Such shoddy workmanship and little concern for making things right. Great community but if I had to do it again, I would not buy from Pulte.

The buying process was very easy and the sale staff was excellent. However, now that I have moved in, and paid in full my new home, I have experienced a large number of construction flaws and the response to get the issues fixed is unacceptable. I have no return on my phone calls nor text messages, I feel very neglected by a builder whose contractors did not complete quality workmanship and the final inspection should have corrected the problems. There were numerous things wrong with this home prior to closing. We brought it to the attention of the on site people in charge and they assured us that the item would be repaired BEFORE our closing date. This did not happen. We still signed with a list of things that needed to be done and were told 2 weeks - it would be all done. Over a month late and very little has been done. The warranty person is now involved and working for us BUT why would it be warranty when it was wrong prior to closing. Empty promises! Leeah is ok Sebastian is useless we moved in Aug 8. It’s been 3 months and issues have not been fixed. The window in the third bedroom will not lock and is loose there was a break in and we can’t secure our home. The island was placed in the wrong place good thing we are small so we can open the refrigerator. The window in the 3rd bedroom is wider at the bottom than the top so I can’t put a shade in. We bought a new build home from Pulte.. All went well until we received the call telling us the date for our walk through. We live in another country and could not drop everything and fly to see the home. After much back and forth, a date was agreed upon. Then came the calls saying “can we push it back a week?”. After booking flights, hotel, kennel for the dogs, I said it is either finished, or you hold it for when we come down in November. They promised to get it ready. Pulte was adamant about there 10 point process never happened. There walk through inspection we’re not followed through. It took 4. Days to get hot water and We couldn’t cook no gas? Took a month to get shower door in master bedroom. The outside slider it took a month for some one to come out now we have to wait for new door. I asked repair people if the tile floors were sealed and was told because we are old people they don’t seal them because we might slip and fall?

Very poor workmanship, large chips in baseboards just painted over, missing trim on bathroom vanity, still have carpenters paper under stove, grout and paint splatter not cleaned up. Just no pride in their work and absolutely NO attention to detail by field managers and inspectors. Not what you would expect for a new home.

The experience was not a pleasant one. In the beginning the only person I would give high marks to is the design center (Karen). The field manager (Thomas) was great to a point. His follow through was not. They promise to keep you informed, they did not. I know he had a lot of work, and we tried to be patient but we were worn down. Hopefully the outstanding issues will be resolved soon.

The buying part was fine. My sales agent was very attentive and kept in touch constantly. She also took pictures at various points and sent them to me, which I greatly appreciated since I didn't live close enough to check on progress frequently. Since closing, however, I have had endless issues with the quality and response time in getting problems fixed. Every separate item requires a separate repair order and pictures. Then you wait for someone to approve the repair, the vendor to contact you, and even then, sometimes the items are not all fixed and they have to come back. I feel that ...

The workmanship, materials and responsiveness were all shoddy. We still have many issues that have not been corrected nearly 2 months after closing. We are not happy and frankly if we could go back we would purchase from a different builder.

Buying experience was pretty good. Closing was a joke. Del Webb/Pulte employees stood over us encouraging us to give everyone a 10. The trades who worked on our home were awful and extremely sloppy. Pulte said the windows in homes were hurricane proof, double pain with vinyl frames. We got hurricane proof only. Neighbors are filing a class action suit against Pulte.

The workmanship was the most shoddy I have ever seen. I also have received every excuse under the sun with regard to repairing items on punch list. I’m three months post close and still have the majority of items unresolved. The project manager blames the sub-contractor and sub says it’s not his problem. Appointments are made and no one shows to repair. I will be reaching out to an attorney going forward.

Pulte Build Quality Experience is a Marketing Ploy

Pulte's Build Quality Process sounds good if it were followed. Their top priority is getting the home closed and not the quality. Even with paying for top tier upgrade options, the materials and workmanship are substandard. We closed the last week of September, here it first week in November... and we are dealing with 1800 sq feet of tile re-grout, walls and baseboards repairs/ painting, cabinets issues, and a shower floor re-do. We are living in the home in the middle of all this ... and haven't fully unpacked and we delayed furniture deliveries until these are completed. ...

The building experience was ok. Communication has always been an issue. I closed on my home nearly 2 months ago and STILL don’t have the things completed that were on my list from the pre closing walk through. Niki was a great help. We’ve been here for two months now and the French Doors have never been installed. They arrived yesterday and were supposed to have been built in the house. The dishwasher was here but never installed. So many issues!

Our Project Manager went above and beyond by sending pictures throughout the construction process.

Our sales person seemed to lose interest once we signed the contract and was non-existent through the close. Sales person has yet to congratulate us on the new home. Low scores to sales. Pulte mortgage was impossible to deal with and dropped the ball several times to the point I used another lender and lost $8K from Pulte, but it was worth it. The bright shinning star was our construction project manager who was great to work with, communicative and very detail oriented.

Great quality home and workmanship- sales staff lacking

We had poor communication throughout the process with our salesman, Todd. Knowing my husband and I lived two different directions, 300 and 400 miles from our new home, he didn’t tell us we would have to return within 3 weeks of deciding to buy. He didn’t always answer questions about the meetings scheduled through the process. However, it is a very beautiful, good quality home. We especially enjoyed working with Brooke, the construction manager. The workers in our neighborhood seem friendly and respectful as well.
