Mark was our salesperson and was great to work with. Very helpful and knowledgeable about our needs and concerns. Ryan was our building site supervisor and was always quick and prompt to take care of our concerns. We were able to close in a very timely manner with Ryan’s ability to address these issues of concern.

My overall experience was very positive. I'd like to give a specific shout-out to my salesman, Jim, and my WONDERFULLY responsive construction manager, Adam. This process can be daunting but these two really helped make it an exciting and enjoyable journey!

It started from the beginning of the process to the end. It was a great process. Everyone I encountered during the process was very courteous and professional! I really appreciated the thorough communications. I wasn't surprise about anything, They kept me in the loop. Anytime I had questions I received timely responses. The building contractor made this experience workable

We literally stumbled into buying a home here. Initially we were considering building, but then we found 'quick move in' homes and toured several with Mark. He was wonderful to deal with, very helpful. and even got us a further discount on the already incredible discount on our home, which was 99% finished when we bought it. The entire buying process was pleasant and the communication was great throughout. We love our house and are thrilled to be here!

My Construction Manager was fantastic! I was moving from another state, another time zone and Mike kept informed at all times-by email, phone and pictures. My sales person, Lisa, was equally informative.

Lance went above and beyond. Made the process of remote buying considerably easier than it could have been.

All members of the Pulte team were excellent to work with, starting with the sales consultant all the way through the build quality process. Pulte was very responsive to changing market conditions in residential real estate. This was our first experience with Pulte, and it was very good.

The Sales person and construction manager were so great - really made the process easy even though we were 2500 miles away!. Very pleased with our new home in Stone Creek.

I can’t say enough about the builder. I only had a few small things that needed attention. Scott came to the house. He was FANTASTIC. We are very happy with our home and the service we have had from the start. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Our realtor Patrick Beach was contacted by Pamela Williams a sales professional at Del Webb. There was a brand new home that had just been completed in September. Between Patrick and Pamela they knew the home was a great match for us. The following day we scheduled the first appointment with Pamela. We fell in love with the house after spending time checking all the amenities. The last home we had custom built on 3 acres out in the country. The craftsmanship we exceptional. What really made the difference is all the activities and new people that were moving into the area. We put down 10% that day and closed in 30 days.
