We bought the Abbeyville and love it. It has the room we needed after downsizing, and is not too much house for us. We really love the storeroom by the utility. Picking out things at the design studio was real easy.

Very slow to follow up on deficiencies. Still waiting on plumber to fix toilet placement in that doesn’t meet code. Been behind house is full of weeds and HOA nor builder has solved the issue.

I love my new house and I would expect there to be problems. Dell Webb has been responsive to all my concerns thus far. I have some unresolved problems that I’m hoping to have taken care of fairly quickly. As I cannot tell you how well they did in resolving these newer problems, I can say that I have no reason to believe they will not be handled in a timely manner. All in all, I think I have a great house and purchased it at a great price.

Disappointed in some of the quality in materials and absolutely the lack of attention to detail. So many defects that have to be corrected but I guess it is worth it to Pulte on how fast the subcontractors get in and out??

So far, happy, but only been here a few weeks and under quarantine. I like the house and Pulte seems very responsive to questions and concerns. I’ll have more input when facilities/ amenities centers open back up.

Del Webb met all of our expectations. They were prompt, and reliable with their information. The home was completed when promised.

First, our Field Manager was excellent. The problems we had involved substandard work by several subcontractors, some of which became difficult and frustrating to correct in a timely manner. Some significant items had to be redone and some required protracted negotiations with Pulte executives, above the Field Manager level, to reach a "settlement".

I am so disappointed with the quality of the craftsmanship. My house has problems

Lack of pride in workmanship in interior finishing. Strong QA not done as work is completed and waits for buyer to point out problems as closing closes in. Need QA, QA and QA as each element is finished and have the contractor redo until it is done correctly. Soon the contractor will get the idea it needs to be done right the first time.

The building process was smooth and on time. Some decisions have to be made very far in advance, for example, interior color when there is only a dirt lot. Some of the options are pricey. We paid $98K more than the starting price. The workmanship is good but there are some details that could have been better (paint splatters, caulk on the floor, missing weatherstrip). Getting things corrected has been slowed by coronavirus but we are confident that they will get done. House is energy efficient and comfortable.

Everyone was very professional, provide assistance whenever need in a timely manner, and the team was allways consistent with being the Best Home Builder organization in the USA. Thank you for everything you did for us.

Since the Del Webb Community is not your traditional custom homes, I was not sure what to expect since the range of choices, etc. is less than usual. This is what makes them unique as they have a high to low range and you can still build a real quality home with higher upgrades to give you a great value for the price. I realized also that some extras and changes I would need to do on my own like upgrading of closet shelves, garage shelving and flooring, lights, etc. but that this could be easily facilitated with outside vendors. When we priced the home we put everything in it we wanted and then took out items we could live without. Our sales person Danielle was very helpful in guiding us through the whole process. Choosing and picking carpeting, tiles, flooring, etc. also went seamlessly by visiting the showroom. The follow up on all our needs and questions was expeditiously performed by Del Webb and its representatives. For a person that has built a custom home before, this process was a breeze and was really stress free. Work was done as promised and on time. Overall a very positive experience purchasing our new house in Dell Webb.

The overall experience with buying my home in DelWebb was very good and I am happy to be able to live in this great community. I’m happy with the house construction and interior finishing. Except for all the painting on the woodwork and doors, it is very sloppy with lumps of paint and spots without any paint. I do get very aggravated every time I look at it.

It took over five months for our house to be completed. There was some delay starting the construction. At completion of the home it took us another 30 days to deal with all the defects. We're currently living in the home and it's acceptable now however we still find shortcuts and shoddy workmanship when we look closely. For example we just noticed the garage door opener is only half attachedin the front. They installed the support in the wrong spot so the opener bracket doesn't fully touch the wall. Yesterday we noticed the doorbell button seemed poorly positioned and found out there weren't any screws really holding it in and that the wires have been cut so short it's on the verge of shorting out.... We just had the tub guy here to buff out all the gouges in the tub from the construction workers... Issues like this continue to be a problem.... ... More

Extremely nice quality and very professional construction process and crew. Not over impressed with the HOA. They are not pro homeowner and a bit rude. Overall I am happy with the quality of the home.

.Not always the craftsmanship and the finish was great

Disappointed in the quality of the build. They would rather re-do things 3 times badly than get it right the 1st time. We're in the home just over two months now and are still waiting to get things corrected due to Covid 19 issues and shear volume of other on-going construction. We did get the lot we wanted but at a very hefty premium. I guess time will tell if we made a good choice to move here.

Happy with Community Atmosphere

The quality of some of the workmanship was not acceptable. Paint left on carpet, wood floors, and cabinets. And stove top. Wood floor has wood missing in planks. Many cabinets not working properly or not lined up . Put in work order several weeks ago and haven’t heard anything.

We have continually had issues with water in our owners suite closet in a Blue Rock home. First it was the no hot water. Second, water in the closet - still have a dehumidifier in my closet. We moved in April 21st. Thirdly toilet stopped up. Fourth rocks everywhere in the yard along with plastic bottles, wood, or whatever construction workers used was left in our yard and is still there. Of these issues, we have received a new water heater, Toilet makes weird noise when flushing and water in the closet coming from somewhere????? Rocks in the yard and wood and other objects in the yard is an issue as well. I would not refer anyone to purchase one of your homes because it appears workmanship is NOT the best. ... More

Too many rude workers making un necessary noise, music blasting. Pulte does little. Issues not addressed yet, will see if they do on 6/24/20. Closed on 4/30/20.

This is my 4th new home. The people that I have dealt with have been tremendous. Knowledgeable and helpful. This is a great home, design, quality, and overall comfort for our family.

Options are way overpriced compared to after market choices

Property was completed on schedule and we were provided regular photo updates since we could not visit due to the virus issue. Sales agent and builder's rep were extremely helpful and very responsive to questions. Highly recommend.
