We've had several issues and it has been a month without any resolution.

From the very moment that I visited the complex, I knew this was the place I wanted to call home. I picked the Turin Townhouse which was perfect for all my needs. What I didn't know was that the service I would receive from the Project Manager, Mike F, would exceed all my expectations. His professionalism and willingness to work with me on every aspect of my home was exceptional. I felt confident that I would be completely satisfied with the end result, and Mike F delivered. He introduced me to Dean M on my walk thru who continued to make me feel that my best interest was his highest priority. He was patient, informative and responsive. I couldn’t be more pleased. The building manager was very responsive and helpful during the building process.

Pulte homes is a great constructor. Very good experience overall.

Very disappointed that they put in the wrong master vanity and I now have to live with the mess...

We could not be there for the build due to the pandemic-so we really put all our trust in our project mgr- Mr Ford- and he was absolutely wonderful! Highly knowledgeable, great communicator- he updated us weekly thru emails and pics- we love it!

This was our first new build experience so we were very apprehensive on what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised on the responsiveness to our many questions. We love our new home!

The community and what it offers are exciting.

Going through the buying process was very enjoyable. Everybody we worked with was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Beautiful home, wonderful quite surroundings. Be mindful of the fact that if you don’t upgrade certain features, e.g., the paint, the product will not be top shelf. Plan on spending as much as 15-20% above the purchase price for various upgrades. Still a great value though. I wish we had been given a warning about the fact that our mail service would not commence until some arbitrary date, i.e., when the HOA decides to give the Post Office the go ahead. We had to find this out the hard way. There is construction going on by us, not that much, but it should not impede mail delivery. We have to make our semi-weekly pilgrimage to the Post Office, which is not ideal in these COVID-affected times. ... More

I think they need to have someone help the new owner fill out the paper work...Where everything is, shopping, registering your car, info on banks, Dr., etc. Coming from out of State it is a little confusing trying to connect all the dots. You're pretty much left on your own to figure it out...

This builder is worth trying

Overall we are pleased, however some of the work showed a lack of attention to details.

Overall we are satisfied with our new home. The sales office personnel were great, keeping us informed throughout the building process and helping with the financing options. The construction crews were also great. Perhaps the area of design upgrades could be improved. Home buyers may not think of everything and it would be nice if the designer helped identify potential issues. We upgraded kitchen door knobs and fixtures which we understood carried into the baths. The baths do have the same upgraded knobs, but the fixtures did not change. Now our baths have three different types of hardware: upgraded knobs, brushed nickel door handles, and polished chrome sink and shower fixtures. We also asked for a floor outlet to be put in the gathering room, perhaps for plugging in a lamp near the sofa. It was placed very close to the middle of the floor area, making it totally unusable. ... More

We are very happy to Call Del Webb Home!

We were sold on the fact that Pulte sets the industry standard. That the customer service was excellent and that our home would be everything we expected. We were told we would have a walk through to make sure of this and if things needed correct it would be done and then we would have a Celebration Walk Through. During our walk through we pointed out several things that needed corrected. We were told everything would be fixed. Then came our Celebration Walk Through. NOTHING was done and it was the say before we closed. We were fed a line of crap on how everything g would be done the next day. So we had to come back the next day before we closed. The only thing fixed was the gas leak on the range. No sod, gaps in front and back doors letting wind in, nails sticking out in fence, missing and misfit range parts, wall around dishwasher is not stable it moves. We were told go ahead and close and everything will be corrected immediately. We trusted Pulte. BIG MISTAKE. My wife and I have spent hours trying to get things correct. Then the day we moved in the sod was put down so that was a mess when we brought our dog to the mew house. After 45 days I finally got the correct parts for my Range. This week I got the doors fixed but still waiting on paint for the repair. Still waiting on 2 work orders to be addressed. This experience is not what it was talked up to be. Very disappointed. The only thing done quickly was when the ceiling in the master bathroom fell off. I only had to wait 8 days for that to be fixed. Pulte needs to get better. I am very disappointed in the lack of pride or workmanship in the house. We have many ongoing issues to be corrected. Some of which are out of square walls which they will not correct. Hardwood flooring that was damaged and has been repaired twice only to be damaged even more while repairs happened. Many blemishes in the texturing and pour drywall finishing including a huge gap above one door that appeared it was just hammered out. Some electrical issues that were not correctly wired. Chipped granite countertop that was repaired but still looks poor. Cabinets with many dings and scratches and very poor adjustment of doors. A bath tub creeks each time there is movement inside of it. A poorly designed hot water system that means even on full hot it is barely hot enough to have a shower. There is some poor planning and design of the home with such things as poor placement of electrical outlets and placement of a doorbell which cannot be heard through most of the home. My general opinion is that there are so many homes being built that the trades really don’t care about the quality ... More

Over all experience with the builder has been great, very professional and helpful. My only issue and I am fully aware not any fault of the builder has been some of the Whirlpool appliances, ie upgraded washing machine which broke the first week I moved in. Whirlpool is addressing the issue but it is taking way too long. Other than that I am extremely please with Pulte and all its staff and would highly recommend them to friends, etc.

I purchased my house move-in ready. What I didn't realize is how they cut corners on homes. Every house they build should have hurricane windows. Hurricane windows should be mandatory in new construction. The lawn/sod they use is horrible. I have holes that you can't see until I keep twisting my ankle when walking on it. They keep telling me it will fill in. Every finished house should be cleaned prior to the new owners moving in. The lack of better craftsmanship has held me up on having my grout sealed in the house. I could go on but I feel like a broken record.

We enjoyed our superintendent, he did a good job. The problem is with the finishes inside the house. The materials used are definitely builder grade, the paint job is questionable, and the overall fit and finish is borderline. While the house is probably going to last ok, a lot of work needs to be done to clean up the finishes on the doors, casing, and baseboard. The cabinets are a low grade, but the granite countertops are very well done. The texture on the interior walls is adequate, but the interior paint is very low quality. They were responsive to my concerns

Home has a good layout. It is spacious with great features like a great pantry and roomy master closet. Quality of materials (counter tops, flooring, cabinetry and fixtures) all top notch. Enjoyed working with Jodi and Ryan to get into our home.

Love my little house with a view. Del Webb has been good to work with. They’ve communicated thoroughly throughout the process.

Steve, our construction lead, and his partner were great! they were quick to answer questions and fix any issues we had, very responsive and knowledgeable.
