Pretty much a very frustrating experience. Poor workmanship and very poor response at area t number of repairs. I would not recommend this builder to anyone.

I have a number of outstanding repairs and incomplete or sub par workmanship items that must be addressed before I can begin to think about rating my new home!! The responsiveness of your people is seriously lacking. The past month I have not heard from or had ANY workmen here to complete or correct anything. Once I settled on my house I was told by my neighbor "Good Luck" on getting anything done.

Had 4 different building managers. 2 didn’t give weekly updates. Lack of supervision of subcontractors resulted in poor workmanship requiring redoing of work resulting in delays. Five weeks after closing home remains incomplete. I do like the lifestyle and neighborhood!

Shoddy workmanship/craftsmanship, poor quality materials, not responsive, constantly missing promised deadlines, felt bullied into closing before house was complete, then ghosted after closing. Felt lied to. Still not completed satisfactorily. Sales person only one I would rate above 1 star at this point. We’ll see if customer care comes thru and makes up for any of this. People 55 and over should not have to go thru this kind of stress at this point in their lives. Terrible experience…one I would never go thru again.

ADA and other issues

The ADA issues, which I at all times of the build informed both sales and construction manager, were not addressed. After signing closing documents I had to hire a private State of Texas inspector. He found 45 pages which included photos of deficiencies of the home. Most have been subsequently been addresses but the ADA issues has not. I did at all times during the build formed both the sales person as well as construction manager that I had to have a no barrier entry into my home. This is a senior community and I believe Pulte should have addressed the problem.

Walking through the models prior to build is a great sell. Nice homes, beautiful grounds. In reality however, the the actual build & process was far below what I presume to be industry standards. There is a severe lack of communication which may be due to an over-load of absurd quality issues and not enough field supervision to handle the multitude of speed-builds by hundreds of non-qualified crews ongoing throughout a day.

Move in 11/19/21. Nevada water notified me on a progressive leak 35,000 gl on my property. Notified the builder thru Las Vegas Warranty, Rick Crain field supervisor told me its out of their hands due to meter xfered to NV Water already. I was out on what to do next. Kept informing the builder up until I got hold of the Clark County District Supervisor. On the day of 12/03/21 finally Mr. Crain acted upon and told me to stop sending e-mails. I was furious. My water bill a big question on how to bill the builder. This is chaos! Up to now the lists continues on major discrepancies.

Watch out - poor quality and service

The delays in construction were excusable given the pandemic. The quality of construction is poor to awful. The service to fix problems is non existent. During the final inspection several problems were identified that are impossible to get fixed. The paint used in the house is of poor quality and the paint job is appalling. All upgrades make this new house livable but not worth the added cost. I would never recommend Del Webb construction to anyone.

We paid close to $500K for this home. We purchased higher grade cabinets only to find them installed with damages. We have holes and damaged sheetrock masked by molding. We have been in the house less that 2 months. Already we have stress cracks in our walls; tile is cracking in the master bath; and caulking is pulling away in the shower. There is excess paint and caulking on almost every trim around doors and windows. Doors and trim were painted without first removing dust. I have built other homes with other builders in the past. This has been a terrible experience. Lack of communication. Lack of follow through. Empty promises. Could not keep to schedule. Long list of punch list items still not addressed and we closed on our new home 5 weeks ago. I do not recommend Pulte. Find another builder!

The workman did not seem to know or care about the job they were doing and materials for the most part seem inferior. The foreman did what he could considering the workman, materials, and how many homes he was overseeing.

Unfortunately having to constantly monitor construction due to mistakes, poor workmanship…I’m still having to constantly up to try to get punch list items finished. I get no response for the construction manager.

The salesperson, Travis, was dishonest with me. The house is beautiful, but the quality of workmanship and finish work are disgusting. I been in my house for two months and still am looking at much blue tape. Quality of drywall work and the condition of woodwork and doors are very sub par. Patrick, my representative, I believe , is trying to get things fixed but there is a long way to go.

For other potential home buyers, I say "stay away." You will encounter very bad workmanships (if you want to call it that) and complete lack of responsiveness. Before we moved in, we got to meet our neighbors and they all had complains about the terrible workmanship both inside and outside the houses. we were rushed to close despite a long list of punch list items which, to this day, have not been completed. This home has low quality of workmanship with many of the finishing details poorly done. We have had to have them come back to redo and repair many items that should of be done correctly in the first place. For a home that cost a half million dollars I would have expected much better quality and attention to details.

I was not happy with the way the my house was done. Painting was sloppy both on the inside and outside. Light fixtures were poorly done. Bathrooms walls are uneven and the fan sounds like a truck when turned on. On a windy day, the kitchen vent makes a flapping sound. Calls made were usually just lip service with no response to fix the problems

Don’t trust anything they tell you and check the process of building as often as possible. Their subcontractors are lackadaisical and exhibit very poor workmanship and concern about your new home. Quality is substandard for the prices you pay.

I have nothing good to say about Pulte homes. I paid almost half a million for my house and have been very disappointed in the quality of work. Nicks in laminate flooring, screw holes in the garage where they put up the garage door wrong but neglected to fix the holes. Sloppy finish work the caulking is bad throughout the whole house. Many people buy here for the Sun City name and life style. Del Webb is stamping out homes and only concerned in profit. The finish work is extremely poor. Ironically, the options we paid for were among the worst! The construction supervisor is in a bad spot as they can't hire or fire workers that don't have a clue to what they are doing.
