This was an overall good buying experience. Be very careful when evaluating the upgrades. Sales wasn't always thorough in explaining additional options out there. I recommend looking at the existing homes and see what else they have. Ask a lot of questions.

Great value for the price. Attention to detail in the construction of the homes and I’m a retired carpenter that’s hard to please. Truly a fantastic quality home and a wonderful development to live in

Pulte tries to build homes too fast. Our tile floor was installed uneven, the grout was not done correctly and we had hazing all over our floors. The bottom of our cabinets were left unfinished and the outdoor cement work had footprints all throughout it.

Our field manager built us a beautiful home.

Even though we were in Illinois the entire time our home was being built in Florida our salesperson send up weekly photos of the progress. Our Project Manager/Construction supervisor was very responsive to our questions during the build and spent 90 minutes with us on a video call to do a "walk through" just prior to drywall to allow us to see everything to make sure it was all correct. We we closed the build quality was beyond our expectations. The fit and finish was excellent. Of course there were some minor cosmetic issues that will have to be addressed but that is to be expected. I highly recommend Pulte to build your next home. ... More

Overall the experience was good. At times it appeared that the salesperson (Rita) was not in tune with notices that were sent to me. The Pulte representative (Steve) was very helpful and kept us up-to-date of the progress.

This was the smoothest, most professional home buying process we have ever experienced. From foundation to move in our site manager was always available and willing to explain, answer questions and quickly address even the most minor of concerns. A job very, very well done.

I always knew they stages we were in, from first contact with sales person to closing! I could not be happier with my new home!

All were attentive to my issues and concerns throughout the building process. That is carrying over into the one year warranty period.

Pulte and Del Webb are very reputable. I was kept abreast to every stage of the building of my house.

The only disappointment was that I was not told at the design center that you had to pay extra to have a garage painted. I would have thought that the interior of the garage would have been painted with the grade that you choose that came with the house.

T Dugmore our field manager was excellent. He helped us a lot. He was very experienced and knowledgable.

We were absent for the entire build and closing. We returned to find as near perfect house as you could ask for. Very happy!

All of the processes were very good-my sales rep Janet fields was outstanding and my construction contact Chad Vanvacter was outstanding

Considering the difficulties of a build during the pandemic, this was a pleasurable experience with great employees!

We had to build our house virtual because we were living in Florida and didn't want to travel because of COVID. The initial experience with our salesperson wasn't what we expected. Once the building experience started and we worked with Daryl (the project foreman) everything went smoothly and Daryl couldn't have helped more. He was awesome and responded to my questions in a timely matter.

All went to plan o.k.

From the Sales Office at Del Webb to the Builder and Design Center, this Home Buying experience has been a very smooth process! I felt like each team member not only were qualified, but cared on a personal level to make sure my needs were met and I was satisfied. The quality craftmanship will certainly hold it's value! The Team at Del Webb works together at each phase, scheduling all processes of picking out lot, elevation, options, design center scheduling, Mortgage contact introduction, Home Insurance contacts all they way through closing, obtaining keys, touring club house and connecting with the community through their resident portal. While are superintendent Matt was great, there were several issues with the quality of the contract work. Most notably, the plumbing and the painting. All issues were corrected, but could have been avoided with better quality contractors. The painters were just sloppy and messy.
