Quality of workmanship is subpar! To get something fixed impossible takes forever!! If you measure each room including sunroom the measurements are smaller then what brochure says!!!! Bought property driveway was somewhat flat had walk thru now driveway is 45 degrees which is stupid especially since your selling to an older crowd. I would have had 2nd thoughts if I knew!!!!

Huge disappointment with construction and delivery. Still open items from the initial walk through over 2 months ago. Home was embarrassingly filthy at delivery. Sales was spectacular but construction sucks!!!!

Two items were not done right, we noted them to Pulte 2 weeks before the closing and they were still not fixed at closing forcing all parties involved to figure out a resolution.

Great with sales, but the contractor and follow up was a bit difficult. Had lots of questions that were down played! Lots of cheep construction and issues that were done NOT in line with the plan, but because of laziness and really not professional Had bathroom that could not be used , had a dryer that could not be used ? Had a shower that flooded the bathroom and bedroom had a stove that was put in out of plum and original had plants placed down the middle of the yard ,, NOT a great experience

Would not recommend to my friends and family.

Friendly sales agent. Build manager did not follow through on commitments. Fit and finishes below expectations for house at this price point. In particular, the paint and its application were poor. Design center options were too limited. Clubhouse appears to be undersized for the size of community.

We were disappointed in the first agent we had at the Del Webb sales center. She was extremely rude. Our realtor reached out to the sales manager at the sales office and from there on he worked with us and he was great. As far as the building process, we had questions that were not answered by the building supervisor for our house. Very disappointing. Overall the attention to workmanship is lacking. The home did not look like a home that was priced so high. It looked more like a very low priced track home. There did not seem to be any pride in the workmanship. All that said we do like the community we just don’t feel that the home will stand up to years of use. ... More

We have a list of issues that I first officially reported on June 21, 2023, that have still not been addressed two weeks after my initial email. I called the sales office because no one was answering the Customer Service line, they said to just wait a few days. It appears to me once you give a satisfactory survey on the initial walk through that all support is gone. I have power breakers that trip constantly, and two full rooms are on one 15 amp breaker (seriously, even I know that will not work). After two weeks of trying to get help I finally got a hold of someone by phone who says it takes a week to get electrical help, I hope there is not a fire, I think this house was miss-wired. Even the power panel labels confirm that. Cabinets drawers don't close all the way, I have cabinet paint issues that you can only see from the dining room (too bad, Customer services says, you have catch paint issue during the walk through). The kitchen air vent looks like it was purchased from Goodwill, with obvious deep scratches. The trash can drawer is so hard to open, a 5 yr old couldn't open it. There's not even a toilet paper holder in guest bathroom and I reported that on June 6th. We are now a full month with toilet paper sitting on the floor. Where is the attention to detail, where is the respect for the customer? The outside air filter was never installed, they just threw it in with the other filters because it did not fit the filter holder, I know I tried. This outside dust left the inside air filters covered in dust and our A/C air ducts are covered in dust to the point you can see it with a flashlight. Customer service says filters are not their problem, I explained that the filter does not fit and was never installed. Still, they don't care, filters are not their problem, they don’t do filters. The floors were so dirty with dust, I had to mop the whole house twice just to not have dirty socks while walking around the house. We mop all the time because dirty outside air is blowing through our house. And finally, the air conditioner, the unit in the attic sounds like an airplane landing, you can hear it over the TV, it is so annoying. But noise is not an issue that can be fixed says customer service, only failure. So, are they saying that we have to live with noise? I could go on, but it all comes down to attention to detail and respect for the customer. This is the second new home that I have purchased and I'm massively disappointed in Pulte's product. I have already begun asking the neighbors what they think and I get the same answer from everyone, “Pulte does not pay attention to detail.” Maybe that’s just this area, but I’m not impressed, I can’t wait to sell this home and my landscaping is not in yet. ... I have purchased four (4) new homes in my lifetime. Each has been a train wreck in its own way, mostly due to the lack of integrity of the builder and their subcontractors. Unfortunately things haven't changed much over the years. That's why when you do a search on Pulte you get mostly self-generated hype on how great they are, and stories from around the country on all the developments that have been forced to sue them due to their incompetence and arrogance. I take no joy in posting this. Just presenting honest assessment of my experience.

