Were responsive to questions, informative, prompt with communications. Asking us along the way if we were satisfied. When something did not go as planned and that will happen they handled it. Remember their jobs have been challenging during the Corona-Virus and they have stepped up.

We thought they did a very good job in building our home and the issues that we did have, they made every effort to resolve quickly and thoroughly.

Poor workmanship and quality

No comment on completion of final details. Still not completed..

A number of small issues on the initial walk through some of which were not addressed properly on the 2nd walkthrough.

Good buying experience. Overall quality is good, I think some areas could be better. Like a lot of the things that are used are "builder grade" so just because it is a Moen faucet or a Lennox A/C they seem to build lower quality products for the construction industry versus what you would purchase as a regular consumer. The team from sales office to the field manager have been great and very responsive to our needs and requests. We just moved in 3 weeks ago so still finding some minor things but they should all be taken care of by warranty service. Only

Although my sales lady Lisa & site manager David were terrific but unfortunately I was quite dissatisfied with multiple employees I turned to for assistance on correcting that our home & a neighbor’s mortgage were recorded on our property. We closed on 12/17/2020 & Our home was not successfully recorded until 2/2/2021. I would like to discuss these 2 issues (water bill & recording deed with the appropriate senior official. Obviously, I cannot recommend the otherwise well done closing because the deed was not recorded & I had to find out it wasn’t recorded myself.

The builder's sales agent kept me informed via email/photos each week during construction. I was not present myself during the entire process, and appreciated the updates.

Loved to work with Favid. He kept me in the loop the whole time and I could tell he cared about the job he was doing. I was very lucky. Love working with Bob in Sales. He helped me to get yo my dream home.

QUALITY NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED

Everyone was nice to deal with. Painters did a horrible job. Didn’t like where some residence got their garage painted and i was told they didn’t do that. Landscaping isn’t great and concrete job on porches and drive isnt that great.

Pulte needs to have more knowledgeable customer representatives at the front office when making a purchase. In my case I didn’t feel I had that. Questions couldn’t be answered and I didn’t receive the professional care that I should have. The professional care I did receive was from the building supervisor. He was in contact with me throughout the whole building process. He was excellent.

Project manager responds quickly to our issues.

This purchase was made remotely from another state. Each department communicated with me as next steps were implemented. My customer care manager sent photos and answered all my questions, gave me options when appropriate and was integral in getting me exactly what I wanted or expected. I love the floorplan and the options available. Love my new home!

They do an exceptional job.

After you sign on the dotted line and home closed. Good luck getting anything repaired that is on your 30 day list. AWFUL!!! It has been a nightmare. My thermostat was wired wrong months to get fixed. Still not completely fixed as they need to go in and adjust vents as it does not evenly distribute air flow and little devices that are suppose to do that do not work. Patio door you have to lean in to close and they say that is normal NOT Still fighting to get that replaced The door is not square. They blame the concrete people. Tired of fighting I own a new home it should be one. Stucco has cracks and small holes in area. They came out once and fixed couple and left all the rest that were marked with blue tape. Stucco all over covers for electrical outside. Still waiting on new ones for that. Stucco appmnt still not complete Tile in shower needs to be replaced as defective. Still waiting on that. They blamed plumber. I can go on and on with repairs that have still not been completed You get the idea I am not going to list all things that need fixing. I moved in end of October we are not beginning of February and still waiting for repairs to be completed. Once you sign on the dotted line they are done with you and get frustrated when you call to get repairs done. I have been more than patient, been nice, but now loosing my patience. Highly recommend home inspection before you sign on the dotted line and get all fixed before you close. What was suppose to be a very exciting move has turned into LOTS of frustration ... More

This has been a great experience and the builder has been very responsive to out questions and concerns.

The entire process was very smooth. My suggestion to Pulte Construction is to install hot water recirculation systems in every home! The save Water and Money

We love our home and the builder did an excellent job!

We've had several issues and it has been a month without any resolution.

From the very moment that I visited the complex, I knew this was the place I wanted to call home. I picked the Turin Townhouse which was perfect for all my needs. What I didn't know was that the service I would receive from the Project Manager, Mike F, would exceed all my expectations. His professionalism and willingness to work with me on every aspect of my home was exceptional. I felt confident that I would be completely satisfied with the end result, and Mike F delivered. He introduced me to Dean M on my walk thru who continued to make me feel that my best interest was his highest priority. He was patient, informative and responsive. I couldn’t be more pleased.
