Potential to deliver a quality experience is there, but unfortunately it is not achieved

Poor follow up after closing.

Attention to detail was awesome with Pulte. Also the workman were very knowledgeable and worked quickly.

There seems to be a lack of communication between all parties involved representing Pulte Homes and Del Webb I feel that there should be better communication amongst the party so that when an owner Moves In they don't have to stress about visitors entering the gate parking stickers things like that and my initial experience with the HOA representative has been quite negative do to her lack of response

Efficient build process. The project manager kept things on track and us aware of all updates.

From the first time we stepped into the sales center and met Jason, our sales rep until our final walk thru with our builder Tanner the entire process was flawless. Everyone was responsive to our questions or concerns and worked quickly to resolve any issues.

The people were wonderful to work with. Dennis who built our home was amazing. Very informative and responsive. We have recommended to many of our friends.

Finish work is substandard. Materials are also poor quality, examples are the light bulbs that failed on day 1.

The process from beginning to end was very simple.

The overall experience of selecting finishes, scheduling construction and closing on the new home went very well. The sales staff was very supportive as was the construction management team. Transition into the home was smooth and we look forward to life in this community.

Very happy with Dell Webb personnel durong entire process including mortgage and insurance.

Dell Webb standards are excellent, but the quality of the workmanship is mostly subcontractor dependent. Our field manager was excellent and required many do-overs by subcontractors not meeting Pulte standards, but not everything could be identified and fixed.

Overall a pretty good experience from start to finish.

Materials were generally of good quality. However the quality of the workmanship was poor.

Dealing with Pultie and Del Webb went as expected.

Excellent floor plan. Appreciate how I was kept up to date. Disappointed in the interior painting and air conditioning unit didn’t work after moving in.

This was the worst closing we have ever experienced (& we have owned many new construction homes)! Final walk thru was only scheduled the day before appointment with Attorney for closing. Therefore, many were not completed. Many work orders had to be submitted after move-in & some are still outstanding. When we moved in there was no Gas Meter on our house - therefore, no hot water! How did this ever pass a home inspection? Two ladies came to do a "final cleaning" on our house the day our furniture was in the process of being delivered! Of course I would not permit them to clean around men delivering our furniture/belongings!! No one ever offered a later date for cleaning! ... More

Once they broke ground the house was on a steady built until it was finish did not miss our closing date

I found that our construction supervisor, Chris, was unresponsive and said what ever would make us happy at the time with no follow through vs. our warranty supervisor (Julie) who is totally responsive and takes care of any problems in a timely fashion and follows up to see that work is done to our satisfaction.

There have been good experiences in this process unfortunately there have been some that have been not. It’s a shame that the construction manager who should manage the building of your home settles for a standard called, it’s close enough. He will tell you what you want to hear so that you move along and when he doesn’t deliver, he will not answer your emails, texts or phone calls. The warranty customer service area is slow and does not keep you in the loop as to where your work order is. Better communication with the home owner would be much appreciated instead of wondering if your work order disappeared. ... More

From the beginning we had a very positive experience. Lisa in sales was fabulous from start to finish. Carlos, our construction manager was communicative and clearly, very competent. The folks we dealt with at Pulte Mortgage and Title were responsive and thorough. The only glitch was that just before closing our construction manager was transferred so we had a number of details with finishes on the house that were not managed properly. The good news is that post-closing, our customer service representative, Julie, stepped up and has worked diligently to have all the issues corrected.

Agents for Pulte were available, knew the construction process and materials. They worked easily with buyers in inspections and choice of options. The buyer choices were accurately performed by construction.

Love my new home, it's beautiful!

You get what you order. Everything looks great. They did an excellent job of keeping us informed about the construction, since we could not be in Az when the house was being built. All in all they provide a quality product that we are very happy to live in.
