This work in progress. I have thus far a few things that needs to be fix. But I decided to wait until my 1 yr inspection takes places.

Home not finished at the time of closing. Poor quality including some drawers missing hardware, paint splatters everywhere, shower drain clogged due to construction debris, dead shurbs in the backyard, scratched windows, and many other issues. The house was dirty at the time of closing. Very very disappointed with the lack of quality control by this company.

Purchasing, choices, construction process........all very good to great! Mortgage process.........the worst experience of all!

The home buying experience, as a whole, was very good. Our sales person was very good - helpful, responsive and always cheerful and ready to be of help! We encountered some problems early on in the building process, and they were rectified. The building process was generally painless, and our project manager was great in responding to any concerns we had (always with a smile!). After we moved in (6weeks ago) we have been noticing quite a few deficiencies in the quality of workmanship. We are in the process of addressing them with the builder, so the jury is still out! Here again, the Pulte ,We do like our neighborhood and the community personnel are very helpful and great to work with. Dishwasher stopped draining - into week 2 of waiting. Refrigerator works -no water coming out again - stove connect to gas has leak, no help yesterday waiting again today

They need to talk to buyers before they build to hear what they are looking for in a carriage home. More on-site viewing of models is needed. When I bought I had no model to look at. There was only a larger upstairs unit to see. Of course, it was bigger and you really do not get a 'true" picture of what your unit will be like. The garage is much too small, the flex room is also too small. More natural light is needed in the ground floor units,

I was very disappointed that my house was not ready as promised at closing and issues are ongoing 2 months post closing.

We have built three homes in our lives. This one was the best! Quality, trustworthy love our home.

There were a few things that we thought could be custom - the answer was always NO. We moved in with items remaining to be done - we have been here 5 weeks now and items are still waiting to be done. We were nice and didn't bother with any escrow - that was a mistake. For a high end builder, these homes are surely NOT high end. We have gone to a few meet & greets and all we hear is other homeowners with similar complaints. Some for almost a year now.

Working with the sales and team building the house was seamless. They were courteous of our time and kept us informed of all updates and timelines as they occurred. Closed on the timeline despite weather and Covid issues. However, there is some disappointment in some of the final finishes. As the community has grown some of the finishes that were in the model that were either standard or options are no longer available like a painted garage or wainscoting.

Home is solidly built and finely finished.

Delivered on time what I purchased in a pandemic. No shortages and that was amazing. My construction foreman jumped through hoops to make it happen. Rating would have been 5 Stars had it not been for the poor paint work that needed much rework.

they fumbled the ball when customer rep did not follow up. constuction manager could have at a minimun made a phone call to insure my needs where being adressed. we moved in on march 9th and after me calling pulte have an appointment on june14th.

From start to finish it was a smooth transition. Our sales person Kodi was just great every step of the way. She had all the answers! The project manager Karl was easy to contact and always returned calls immediately. He was there at every step to explain what and when during the building process!!

The sales person was so friendly and knowledgeable it was easy to discuss anything with her. Especially knowing she also lives in the community. Our field manager was top notch. He informed us every week of the progress being made. The quality of the finished product was great. Couldn’t be happier

We really love that the appliances, plumbing, and light fixtures were great quality choices.

Issues were taken care of effectively and in a timely manner.

I worked with Scott in Sales and John A was my builder. They both were great!

I’m disappointed with the house. Happy with the great neighbors. Don’t know if I’d do it again.

I bought a quick move in . Very happy with their choices. My project manager Anthony was very professional and on top on any issues that came up.

Cookie cutter homes. Don’t have the ability to make any change after contract is signed. Poor communication between Pulte and my mortgage company during mortgage approval time.

Six weeks after purchase and the lunch lists till isn’t finished.

We went into this purchase skeptical as Pulte homes has a dreadful reputation. We were pleasantly surprised how easy things were but have become disillusioned due to closing, after purchase care and incredibly incompetent escrow work scheduling and execution. The team evades the questions, makes continuous excuses and really does not care about the customer once the transaction is made. I have had several people outright lie to me - as an example, I asked who the board president was (our development is not finished - so Pulte is the board) and one person told me a name - and that person is not even on the board (per Articles of Incorporation). They are moving all of the sales staff to another development - another layer of customer care extinguished. Disappointing to say the least - I guess I should have been MUCH more aggressive prior to close. ... More
