Considering it's a new house why do so many things need fixing. I was promised things would be fixed before move-in. That didn't happen. Frustrating House was not cleaned after construction was finished. Dead grass was installed,didn't recover.I would not buy here had I known.

Very poor quality materials. They do not pay any attention to detail in their homes. I have screws missing from my hinges, light bulbs missing from my outdoor fixtures, noises and rattles in fans. Cabinet doors are banging into cabinets because of poor design or wrong types of hinges being used. I researched the hinges and they are made in China with very low quality.and nobody carry parts for the. Irrigation system sprinkler heads are so spread it it does not cover the whole yard. Throughout the process there were things that should have been red flags and not addressed. Now I’m in the house with multiple issues and no resolution as to when or if they will be resolved. I get tossed from one person to the next and my problem never gets fixed. Been in house a month and TOLD It will be another month for an appointment and not all will be fixed on first go around. Well the community the people living there the amenities are great but the building process is very disappointing brace yourselves for a lot of frustration .

Poor workmanship and personnel

Microwave/oven doesn’t match other appliances and doesn’t fit in the slot. Cupboards were never adjusted and there are gaps, etc. Thomas was not caring or personable at all. Bowed walls in some rooms. Window screens have screens not attached in frame. Careless work on most things.

I moved in to my new home almost 8 weeks ago and only two items on the punch list have been addressed, and one of those has not been resolved. I honestly believe that Pulte is a good builder and that these are difficult times for them. There are shortages of supplies and good help, but homes are going up so quickly here that I would think that they should finish work on the homes that are built. I love the neighborhood. That was my main reason for moving here. I just hope that I am going to get these issues resolved at some point.

We like the neighborhood but are shocked at how Del Webb won't take responsibility for blatantly poor workmanship. Within 2- 3 weeks of moving in, we noted the stonework on the exterior was cut and obviously installed wrong. We paid extra and it is embarrassing. The inspector came out and shrugged his shoulders and said you should have brought it up sooner. He never followed up and won't return calls. They bottom portion of the house missed stucco and paint. People you work with are nice. However, they contract all work out to third parties. No one oversees the quality of the craftsmanship. We moved in and have have three pages of instant repairs needed. Tile is hollow and crooked, walls are crooked. Off my three inches on top and one on bottom. Worst stucco job ever. And, make sure you check the list of your upgrades to make sure you got all of them. They did not put in our smart home features at all.

Poor Quality Home - Get an Inspector Before Closing

We have lived in our house for a little over a month and we still have many issues. The workmanship is sloppy and has no quality. The construction managers lie right to your face. They tell you they will fix an issue and do nothing but lie. I would never buy a Pulte home again.

Issue that arose in March not taken care of before closing in May. 3 months since closing still not taken care! Paid $$$ for this upgrade. Lots of similar horror stories throughout the community. We went with Pulte because we thought we would get a quality build and responsive experience. They are not that company anymore!

After closing nightmare!

After closing, it has been a nightmare. I have had multiple warranty issues as well as poor follow thru from the builder. Still living out of boxes because issues haven’t been resolved since Closing on May 21, it’s now July 5. My life, my schedule has been disrupted,disregarded and disrespected.

Once you close and our issues aren’t important now that they are getting our money!

After closing we had issues with toilets flushing, gutter leaking like a water fall at entry way, kitchen cabinet door handles off, sliding glass door gadgets in all three panels messed up and scratched glass and tracks full of stucco and paint that we can’t get off, large scratches in nest kitchen sink, odor from under sink, grass dying, we just uncovers 20+ sprinkler head and trimmed around them so they would work, grass is dying and two different kinds of sod laid and different colors our quartz island has very sharp edges all around, entry way walls had to be re sanded and textured ...

The building experience was lack luster at best we had to deal with 2 different construction managers the first was horrible with the plans of the home not being followed. If I had not been visiting the home, it would have been built completely wrong. The second Construction Manager was better trying to correct the mistakes from the fist construction manager, but we are still have issues with the home even after we have moved in.
