Matt was very easy to work with. Our previous Project Manager was difficult to work with, difficult to get things done. Matt helped us getting several projects accomplished. He was always easy to get a hold of. He was happy making us happy.

From the first time I saw the floor plan, I loved everything about it. My sales agent was so helpful and informative. The construction manager was great. Always kept me informed and took care of any concerns or questions I had. Closing was so quick and easy. I love my new home. I love the community I’m in. I’m home.

Our original plan was to buy a home in St George, after making a trip to Mesquite there was no question where we wanted to live, we picked out our home that same day. We are so grateful for the help from Tanya Smith at the sales center, we did most everything by email, and phone calls from Salt Lake for almost 2 months, without her professionalism we probably wouldn’t be here today. She provided us with names and numbers for all of the contractors needed to complete our move in. The contractors provided to us were amazing. Blue Lee was also exceptional, our phone calls and answers were always taken care of at a very courteous, and respectful way, some days I felt like a real pest. My Construction Manager David was a pleasure to work with.

We have purchased four homes, with two of those being new builds. Despite high demand, rising interest rates, and labor and supply chain concerns related to both the tail end of COVID and Hurricane Ian, this was THE BEST home buying experience we've had. Emmett, our construction manager, went out of his way to communicate with us and delivered a very well-built home. The few MINOR finish issues that we found prior to closing and during our first month in the home have been quickly addressed. Great company reputation! With building difficulties between labor and supply chain issues, which smaller builders cant’t control, I felt this would be the smart move. They lived up to their reputation!

Not counting a hiccup with a construction manager who quit and left the project and me hanging without notification; the rest of the buying experience was super. From Jim at the start to Jimmy and Sharde and Elizabeth working with financials to Billy who saved the day and the project when he stepped in to oversee construction. All of these people were stellar in their customer service, communication, and ease of working with them to smooth out a bump in the road. It was due mainly to these few people that made the experience very pleasant and enjoyable to work with.

The whole entire experience was smooth and organized. Our Project Manager Steven went above and beyond. Highly recommend this group.

Siobhain our sales rep and Josh our project manager were the ones who made the experience what it was. This is our third new build and by far the smoothest and most enjoyable build of the three. Their openness and honesty made them a joy to work with.

From start to finish, we had an excellent buying experience! Lisa, our sales agent kept us informed every step of the way. Mike, our construction manager, had us on several informative tours while the house was under construction. Both Lisa and Mike sent us pictures to keep us updated. Mike did our walk through before we moved in and addressed all of our minor issues! There was nothing major to address. Since we’ve moved in, the small things we have found have been promptly taken care of by Raul.

I am so happy with my beautiful new hone. The team was very helpful to make my purchase experience as smooth as possible.

Daniel was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, very professional , always helpful , accommodating and available. Great to work with. I recommend him highly.

Rita was great to work with re: Sale area. She stayed on top of the process. Initially we were going to use Pulte Mortgage- candidly, I did not like or appreciate that experience. We were told one thing and then the rules started changing- I then went back to our former mortgage company. The process itself of the purchase and close was very well done. Pulte is a quality group to work with within the Del Webb community we purchase.

We were very pleased with the process of buying our home. They have it all stream lined from seeing the model homes plans to choose our home, picking out the interior, etc. Everyone involved from the salesman to the construction managers were very professional,knowledgeable, and there to answer our questions.

We were very pleased with the entire Del Webb /Pulte home buying process. Our sales agent, Jenna, was responsive to questions and our construction supervisor, Daniel, was incredible! He was very detailed and went above and beyond at every step of the home building process He kept us informed weekly and dealt promptly with any issues we noticed. We are happy with our beautiful new home!
