The process of purchasing the home is quite simple. There is limited accommodation for scheduling with the design center and for the walk throughs with the Field Manager. I would recommend hiring an outside building inspector to oversee the entire process. We have 3 walls that are not square (2 of which are in a very visible location). The out of square walls could have been avoided if the Field Manager carried a level and held the subcontractors accountable for poor workmanship. You're Paying for a Del Webb Community not the house

For the price of this house, the workmanship is average at best. We had a lot of silly mistakes and you got the feeling that it was more important to get the house built fast rather than getting it right. Landscaping is just sad, and the paint is the cheapest you can imagine and sloppy.

Poor workmanship, cheap materials, paint on walls is micro thin, poor communication, many excuses for late finish, poor quality carpet and flooring. Overall very disappointed in the building experience. Woukd not recommend Del Webb.

The craftsmanship of the work on our home was poor. No attention to detail at all. There were slow to respond to various concerns that we had during the building process, we felt a bit rushed to sign the “satisfactory agreement “ so we could close. The sales person did not disclose options there were available for our new home and we did not find out about several options until other homes in our neighborhood had them. We just expected more from Del Webb.

Builder refused to listen to the customer and has the attitude 'We Wont, We Dont and We Cant' - very frustrating. The interior finishing is terrible - paint, wood work, and tile are very poorly done - and we have several dozens of items that need to be addressed, and we have not heard back in a timely manner. As a customer buying a new home is a major purchase - we expect the home to look brand new so that we can take pride in the home and show it to others - as it currently stands, I am embarrassed to show it to anyone. I thought PULTE was supposed to be a high quality builder.

We love our home's floor plan, but the attention to detail really shows a lack of worker oversight when it comes to craftsmanship. We have lived in the home for about eight weeks and have a list of nearly forty issues. About seven of the issues have been corrected, and I corrected about half of them. Del Webb has been very slow to address issues and get them corrected. My advice would be for a new buyer to stand their ground and not to close escrow until the home is finished to their liking. You would think after 13 and a half months of waiting we would of had a better quality house to deliver. So far they have had to rip out the quest bathroom floor, the laundry room floor, replace the master bath vanity and after a full month of living here we still are not complete. They have to replace a patio that is already cracking and mirror as well as many smaller items. The quality of workmanship is terrible. There are 100's of paint blemishes on the walls,Paint splatters on my hardwood floors that still have not beeen cleaned up by Pulte. Every window sill needs to be rechaulked. The floor moulding where installed crooked and there is exposed wood. The hall bathroon tile is off center and has gaps in the chaulking. Shane the Forman on our house - nice guy, doesn't demand quality workmanship. Hire a independent inspector. You cannot assume that contractor has your back. We have many warranty items. Don't close until home is perfect.

These homes are put out so quickly that not even the paint jobs are finished before closing. There are so many areas that need to be addressed it's quite infuriating for the amount of money I spent to own this home. There is not one home in this development that was move in ready without a list of issues..They just spit them out and you are waiting and hoping for a reply to address the problems.

Stains and paint splatter on $27,000 optional flooring that we are still cleaning ourselves. Upgraded Kitchen fan DOA and still not working. Still waiting for gutters to be completely installed.... Our salesman "P" was great. However, the quality of construction and the problems we're having are frustrating and after several months in home are still waiting for remedies to problem. They put us on the schedule 4 months out to have things fixed... but we keep finding additional issues.

Thank goodness we had not moved our furniture into our home. Our project mgr, Frank, was life saving. He jumped in to help asap. I have the highest respected and admiration for this gentleman. We were VERY disappointed in our experience with Del Webb. The build process was very slow and many instances where rework was required for poor workmanship. Significant delays at various stages where our house would go weeks without any work being done. Both the interior and exterior paint jobs were bad and I am in the process of repainting every room in the house. I'm still removing paint specks and splatters off of our new flooring. Sloppy work. Most of our neighbors have had similar experiences with their homes in Kimblewick.

There was a major difference between expectations and delivery. During construction we had 4 different Construction Managers: never even met #2 or #3. Our existing home was put on the market when promised an early May closing date. Our Del Webb closing date continued to be pushed out. The 3rd closing date was postponed because our house failed to earn the Certificate of Occupancy. The day we actually closed there were 20 items on my list of corrections that needed to be made but our Construction Manager told me he couldn’t list all of them because Pulte would not want to see so many ...

Do not close until the house is complete and all construction issues have been corrected. I closed 45 days ago and nothing has been done to correct the sloppy issues I.e. broken window, flooring damaged by construction workers, siding not finished, incomplete trim work, incomplete interior and exterior paint, correct appliances, carpeting installation issues. These are not a complete list.

We have been lied to since the beginning. Additional golf course and club house we were told they were building - apparently Pulte knew as far back as 2017 that was not going to happen. Final punch list has barely been touched, Pulte didn't even do touch up paint! Still waiting on several items like mirrors! Even our pavers are the wrong color - we picked grey and got red, Pulte's response; 'we pick the color!' This is our 5th new build, so we know the process and do not have unreasonable expectations.