We have a nice house. However, there are still unresolved punch list items 7 weeks later. The process was nothing like it was communicated to us. Disregard the nice friendly sales literature. Communication was poor. The inspections never happened, the design meeting was poorly run and although we agreed to and expected certain items (and upgrades);the builder just changed some products without our consent or agreement. We should never have closed when we did. We felt pressured to give the construction site manager a good grade. We never did have a “celebration” walkthrough. As I said, we do have a very nice home and our experience so far with the warranty side has been positive. ... More

They sell you a home, tell you the name of your project manager who is supposed to watch over your home, but no one communicates. Sub contractors have no authority over what they are given to work with. Whatever wood they are given they put it up even if it is not good wood. 31 studs had to be replaced. Painters paint over muddying errors. Project managers order things for your home build and other managers steal them. To me this is not good work ethics. I closed April 5 and as of May 24, I still do not have any grass and no prospect or communication about it. Once you have closing and they have their money they pass you off to a customer care person who is an hour away and can’t seem to be reached. I recommend you get your own inspector before the 11th month so you have proof of needed repairs to be finished before your warranty expires. ... More

interior of home poorly done for price. Came from a Dell Webb built home which was great compared to this. A lot of work was required after moving in and seeing what problems were there with this house.

Too many numerous disappointments to list

Very poor workmanship on finishing work. Grout color is different throughout the house. Tile in Owner's bath is crooked and cracked. A cabinet in the kitchen is crooked. Front door and garage door not fully painted. Baseboards look like they are used. As of today, we have received "lip service" that everything will be fixed. The trades are scheduled to come May 24 & 25 to address these major issues. Time will tell if our home will be "a quality build."

Very bad experience in the design center and untrue promises made. Wilmington customer care very slow and difficult to deal with. Quality of some materials questionable. Although I love my house don’t know if I’d recommend.

Pulte failed on quality and craftsmanship.

Initial construction manager was clueless. Unfortunately, the replacement construction manager, who was great (Nathan), came onto the job when it was 75% completed. Builder installed wrong kitchen and doors. Sliding doors (5) and about 6-8 windows need to be replaced due to scratches and broken seals. Took 4 weeks to replace flapper in Owners toilet. 70 pavers had oil stains and were replaced. DEFINITELY NOT A QUALITY CONSTRUCTION!!

Its too early to rate quality and value. Trustworthiness is low as our field manager disappeared and would not return calls or texts. Other neighbors have the same experience so that tells us that management instructs the FM's to ignore calls and therefore you get an F in responsiveness. We still do not have screens for the windows, some of the vegetation in front is already dying (not sure if its a sprinkler problem?)

Community itself is beautiful but my house is far from where it should be. Subcontractors slap everything together with 0 care. So many things need fixing.

I really don’t think I would recommend anyone to buy a Pulte home.

We waited six months for the house to be finished and having built and owned 5 new homes and two custom builds this has been the worst product for the price. Caulking , molding , painting both inside and out very poor , several shades do not work and the dish washer was not hooked up at all. Your support teams are so so as of this point we have not receive a punch list ….

I do not have a pinnacle!!! I am in a villa!!!!! Responsiveness is terrible!!! Workmanship is careless, shoddy & poor quality. The “Pulte Promise” of “Quality Build” is lip service. You hire low paid, unqualified workers who have no craft or expertise!!!

We had moved in a week ago, and our superintendent had quit before we got here. Many items unfinished and no one to get assistance from. Contacted Customer service with several work orders and have had no response back after a week. Have had much better customer service with past builders in other over 55 communities.
