Actually, I have had very little experience with anyone from Pulte, even after my poor review that I gave them. I was told I would get a response from a Pulte rep on anything less than a 7 and after 6 weeks I still have heard from no one.

My experience with this home buying started with the salesman. He was great, although I do think there was miscommunication on a couple of things.....there are too many homes that Pulte is throwing together and doing so in a huge hurry, which is causing for less than adequate work being done and overseen by the PM's and their subs. Poor quality of work, and no one seems to really care. No communication with my PM, just wants to get the homebuyer to closing. I do realize that the PM's are not always at fault because of the poor subs and the fact that corporate is throwing way too many houses ...

Very poor quality and workmanship. We've found so many things that weren't properly finished so that they would last for the life of the house. We were sold on the model but found it substandard to the impression created.

Great Floorplan, Poor Craftsmanship

We love our home's floor plan, but the attention to detail really shows a lack of worker oversight when it comes to craftsmanship. We have lived in the home for about eight weeks and have a list of nearly forty issues. About seven of the issues have been corrected, and I corrected about half of them. Del Webb has been very slow to address issues and get them corrected. My advice would be for a new buyer to stand their ground and not to close escrow until the home is finished to their liking. Overcharge for poor workmanship and quality

Building a new home is supposed to be a great experience, especially at the rate this places charges there should be attention to detail and much better quality materials and workmanship. We started right out with our home being built wrong with the lanai and garage on wrong ends which was huge and done for best view of the $75k pond lot we purchased, our home was also supposed to be completed in May and we finally got it Sept 12th! You would think after 13 and a half months of waiting we would of had a better quality house to deliver. So far they have had to rip out the quest bathroom floor, the laundry room floor, replace the master bath vanity and after a full month of living here we still are not complete. They have to replace a patio that is already cracking and mirror as well as many smaller items. The quality of workmanship is terrible. There are 100's of paint blemishes on the walls,Paint splatters on my hardwood floors that still have not beeen cleaned up by Pulte. Every window sill needs to be rechaulked. The floor moulding where installed crooked and there is exposed wood. The hall bathroon tile is off center and has gaps in the chaulking. This was supposed to be our forever home that we built from a distance. Huge mistake. The workmanship is shoddy and Del Webb only cares about throwing up houses as fast as possible. We have built homes with other builders and none ever came near to the disappointment and headache that is a Del Webb home.

Shane the Forman on our house - nice guy, doesn't demand quality workmanship. Hire a independent inspector. You cannot assume that contractor has your back. We have many warranty items. Don't close until home is perfect.

These homes are put out so quickly that not even the paint jobs are finished before closing. There are so many areas that need to be addressed it's quite infuriating for the amount of money I spent to own this home. There is not one home in this development that was move in ready without a list of issues..They just spit them out and you are waiting and hoping for a reply to address the problems.

Over 40 issues noted three days before scheduled funding. We ended up being the quality control manager. Some issues still not resolved months later. Stains and paint splatter on $27,000 optional flooring that we are still cleaning ourselves. Upgraded Kitchen fan DOA and still not working. Still waiting for gutters to be completely installed.... Planning worked well, poor execution.

Our salesman "P" was great. However, the quality of construction and the problems we're having are frustrating and after several months in home are still waiting for remedies to problem. They put us on the schedule 4 months out to have things fixed... but we keep finding additional issues.

When we closed on our house they hadn’t even completed painting the exterior. Our patio and lanai where pitched so when it rained, water was settling and pooling near our foundation. The concrete had to be replaced. Some of my floor boards had water damage, all of my kitchen cabinets are defective, the glass in my shower is defective and the workmanship of the granite installer was unacceptable. Well the day AFTER we closed, thieves broke into our home and stole our new refrigerator, cut the water line, flooded the home, stole all of my husbands tools. Thank goodness we had not moved our furniture into our home. Our project mgr, Frank, was life saving. He jumped in to help asap. I have the highest respected and admiration for this gentleman. I worked with three builders and they were all excellent. The vendors you use are horrible. My home was very dirty when I moved in. Caulking not complete, stained and scratched floors, cupboards don’t close properly. Scratched granite countertops, etc.

Half a Million double wide

Hard to believe what a half a million buys you in Del Webb. Pulte workmanship and materials is shoddy. Kitchen cabinets append a strip of wood on cabinet doors to fill gaps. Tile lots from Arizona Tile have large color discrepancies. Microwave is so bottom of the row it won’t pop bags of popcorn and takes longer to heat everything. Vent in laundry doesn’t draw. And who would build a laundry room without a 220 outlet!!?! Paint is nothing more than a primer. Vinyl windows allows sand to blow in. Could go on but you get the idea of value.

I don’t know where to start. From beginning to end even a novice could see multiple issues. No consistency in stud spacing, walls are not secure and can be visibly seen shaking when doors are shut, uneven walls, paint appears to be cut with water, concrete floor covered in scraps and dirt and floor placed over t and walls painted with dirt on them, issues raised with manager and very little correction generally too late, have pics of dirty shoe prints on countertops, even small options like moving an electric socket denied as not one of our options, items on pre close punch list still not ...

We moved in June 1st. As of today, we do not have a working doorbell, no toilet paper or towel bar holders in either bathrooms, floor tile and shower tile grout is sloppy (the former foreman has green tape on them), and the list goes on and on. It took 2 months to get running hot water and 6 weeks to figure out the pipe to the dishwasher was blocked. Paint was not cleaned up and most of the floors have paint splotches. The moment we opened the door for the first time there were so many issues. First of all the house was so dirty, workmanship was poor, finishes were not complete, etc.. Even after doing a walk thru, the follow-up has been no follow-up. Texts and phone calls are not returned.

I feel the overall experience was underwhelming. Very dissappointed in materials and quality of work. It seems that Pulte is not interested in building a quality home. The amount if stucco is half the amount that was homes they built previously. Quality if cabinets are horrible and the paint they used is very cheap. They told us that everything found on the walk through would be fixed by the time they turned over the keys. They had only fixed a small percentage.
