently once the other windows had to be chosen to complete the house as expeditiously as they could. It was a good experience to work with dedicated project managers and so appreciated.

They were still working on our home the day of closing. Numerous items where not completed correctly. Flooring had two colors of grout thru out the house as though they ran out and just picked a close enough color to finish the job. The flooring was not cleaned, there was sticky stuff all on the floor along with paint and silicon. Tile in bathroom doesn't even flow with the wall where they connect. Out door patio pavers are covered in paint and the screen patio was installed incorrectly with holes in the screening and support beams not leveled. Even the house number is on the house at an angle and not painted where you can see where they try to remove it and redo the installation of the numbers. We have plumbing, paint, electrical and flooring issues since we purchased this home. I will give them a high mark for responsiveness before we purchased. Trent F. They are great! I'm happy living in del webb community.

I would like a better system of repairs or other problems in the home handled by the builder for the first 30 days at least instead of immediately passing these situations on to the warranty department.

Glue, dirt, cement, absolutely the dirtiest new house ever. Yesterday I was on my hands and knees scraping up glue for 1/2 hr. No pride in workmanship. Received a 175,000 house for 275,000.

Overall experience was very positive. Beautiful home and very responsive to questions

So far everything is fine. The buying experience was fine. Danielle made the process easy and kept us up to date. The project manager talked to us weekly as we were not in the area. The key will be a year from now.

Buyers beware about customer service after closing, I am still waiting for my cracked in owner suit bathroom mirror that need it to be replaced since March 3,2021 till today, May 25 it has been one very frustrated dealing. Many calls with no returned call from them. No Show couple of times and yet no one seems to care about it, you have no recourse and no one helping you to solve it including my field manager ignore my called, the RESPONSIVENESS TO ISSUES is NONE EXISTENCE

Our experience was not good. We closed on a house that had no electric, gas, and roof not completed. Some of the sub-contractors did sloppy work. The construction manager pushed back on many things. I was happy with most of my upgrades, but had to watch them closely as the manager missed putting in some of my contract upgrades. We were out of town, but you really need to be there during their builder process.

Although these are not custom homes , you are able to make options that make the home more suited to your needs.

Stay on top of issues that have to be remedied before closing

The entire process is described from day one. There are stages and time-lines that have to be met and are. Standards are high! David, my builder, made me feel like I was his one and only customer. I've built 3 other homes in my life and this, by far, has been my best experience. They truly care

Structurally solid construction. Floor plans that are well laid out. Immediately felt “at home” in my new house.

The sales person was very helpful when buying the home. He helped me with all my questions.

Our only concern is the responsiveness to post-closing issues.

From the sales process, through building to the final walk through, working with Del Webb was a pleasurable experience. Everyone that we interacted with was professional and knowledgeable .. would highly recommend Del Webb for your home choice..!!

Build was completed in the expected timeframe.

I had never had a house built before and would probably not do it again. It was a bummer seeing poor quality products being used on my house and all of the set backs along the way. I couldn't believe the amount of trash and garbage litter through the job site. I couldn't believe how much people just didn't care. My friend built a house too and she has had a tremendous amount of issues with her house. The neighbors all have a story to share.
