How the house was built and finished. We love our new home

From the first moment we entered the property Ronda was there to greet us and guide us through the buying process. She was able to answer all our questions and anticipate what we needed to know in order to make smart choices in picking our amenities. Kevin was so helpful in answering questions about the build and the products used to assemble our home. We moved in a month ago it are so pleased with the finished home. It really exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Del Webb. They build a great home for a very reasonable price.

Up grades are expensive. Cable tv has to have a outlet at every location you want a set all is not wireless. Field managers are very helpful.

The whole experience was exceptional. Our salesperson, Rob, answered all of our questions until we met Tom, our Builder Supervisor. Tom has excellent communication skills and kept us apprised of potential delays or concerns. Even after we closed, he continued to help us with our home. It was a great experience throughout the process.

Thanks to sales personnel and project manager. We love Stone Creek.

We were given comprehensive updates and all our requests were met quickly. Great follow up after we moved into our home.

The quality of paint used is not good had to repaint interior before I moved in. Also Sheetrock was not prepared as should , had to have many areas repaired. More attention needs to be paid to detail. Cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. Chris was great to respond and was great to work with.

we are disturbed that the finish work is not up to par. The painting work was terrible. They painted over red mud, missed lots of spots, They planted sod over scraps of roofing shingles so the grass was not growing. We went out and grabbed sod from a pile in the street and fixed this problem ourselves. Took 8 weeks to fix a problem created by Pulte Mortgage people that would have only taken a couple of minutes to fix.

Priority for builder is to close quickly. Quality of most trades subpar. Countless workmanship issues. Wood planks gouged and scratched, tiles chipped, cabinets damaged - all had to be identified by owner. One mirror almost fell because it was mounted with only mirror clips which were screwed into drywall, not studs - potential safety issue. The list goes on and on. Be prepared to clean your floors - wood, carpet, and tile after closing. Follow-up on issues is very, very slow.

Overall I love it here! The staff and workers are very nice and accommodating. The community is beautiful and the neighbors are all like family. It’s a very safe community with so much to do. The warranty part is questionable. A/C quite working two weeks after I moved in and they were here that day to fix it. Great job! The toilet was leaking and they were out the next day to fix it. Great job! The refrigerator iced up two days after they finally delivered it ( more than two months after I moved in) and they said they can’t make it here for almost three weeks. That’s not acceptable. I’m still waiting to hear about my brushed nickel accessories that do not match and a few other things that are not what I consider an emergency. These are not things that would make me change my mind about moving here but they do need to improve in this area ... More

A quality experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend.

1) Great experience with Sales Center 2) Amenity Center service is wonderful 3) Poor quantity and workmen ship 4) Over PRICE 5) Design studio need RETRAINING 6) Worst location for filter change

Decent home construction but not much flexibility in making any changes while being built.

I would spend more time looking at models and studying what is a available because when get to design center not enough time and becomes overwhelming

We didn’t have a great experience, craftsmanship not well, came out to correct but didn’t finish correctly for the amount of money we invest in our homes we would expect better work and finish timely but mostly correctly

So far satisfied but overall we are glad to be part of Del Webb community

On time. Followed up right away to questions our construction lead trent was great looking out for us. When he saw anything wrong was fixed right away- this was good since we were not local so felt he was “our guy” looking out for us

Pultes customer service representative was not helpful at all. She will find any excuse not to help you with your issues. You have to battle with them to get anything done. Once they have your money, you're on your own.

All aspects of the house was of quality material

Closed on Feb 8. Water leak Feb 9. Mold in master bathroom. It’s April 8 and repairs are still not complete. Trades do shoddy work. So much has to be repaired. 30 day repairs have not started yet. This is my second Pulte new build and I’ll never use them again. Trades do not show up as scheduled and if they do they have no idea what they are suppose to do.

My project manager was exceptional, called every week with updates and photo on the progress of our home.

We had a great experience with Pulte Homes. They have the process down and are so helpful in designing your new home. They are e trembly responsive and attentive to detail.

Energy efficient homes are very nice. You’ll fall in love with the quietness of the home.

Jerry was great. He kept us informed through the whole process. He did a great job!

From the sales office to the building experience it was great.
