I've built four new homes in my life, and this is the worst quality, and highest priced of them all. We continue to complain about things that need to be replaced or fixed with no one giving us the service we've been promised. If I thought I could get my money back, I'd be out of here in a heartbeat.

Lots of promises with zero follow up. Our sales agent left the company and we have no one to talk to as our construction manager was relocated to another site and our quality guy John has not addressed major issues that were reviewed 2 weeks ago. Del Webb talks a lot of hot air about warranty and prompt repairs but doesn't deliver. Sent list of items to repair a week ago. One week later nothing done. No calls. Number of inside issues to be resolved. Dishwasher not even attached to cabinet. Front brick fell out of side of house. Building trades set up large speaker and blast Spanish music. Building trades sanding concrete for 2 days sending concrete dust everywhere..

Poor quality trade workers brought in so work is poor. Tiles on floor uneven where a toe bumps them. Poor drywall and paint work. Tiles left with grout, paint, pencil marks all over. We have had a terrible experience. Our first inspection was scheduled for Jan 16, 2023 and when we came in from Albuquerque we found out the supervisor had gone out of town, had not let us know and we had to reschedule for the next Thursday, costing us extra money and time to be in Texas. General sales manager agreed to gratis crown molding. Nothing written down. Now she doesn’t remember. Plus, they never return calls or messages. I’d call and text daily. I was told to stop harassing her with calls. My entire block is dissatisfied.

Awful. I had to be hospitalized and checked myself a day early based on Pulte’s pressuring me. I did a walk through and didn’t notice corrections to be made. Now they want to walk away.

Bobbie as a sales person.. good.. she needs to have more info tho as the communication through-out 16 months was terrible until Josh Yeager was assigned Bobbie is great but cannot address anything if there’s issues Josh Yeager .. once assigned to our project in the last 2 months was/is a tremendous asset. My experience started with my saies person. He was not helpful with information I should have been told in purchasing my home. Then to the design department. I asked for some upgrades that she did not list and I missed due to the complication of the forms.. Then to poor construction concrete, drywall, etc. Then to first inspection contractor did go over electrical. what I would like new home buyers to know is that the workmanship is horrible. It seems that Pulte allows the builders to hire the most UNEXPERIENECED tradesmen there is. Subpar would be a understatement. Everyday I find something new that was either not done or done incorrectly, from the poor paint job to mismatched cabinet doors. Thing not working as they should, broken items that were poorly place back to seem to be correct until you touch them. All together, if I could get refund I would, I will NEVER recommend Pulte or Sun City, I am your cautionary tale.

I would not wish anyone to have to go through a home buying experience in an over 55 community like we just have! The whole process was poor but like a lot of people we were caught up in the boom market which builders have capitalized on. Eventually we moved into our new home 7 months after our scheduled time. Overall the design is very poor and lacking basic understanding of the age and stage of who they are building for!

They advertise a "quality build experience." However, there appears to be limited quality control. They use poor quality and inferior products. We have bowed and crooked walls, peeling floors, unpainted and poorly painted/mismatched areas. Many of the doors and much of the trim work look like a dog or rodent has been chewing on it for years. It does not look new. They got paint on the carpet and floors and left it. The floors have divots and high and low spots. I would not recommend building a new home with Pulte, they are way over priced, the quality is the worst I have ever seen (and I Own a Construction Company myself) and they use the absolute cheapest junk materials available.

Horrible experience. We understood that buying a model home was buying a home “As-Is”, we assumed things would be in working order. Hot water heater didn’t work. It was clogged with dirt from sitting for 6 years. You would think they would have inspected beforehand.
