Please spend more time in your walk through so you don't have to keep calling warranty for issues.

The quality of workmanship is excellent. And the price is reasonable. The Pulte Field Manager is exceptional and responds to any concerns/complaints. There was one issue. I do not believe the sales representative was upfront with us before closing. He did not let us know there would not be a refrigerator included in the price of the home. Even the sales brochure implied there would be a refrigerator. Some would say we should have known a refrigerator would not be included. However there is no need to obscure this fact from new buyers. Let's have full disclosure.

The actual purchase of the home was an easy process. However, the final build-out cost was more than surprising, especially after you visit the "design center." . Once you added up the charges for simple things "needed" in the home, the price skyrocketed. Ultimately, you felt as though the builder was just out to "nickle-dime" you for things truly "needed" in the home. Perhaps looking into the resales available would be a better option since you would still be in the community and have the amenities and lifestyle one was searchin for from the start. Some of the things; i.e., 10 ft. ceilings with the filters and smoke alarms up there is a bit unrealistic when you are serving an "adult" community. Changing those items could be not only dangerous but outright impossible for some folks in their late years of life! Who brings an 8 ft. ladder with them when they downsize and move into a new one story home? And, finally having a landscaped front yard for which you had no input is just plain rude. The homeowner is committed to maintaining the shrubs, trees and even the landscaping at the curb without one single choice of the foliage to be the greeting to people visiting the home. Mortgage issues - non responsive. Goes to trustworthiness. Looking back we over paid for the home. Loved the look and the decorations. Too much space and inefficient space. Workmanship is very good.

Closing was an awful experience. Kevin is outstanding.

The build quality of our new home is excellent! We were also impressed with the responsiveness and support from our Field Manager, Kohl F. However, the landscaping by Pulte's preferred contractor was a major disappointment and we will need to redo it all. Do not use their contractor. You will regret it.

Our house project manager was an A+. Other than that Average is what it is

Great design and some nice touches, but appliances and some of the workmanship is definitely low end.

House address out of sequence with the rest of the street therefore delivery people cannot find or think we don’t exist

We believe the supervisor for building our home truly gave it their best, however, after being in the home for over a month now, it’s apparent some of the trade contractors who actually did the work, were not consistently careful, attentive & thorough in executing their required work.

Process of picking and buying house was very good. Post closing has some issues regarding denial of some what we thought was warranty work. Issue with thermostat unresolved as vendor skipped appointment.

Painters tracked paint in garage and front walk plus numerous spots on tile inside, Bricks unevenly laid in places and a few broken bricks used. Back porch concrete has unsightly gouges. Our grass was brown and full of weeds, while nearby neighbors all had good quality green grass. Cabinet installers put in water stained trim under counters in 3 rooms.

Pulte seems to build a very solid home , would reccomend as builder Some of the materials need be upgraded . Issues that need to be addressed are still not resolved since 7/30.

We've been disappointed with the workmanship on various items. Kitchen cabinets, paint finishes, etc.

Overall very happy

Pulte mortgage was excellent to work with. The quality of building materials was not equal to the cost of the house. Builder had no flexibility to correct design flaws.

While I love my new home, due to the number of issues I’ve heard about from my neighbors since moving here, I am concerned that Pulte is trying to build too many homes too fast in Del Webb Nexton which is resulting in a loss of quality for quantity.

CCR's are too restrictive regarding planting of back yards

Empty promises. No follow through. Poor quality workmanship.

We had a home inspection done two days after we moved in by an independent agent. We would highly recommend any new buyer to do so. The finish elements done by the trades were definitely not ‘high end’ but probably typical with tract home builders. The charges for upgrades were high enough to incentivize us to do some upgrades on our own after moving in. Glad we did. Even though we had built four homes previously and had a good idea of what we would want in a home, the Design Center was challenging on many levels. Fortunately the community and activities are great, which were the main reasons we built at our location. . ... More

This is the second Del Webb home we have owned. The first was in California. Overall, the quality of the homes is at a very high level. However, with our new home, a few things seem sub-standard for Del Webb quality. One is the landscaping in the front . Some homes were "lucky" enough to get 3 palm trees (we were given no choices). Some of us got none. Instead we got little scrubby trees and shrubs with no color in the design. UGLY!! Very inconsistent quality. Many neighbors plan to install all new trees and plants. The second issue is the quality of the wall paint inside the home. We have owned many homes and never encountered such low quality paint. It is not at all washable or even wipeable. If you touch it with water, it dissolves immediately. It's like chalk. We are very unhappy with it. Why would anyone put such shabby paint in these nice homes? These homes are at the top of the market for square footage price! Finally, the warranty process is really slow to respond and even slower to resolve problems with the new construction. You have to send repeated requests to even get a response. Then someone just comes out to talk to you. That has happened twice now. Our neighbor next door, who has been here several months longer than we have, says, "There is no warranty!" Our last Del Webb home was pre-owned. There is still a drainage and landscape problem. Otherwise other issues were addressed in a timely manner.

Structural quality is very basic. Architectural interior are average, plumbing fixtures and shower are average quality, carpets are lower quality and are being replaced, outside water displacement is marginal and erosion control is marginal to poor. Otherwise we hope that we will enjoy the house.

Thought this would be a better product based on what we have heard. Just another penny pinching mass built home. Small details that would not cost much to include ignored. Pretty low grade materials. Walls aren't even square. Just moving in and already kind of disappointed.

Repairs have been slow, if at all at this point. Still waiting on repairs to be perform. Some construction is very good but other installations are poorly done (shade installed 8 inches short, kitchen shelves that collapse).
