We have been very impressed with the quality, design, finish and features in our new home. We are also extremely satisfied with any follow up service issues we've had. We bought a house in a neighborhood in which there are multiple builders. Our experience with another builder, for a different house, was good but our experience with Del Webb was clearly better. The are more organized, responsive, and can be trusted. Highly recommend.

Johnathon our sales person was great to work with. Johnathon was always available to answer our questions and keep us informed on the progress of our home being built. David our construction manager was great also. David and his group built our home in just a Litle over 4 month. He also kept us informed and when we moved in we were very pleased with the quality in the finish. The pool and the clubhouse are definitely resort style.

I liked the Del Webb TV commercial, and it planted the seed that lead me to investigate the community, offerings and lifestyle available at Del Webb Lake Las Vegas. Many nice home designs and a few that comfortably fit my budget. Pulte Mortgage in cooperation with Del Webb made this whole experience a fun and trouble-free event. We were keep up to date during the construction. When we did inspection there were very little things that we could find and things that were discovered we corrected right away. Every aspect of the build through close and support have been met with the highest of standards.

Our sales person Meghan was very helpful in helping us select the right home for our family including all the upgrades we wanted and finishes. We got it all done in one day. Our builder Luke was very personable and competent. He responded quickly and efficiently fixed what ever the issue was. Del Webb is a well oiled machine.

After my husband died, I wanted to move closer to my family and find a simpler life with a community that offered options for mental and physical stimulation. Connection to nature is important to me and it is present here...after all the construction is complete! I also needed to find community to be a part of. Del Webb has been a perfect match. Everyone that lives here is about welcome, and residents greeted me when I was just walking my dog after just moving in and knowing not one person. I feel safe here.

I closed on a pre-built home two months ago, and have only great things to say about it. I love it! The sales personnel (Logan and team) were honest and friendly. The construction under the manager (Alec) was of high quality and the attention to detail was well done. The community is active and very friendly (like family). I’d highly recommend this community and the homes!
