Good floor plans, great field agents trying to do the best they can with overworked, under trained tradesmen (esp. painters and drywallers) Electrical layout doesn't make sense.

Great experience and workmanship with Pulte

Not a custom builder at all

Our new home is beautiful!

We are loving our new house. Our field manager was very responsive and conscientious. The house has exceeded our expectations. The quality of the work and materials is excellent. I would recommend Del Webb to my friends.

Pulte has a great program for ensuring that buyers get what they want and pay only for that.

Overall we are loving the neighbors and location. But, the quality of most things are not what we expected. From bad workmanship in garage doors, flooring, and other construction. Our microwave has been broken for over a month( only in the home for less than 60 days). Warranty work from both Pulti and appliance vendors is painfully slow to non responsive. We had heard from current residents about these issues, but did not think it could be as bad as we have experienced.

Many lay-outs to choose from although there were no apartment models available for viewing when I purchased my apartment in Building 1.

Zac and Brogan took care of every detail in the design and building of my home. They are true professionals, and the result is a beautiful home and a happy homeowner.

With new construction my house was scheduled for 8 months from the time of commitment. Bench marks for each phase of the construction were set and met for each. Living in another state I was able to stay in constant communication with the builder and was shown live face time videos of the progress. Any concerns I had were met promptly. The house was ready on schedule. The builder has continued to follow up now that we are in the house and has attended to some follow-up procedures, We are very satisfied with the overall process.

Fun to work with from the sales through design phase and build phase. We have enjoyed our new home.

We were kept informed on the progress of the home. We had access to the home as it was being built which kept the excitement of a new home fresh. Everything was finishing on time but the cabinets. The cabinets were held up due to the Covid19 pandemic. Even with that they were able to finish the home about 3 weeks from the original date estimate (pre pandemic estimate).

Slopeside or ski-in/ski-out The entire experience went very smoothly. Our sales agent and builder were very accessible and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. They completed our home faster than they first anticipated, making our move in sooner than we anticipated. We love our new home and community!

Very disappointed.. Had a Pulte home in California , workmanship was beat, unlike the new Sunbridge community in St. Cloud

The Forman on this job does and excellent job. Pulte should be very glad that they have someone like Mike as he goes the extra mile for everyone.

Our home is beautiful and well built. The service follow up is very poor. I have a toilet that is defective and has been waiting for replacement for over two months.

Easiest procedure ever with lots of attention to my needs

Used inexperienced trades. We were at the site each day and saw firsthand how and who was doing the work. The interior work was not completed by experienced contractors in most cases. This was proven correct by the number of times we had to have repairs done.

I am a retired home builder and the experience with Del Webb was excellent

We have experienced problem after problem and Pulte ignores us and is unresponsive.

Must realize builder putting up homes pretty fast.Some sub contractors not real experienced.Warranty however helps resolve issues. I was not happy with Pulte financing initially however it was resolved. Person i worked with not knowledgeable not explained all aspects of financing. I found out on my own. Field manager/warranty manager great.Had contact and able to see it being constructed.

Design choices are decent but limited (we replaced several lights already because they don't fit our decor and no other choices). Construction quality and materials are lower quality. I am very disappointed in the quality of the drywall and painting, fit of moulding, overall construction (we have several walls that are not square!), the tile and grout is poorly done. I think they use unskilled labor for a lot of the work. We were unfortunately unable to be at the house as it was constructed and did not find these problems until after we moved in. I think many of the issues will be corrected (they seem to be responsive to issues), but disappointed we have to deal with such things in the first place. I would never recommend Pulte as a builder. The quality for the price was not good. The follow through with construction issues was poor. I was asked to say that the home was complete at closing, even though it was not complete. The house is not complete as of 10/22 and we closed on 8/10.
